Cyber -knife a new stereotaxic radiosurgery instrument, which structure and technical characteristics are introduced. By application of real-time image aiming and synchronous dynamic tracking techniques, abandoning vicious location frame to solve the questions of traditional directional radiosurgery technique only use pate tumour. Cyber-knife is an innovative stereotaxic radiosurgery instrument, extends the indications of stereotaxic radiosurgery from intracranial neoplasms to extracranial tumors and has a widest development prospect in medical treatment.

Aim To study protective effects of ulinastatin on injury of organs in rats induced by endotoxin.Methods 36 Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: control group,model group and treatment group.The model of injury of organs were induced by injecting lipopolysaccharide(LPS) through the sublingual vein into rats.Ulinastatin was injected into the sublingual vein of rats in treatment group,LPS was injected into rats in the same way after 10 minutes.At the second hour or the sixth hour after treatment,serum and lung,liver and renal samples were cellected from rats to determine levels of TNF-?,IL-6,IL-1?and iNOS by RIA.Pathologic changes of lung,liver and renal organ were examined.Results Levels of TNF-?,IL-6,IL-1?,iNOS of serum and renal organs in treatment group were obviously reduced than those in model group(P
4.Effects of Different Environmental Intervention on Neurofilament Expression in Rats after Unilateral Local Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of different environmental intervention on neurofilament (NF) expression in rats after unilateral local cerebral infarction. MethodsAfter middle cerebral artery occluded (MCAO) by electric coagulation, 125 male SD rats were randomly divided into individual living group (n=30, living alone in small standard cages), social communication group (n=30, 5 as a group living in large standard stages ), learning group(n=30, 15 as a group living in exploratory cages), enriched environment group (n=30, 5 as a group living in EE cages) and sham operated group(n=5). The rats were randomly sacrificed at the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th day after MCAO. The expressions of NF in peri-ischemic cortex were detected with immunohistochemistry staining. ResultsThe expression of NF in the peri-ischemia cortex in enriched environment group and learning group was higher than that in other two groups (P<0.01) after 7 days, it also was higher in social communication group than that in individual living group (P<0.05). ConclusionEnriched environment and learning could enhance NF expression in rats after unilateral local cerebral infarction.
5.Quantitative perfusion characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound of uterine fibroids in predicting effect of ultrasound ablation

Objective To investigate the value of quantitative parameters of CEUS in predicting the effect of ultrasound ablation of uterine fibroids.Methods Sixty-three patients with uterine fibroids underwent CEUS before operation.The software of gray level measurement in JC HIFU system was used to obtain quantitative parameters of uterine fibroids perfusion.According to postoperative enhanced MR examination,the results were divided into satisfactory group (ablation rate≥70 %) and partial ablation group (ablation rate< 70 %).CEUS parameters of two groups were compared,and the correlation between parameters and ablation rate were analyzed.The predictive value was evaluated by ROC curve.Results There were significant differences in the time of arrival (AT),time to peak (TTP),enhancement time (ET),enhancement intensity (EI) and enhancement rate (ER) between the two groups (all P<0.01).The AT,TTP and ET were positively correlated with the ablation rate (all P<0.01),and the EI and ER were negatively correlated with the ablation rate (both P<0.001).The area under the curve (AUC) of AT,TTP,ET,EI,ER were all greater than 0.7,among which ER had the highest predictive value (AUC-0.935).Using ER=5.23 as the cut-off point,the sensitivity of predicting ablation effect was 80.0%,specificity was 95.8%.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the ultrasound ablation effect of uterine fibroids and the quantitative parameters of CEUS.ER can be used as a good predictor of ablation effect.
6.Effects of nucleus accumbens GABA-lateral hypothalamic area MCH neural pathway on rewarding feeding

