Objective To compare the efficacy of ATEC system and conventional surgery for the treatment of nonpalpable breast nodules.Methods Two hundred and forty cases patients with nonpalpable breast nodules who were treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Pinggu District of Beijing from September 2014 to June 2016 were admitted and randomly divided into observation group and control group,120 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive treatment,while the control group was treated by conventional surgery.The postoperative pathologic results,surgical parameters and complications were compared between 2 groups.Results One hundred and eighteen cases were successfully removed and 210 pathological specimens were obtained in the observation group,including 201 benign lesions in 112 cases and 9 malignant lesions in 6 cases.In the control group,208 benign lesions in 113 cases and 11 malignant lesions in 7 cases were obtained from 120 cases.There was no significant difference in the proportion or type of pathology between 2 groups(P＞0.05).The operative time,blood loss,scar length and wound healing time were all significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group((16.72±3.65)min vs.(41.21±5.94)min,(9.45±2.35)ml vs.(28.42±7.30)ml,(3.64±0.85)mm vs.(28.51±6.34)mm,(3.36±0.67)d vs.(6.79±1.58)d;t=38.245,26.891,42.238,21.738;P＜0.001).The incidence of breast collapse or deformity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(0 vs.6.7％,P=0.007),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of hematoma,skin ecchymosis,local infection or nodular recurrence between 2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Breast minimally invasive resection is effective in the treatment of nonpalpable breast nodules,and is suitable for patients with high demands on breast appearance.

Objective To analyze the current situation of applying case-based learning (CBL) to the education of acupuncture-moxibustion by investigating the published literatures involving CBL in medical education.Method The literatures published between 2001 and 2015 were retrieved from VIP, CNKI, CBM, and WanFang databases, and the manuscripts about the application of CBL in the education of acupuncture-moxibustion were classified and analyzed.Result The related literatures involving the application of CBL in the education of acupuncture-moxibustion were rather limited, not enough for revealing the action and significance of CBL in the education of acupuncture-moxibustion.Conclusion CBL accords with the strong practicality of acupuncture-moxibustion, and is worth promotion; however, there are some shortcomings in the compiling of cases, students grouping, evaluation of study results, and the capability of teachers, which expect further standardization of teaching process and comprehensive use of advanced teaching methods, for cultivating elites in acupuncture-moxibustion.

Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of apoptosis effect induced by resveratrol in human acute T lymphoblast leukemia Molt-4 cells. Methods MTT method was used to analyze the inhibition rate. The cell cycle and apoptosis percentage of Molt-4 cells treated with resveratrol were detected by flow cytometry. The expression of WAVE1 mRNA was assessed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results After treated with 12.5, 25.0, 50.0, 100.0, 200.0μmol/L resveratrol for 24, 48 and 72 hours, the inhibitory effects were at 29.32 %, 36.11 %, 53.92 %, 62.50 %, and 74.98 %, respectively. Resveratrol was able to inhibit the proliferation of Molt-4 cells in a time-dependent and dose-dependent manner (F =33.614, P <0.05).Compared with control group, after treated with 50.0, 100.0 μmol/L resveratrol for 48 h, the cell number in S phase of Molt-4 cells was 68.6 % and 78.1 %, respectively, and the cell cycle was arrested at S phase (F = 19.453, P < 0.01) after treated with 50.0, 100.0 μmol/L resveratrol for 48 h, the ratio of WAVE1/GAPDH was 0.356±0.03, 0.382±0.05. Compared with control group 0.586±0.06, the ratio of WAVE1/GAPDH was decreased (F =8.950, P <0.01). Conclusion Resveratrol could induce the cells to undergo apoptosis, which was probably related to downregulation the expression of WAVE1.

Objective:Making single chain antibody(scFv)-alkaline phosphatase(Ap)fusion protein.Methods:An expression vector pSTE2-C66-Ap was constructed by sequentially inserting the Ap coding region into plasmid pSTE2-8E5 and replacing the VH-VL fragment of 8E5 by VH-VL fragment of C66.The fusion protein scFvC66-Ap was expressed in E.coli.and analysed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting.Results:Have obtained the scFvC66-Ap fusion protein with a molecular weight of 75 kD.It bound a 60 kD molecule from KG1a cell proteins on immunoblotting membrane detected directly by Ap enzymatic activity.Conclusion:A method permits the production of scFv-Ap conjugates in E.coli.which can replace conventionally prepared Ap-labeled antibodies in immunoassays.

