1.Qualitative research of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in patients with psychological experience

Objective To understand the true feelings of the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and explore effect in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia negative psychological experience. Methods Adopted purposive sampling,13 patients were in-depth interviewed,and the method of phenomenological analysis data were used. Results Analyzed of the psychological experience of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,extracted five topics: psychological overload,life was affected, the sick didn't adapt to the reality,self-assessment was low, the lack of information of disease. Conclusions The patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia have more negative psychological experience, and are in lack of information associated with disease and not satisfied. Nursing staff should take effective measures according to the actual situation of patients to promote their physical and mental rehabilitation.
2.Research in relationship of the quality of life and resilience level of burn patients during convalescence

Objective To understand the level of resilience and quality of life of burn patients during convalescence,to provide theoretical guidance for burn patients' psychological crisis prevention and intervention.Methods 255 cases of burn patients during convalescence were interviewed with general status questionnaire,CD-RISC,and burn specific health scale(BSHS).Results The resilience score of burn patients was at the middle level,the level of quality of life was at the lower-middle-level,significant positive correlation was found between the level of resilience and quality of life.Resilience level had a greater impact on the level of mental health in burn patients.The factors of physical strength and tenacity of resilience scale were positively correlated with mental health.Conclusions Intervention should be given to help people improve resilience,in order to reach the effect of potential development and prevention of behavior dysfunction,so that help them engender positive psychological adjustment.
3.Survey of status quo of eating difficulties in patients with stroke

Objective To examine the evidence for the implementation of targeted interventions by adapting the Minimal Eating Observation Form (MEOF-Ⅱ).Methods A descriptive study was designed to investigate 125 patients with stroke in three hospitals in Shanghai.They were investigated using research tools including Demographic information questionnaire and the Chinese version of MEOF-Ⅱ.Results In the nine items of the scale,the most common eating difficulties were getting food from the plate,picking up food from the plate and transfer it to the mouth,eats more than 3/4 of served portionand sitting position.The patient's age had some influence on the incidence of eating difficulties.The correlation between eating difficulties and assistance in eating were significantly different.Conclusions Most stroke patients at least have one type of eating difficulties.This implies that structured observations are needed in order to detect eating difficulties and to individualize further assessment and proper interventions could be designed.
4.Applicability of Bakes Caregiving Outcom Scale in the study of primary family caregivers' burden of stroke survivors

Objective To investigate the applicability of Bakes Caregiving Outcom Scale(BCOS) in the study of primary family caregivers'burden of stroke survivors. Methods The BCOS was used to inves-tigate the 180 primary family caregivers of stroke survivors.The applicability of BCOS was evaluated by in-ternal consistency,construct validity and criterion-related validity. Results The correlation coefficient be-tween the items and the total BCOS score was 0.408~0.725 (P < 0.01 ).The total Cronbach's α was 0.877.Factor analysis used for examining the construct validity showed that 3 components were extracted and their accumulated contribution rate reached 60.93%.Factor loading of each item ranged from 0.510 to 0.875.The criterion-related validity was - 0.461 by using self-rated burden as a criterion(P < 0.01 ). Conclusions BCOS is applicable in the evaluation of the primary family caregivers' burden of stroke survivors.
5.Exploring the Rule of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stroke Based on the Tibetan Medical Theory of White Meridian

Meridians in human body were classified as white meridian and black meridian according to Tibetan medicine.Season and environment,improper diet,toxic heat and trauma were recognized as main reasons damaging the white meridian in Tibetan Medicine,leading to the emerge of white meridian disease induced by Long (one of the three factors) and blood disorder.White meridian disease in Tibetan medicine involved a series diseases,such as many clinical diseases,due to the damage of white meridian system caused by pathogenic factors.Stroke also belonged to white meridian disease.Drugs and treatments were selected based on the nature of disease such as cold and heat,onset,thelocation of disease and the three factors (Chi Ba,Long and Pei Gen).It was the fundamental principle of the treatment rules of white meridian disease in Tibetan medicine,namely,prescribing medication with the rule of diagnosis and treatment,comprehensive analysis of the causes of diseases and mastering the change law of diseases and syndromes in clinic.
6.Epidemiological study on viral diarrhea during 2009-2011 in Liaoning Province

Objective To understand the epidemiologic characteristics and pathogenic virus of cases of viral diarrhea in sentinel hospitals in Liaoning Province.Methods From Jan 2009 to Dec 2011,639 stool samples from sentinel hospitals of Liaoning Province were collected.Rotavirus,human calicivirus,astrovirus and adenovirus were detected by polymerase chain reaction and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction.The data analysis used chi-squanetest and Fisher's exact test.Results Rotavirus,human calicivirus,astrovirus and adenovirus were detected in 15.96 %,11.25 %,1.25% and 0.31% of the 639 specimens,respectively.G3 was the most prevailing serotype and P[8] was the most common genotype among 101 group A rotavirus isolates.One strain of group C rotavirus was also detected,which was reported for the first time from Liaoning Province.Phylogenetic analysis showed that this group C rotavirus JX407109 in the present study had the closest genetic relationship with the outbreak strain AB648916 from Japan,with nucleotide sequence consistency of 99 %.Among the 72 samples of human calicivirus,70 samples were norovirus with G Ⅱ/4 being the predominant genotype,and 2 samples were sapovirus.Astrovirus was detected in 8 samples,most of which were genotype 1.Adenovirus was detected in 2 samples,and both were genotype 41.High incidences of viral diarrhea were noted during the months from December to next year February,and children under 5 years of age had high incidence of rotavirus and astrovirus,while the incidence of calicivirus were similar among different age groups.Conclusions The predominant pathogens of viral diarrhea in Liaoning Province are group A rotavirus and calicivirus.Notably,the group C rotavirus in Liaoning Province shares high genetic consistency with the outbreak strain from Japan.
7.Formula and Preparation Optimization and Properties Study of Exendin W/O/W Multiple Emulsion