Objective:To explore the effects of the γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) neurons and melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH) neurons of the nucleus accumbens (NAc)-lateral hypothalamic area (LHA) neural pathway on the rewarding feeding(palatable food sweat condensed milk) in the obesity rats.Methods:Total 142 male Wistar rats of SPF grade were divided into normal diet (ND) group ( n=68) and high-fat diet induced obesity (DIO) group ( n=74) according to the principle of body mass matching. The rats in the two groups were given normal diet and high-fat diet for 8 weeks. Eight weeks later, 6 DIO rats were randomly selected to observe the nerve projection from GABA neurons in NAc to MCH neurons in LHA by fluorogold retrograde tracing combined fluorescence immunohistochemistry. And the expressions of c-Fos and MCH in LHA after ingestion of sweet condensed milk(rewarding feeding) were observed by fluorescence immunohistochemistry (6 rats in each group). GABA receptor agonist Musimol or GABA receptor antagonist Bicuculine was microinjected into the nucleus of LHA to observe the effect of GABA on rewarding food intake in ND and DIO rats ( n=8 in each group), and the changes of rewarding food intake after blocking MCH signal ( n=8 in each group). SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis, two-way ANOVA and post hoc Bonferroni test were used for comparison among multiple groups, and t-test was used for comparison between two groups. Results:After 8 weeks of high-fat diet modeling, the intake of delicious food in DIO rats was significantly higher than that in ND rats((12.52±2.29) mL, (7.45±1.23) mL, t=4.778, P<0.01) after satiety.The results of fluorogold retrograde tracing combined with fluorescence immunohistochemistry showed that GABA neurons in NAc projected nerve fibers to neurons in LHA, and GABA A receptors in some neurons in LHA coexisted with MCH.The results of NAc-LHA pathway on delicious food intake showed that the interaction between rat group and drug intervention was significant( F=9.869, P<0.01). Simple effect analysis showed that the intake of delicious food after microinjection of Musimol into LHA nucleus of ND rats was significantly lower than that of microinjection normal saline ((4.25±1.38) mL, (7.29±1.49) mL, P<0.01), while the intake of delicious food after injection of Bicuculine was significantly higher than that of microinjection normal saline((10.72±2.11) mL, (7.29±1.49) mL, P<0.05). The intake of delicious food after microinjection of Musimol into LHA nucleus in DIO group was significantly lower than that of microinjection normal saline((3.51±1.77)mL, (13.68±2.95) mL, P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between microinjection Bicuculine and microinjection normal saline ((14.83±3.44) mL, (13.68±2.95) mL, P>0.05). The results of blocking MCH signal on delicious food intake showed that the interaction effect between SNAP-94847 and Bicuculine intervention was not significant ( F=1.468, P>0.05). The main effect of SNAP-94847 intervention was significant ( F=15.880, P<0.01)and the main effect of Bicuculine intervention was significant ( F=6.930, P<0.05). After intracerebroventricular injection of MCH receptor blocker SNAP-94847, the delicious food intake of ND rats was significantly less than that of injection normal saline((4.78±1.72) mL, (7.63±2.77) mL, P<0.05), and it was not affected by pre injection of Bicuculine in LHA ((6.24±2.18) mL, (4.78±1.72) mL, P>0.05). In the DIO rats, the interaction effect between SNAP-94847 and Bicuculine intervention was not significant( F=0.006, P>0.05). The main effect of SNAP-94847 intervention was significant ( F=18.46, P<0.01) and the main effect of Bicuculine intervention was not significant ( F=2.059, P>0.05). After intracerebroventricular injection of MCH receptor blocker SNAP-94847, the delicious food intake of DIO rats was significantly lower than that of injection normal saline((6.89±2.11) mL, (12.19±4.36) mL, P<0.05), and it was not affected by pre injection of Bicuculine in LHA ((8.72±2.26) mL, (6.89±2.11) mL, P>0.05). Conclusion:GABAergic signal in NAc can regulate the expression of MCH in neurons of LHA. In the DIO rats, the sensitivity of MCH neurons in LHA to satiety signal decreases and the hedonic feeding increases.
8.Evaluation of the Clinical Effect of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound and Drug Conservative on the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)and drug con-servative treatment on the treatment of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods:A retrospec-tive analysis was performed on 191 patients diagnosed with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ CSP by ultrasonography and trea-ted in Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,and they were divided into drug group(n=67)and HIFU group(n=124)according to different treatment methods before curettage surgery.After receiv-ing conservative drug treatment or HIFU treatment,preformnegative pressure suction curettage under ultrasound monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the two pretreatment methods.Results:There were no sig-nificant differences in age,number of cesarean sections,gestational age,the maximum diameter of the gestational sac,number of incision pregnancies,the β-hCG level before pretreatment,the heart tube pulse in the gestational sac,size of fetal bud,and fertility requirements between the medication group and HIFU group(P>0.05).The proportion of type Ⅱ incision in HIFU group was higher than that in drug group(P<Q.05).There were no signifi-cant differences between the two groups in intraoperative bleeding,treatment outcome effective rate after pretreat-ment,postoperative vaginal bleeding duration,postoperative uterine cavity residual,rate of reoperation and rate of repregnancy(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between the two groups in the operation time of curet-tage surgery,whether the operation method was changed after pre-treatment,total hospital stay,β-hCG recovery time and hospitalization cost(P<0.05).Following up to November 2022,there were 12 cases re-pregnancies in the drug group and 16 cases re-pregnancies in the HIFU group.Conclusions:For type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ CSP,HIFU pretreatment before negative pressure suction curettage under ultrasound monitoring is a safe and effective treat-ment,which improves the treatment effect and reduces the hospitalization time of patients.It may be an effective clinical therapy for type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ CSP treatment.