Objective To investigate the pathologic characteristics of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and stable angina(SA) through intravascular ultrasound(IVUS). Methods The study consisted of 131 coronary disease patients who underwent coronary artery angiography (CAG)and IVUS, ACS was diagnosed in 52 cases (unstable angina 34 cases and acute myocardial infarction 18 cases) and SA in 79 cases. IVUS examinations: plaque was classified into 3 types according to different ultrasound patterns of tissue reflection. (1) Calcification plaque appeared on ultrasound as an intense characteristic echo reflection with dropout of echoes peripherally, which was termed shadowing. (2)Hard plaque appeared on ultrasound as an intense echo reflection greater than the adventitia echogenicity.(3)Soft plaque appeared on ultrasound as an echo reflection weaker than the adventitia echogenicity. Unstable plaque was lipid-rich pool and thin fibrotic cap and plaque rupture, stable plaque was calcification plaque and hard plaque. Objective To investigate the in vivo effect of melatonin on calyculin A-induced neurofilament(NF) hyperphosphorylation in neuroblastma cells(N2awt).Methods N2awt cells were treated with CA or CA and different concentration melatonin or CA and vitamin E,the levels of neurofilament phosphorylation and the level of PP-2A were detected,and the activities of PP-2A were assayed.Results Calyculin A treatment led to neurofilament hyperphosphorylation by decreasing the level and activity of PP-2A.Both melatonin and vitamin E had protective effect on calyculin A-induced neurofilament hyperphosphorylation,although melatonin increased the activity of PP-2A while vitamin E did not.Morever,melatonin partially attenuated the decreasing of PP-2A level. Conclusion Melatonin protects neuroblastma cells from CA-induced neurofilament hyperphosphorylation through the regulation of PP-2A level and the increase of PP-2A activity.

Objective To explore the role of adjustable and close persistent peritoneal drain in large ascites and acute renal insufficiency(ARI)in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods The adjustable and close persistent peritoneal drain tube were planted in 6 cases with PNS accompanied by large ascites and ARI during December 2005 and August 2006.On the basis of drain,they were treated by prednisone,anticoagulative agent,hypolipidic agent,antibiotics,antioxidant,microcirculation-improving agent and aweto preparation.Results After the treatment,ascites disappeared or decreased.ARI was cured in 5 cases.Among these patients,partial remission(PR)and no respone(NR)to treatment were present in 3 cases respectively during hospitalization.After the follow-up of 3~12 months,the complete remisson(CR)of PNS was found in 2 cases,PR in 3 cases and NR in 1 case respectively.Conclusion The adjustable and close persistent peritoneal drain may be applicable for PNS patients with large ascites and ARI and slight glomerular lesion.It can clear away the superabundant water,mitigate the renal interstitial edema and accelerate the recovery of ARI.It also makes the patients have the opportunity of the treatment which includes predenisone,anticoagulative agent and hypolipidic agent.

Nowadays, for gait instability phenomenon, many researches have been carried out at home and abroad. However, the relationship between plantar pressure and gait parameters in the process of balance adjustment is still unclear. This study describes the human body adaptive balance reaction during slip events on slippery level walk by plantar pressure and gait analysis. Ten healthy male subjects walked on a level path wearing shoes with two contrastive contaminants (dry, oil). The study collected and analyzed the change rule of spatiotemporal parameters, plantar pressure parameters, vertical ground reaction force (VGRF), etc. The results showed that the human body adaptive balance reaction during slip events on slippery level walk mainly included lighter touch at the heel strikes, tighter grip at the toe offs, a lower velocity, a shorter stride length and longer support time. These changes are used to maintain or recover body balance. These results would be able to explore new ideas and provide reference value for slip injury prevention, walking rehabilitation training design, research and development of walking assistive equipments, etc.