Objective:To optimize the formula and preparation of exendin W /O/W multiple emulsion , and study the main proper-ties in vitro to lay foundation for the development of exendin prolonged action preparation .Methods:Using multiple emulsion yield and centrifugal separation time as the comprehensive index , the formula and preparation of exendin multiple emulsion were optimized by or-thogonal tests, and the morphology, particle size, stability, encapsulation efficiency and drug release in vitro were studied.Results:The optimal formula was as follows:the volume ratio of W1 phase to O phase was 1:1.2, the quality percentage of emulsifierⅠin the O phase was 10%, poloxamer 407 in W2 phase was 10%, and the quantity ratio of W1/O to W2 phase was 1:1.The optimal prepara-tion conditions were as follows:the stirring speed for W1/O was 10000 r· min-1 , and the stirring time was 10 min, and that for W1/O/W2 was 2500 r· min-1 with the stirring time of 3 min.The multiple emulsion was spherical with the mean size of (46.3 ±2.6)μm, and the centrifugal and viscosity stability were both promising .The drug encapsulation efficiency was above 90%, and the drug release in vitro accorded with a Higuchi equation: Y=13.7930X+5.5981(r=0.9883), showing notable sustained and prolonged property .Conclusion:The optimal formula and preparation process of exendin multiple emulsion are simple with high drug content , good stability and notable sustained release property in vitro.
8.Stability Optimization and Evaluation of Exendin W/O/W Multiple Emulsion

Objective:To improve the stability of exendin W/O/W multiple emulsion.Methods:The amount of electrolyte sodium chloride in the internal water phase and that of thickener PVP in the external water phase were both screened for exendin W/O/W mul-tiple emulsion,and the cryoprotectant in the freeze-drying process was optimized in order to further optimize the formula and preparation of exendin W/O/W multiple emulsion. Verification experiment was carried out to study the main properties of the optimized exendin W/O/W multiple emulsion in vitro. Results: The optimal quality volume percentage concentration of sodium chloride in the internal water phase was 0.10%,and that of PVP in the external water phase was 0.15%,and the best cryoprotectant was 10% mycose. The main in vitro properties of exendin W/O/W multiple emulsion showed no significant changes before the freeze-drying and after the rehy-dration. Conclusion:Through the optimization of the internal and external water phase of exendin W/O/W multiple emulsion,the sta-bility is enhanced,which lays foundation for the in vivo studies.
9.Mediating effect of emotion regulatory self-efficacy in the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and turnover intention among operating room nurses

Objective To explore the mediating effect of emotion regulatory self-efficacy (ERSE) in the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and turnover intention in operating room nurses. Methods A total of 372 operating room nurses from five hospitals in Shenyang City were selected as the research subjects using covenient sampling method. The Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire, Turnover Intention Scale, and Emotional Self-Regulation Efficacy Scale were used to study the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), turnover intention, and ERSE among the study subjects. The Bootstrap method was used for mediation effect analysis of ERSE. Results The prevalence of WMSDs among operating room nurses was 69.9%. The scores for turnover intention and ERSE among operating room nurses were (13.6±6.3) and (34.7±16.2), respectively. ERSE played a partial mediating role in the relationship between WMSDs and turnover intention among operating room nurses, with an effect value of 0.04 and the 95% confidence interval of 0.01 to 0.08, accounting for 8.1% of the total effect. Conclusion WMSDs and ERSE directly influence turnover intention among operating room nurses. WMSDs can indirectly increase turnover intention by reducing ERSE among operating room nurses.
10.The effects of early neck isometrics exercise on neck discomfort in patients underwent cerebellopontine angle surgeries

Objective To evaluate the effects of early neck isometrics exercise on relieving neck discomfort in patients after cerebellopontine angle surgeries.Methods The non-synchronous control study was conducted.The control group(40 patients recruited from March to June,2017) received routine nursing,while the intervention group (40 patients recruited from July to November,2017) performed early neck isometrics exercise in addition to routine nursing.Neck discomfort degree,neck rotation range,and Barthel score were measured and compared between two groups on Day 1,Day 3,Day 5,and Day 7 after surgeries.Results The intervention group had a high level of participation and no adverse events occurred.Neck discomfort degree of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group on Day 1,Day 3,and Day 5(P<0.05).Neck rotation range of the intervention group was improved on Day 1 and Day 3 compared with the control group(P<0.05).Barthel score of the intervention group on Day 3,Day 5 and Day 7 was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early neck isometrics exercise in patients underwent cerebellopontine angle surgeries is safe and feasible,which can alleviate discomfort of neck,and improve patients' early postoperative experience and quality of life.
