1.Pathogenesis and prevention tactics of aspirin resistance
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2007;5(3):259-62
Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Despite its wide uses for more than 100 years, knowledge about mechanism of action and therapeutic issues of aspirin are still under discussion. The use of aspirin has been changed from an analgesic, anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory agent to an anti-thrombotic agent, especially in secondary prevention of cardiovascular events. Aspirin has reduced the risk of cardiovascular events by 25%. However, the phenomenon of "aspirin resistance" has been described that in 5%-60% of patients aspirin may not achieve adequate efficacy of suppressing platelet activity. The convinced causes of this phenomenon are still unknown. It is probably due to drugs interaction, inadequate dosage and so on. By far the existing studies of aspirin are insufficient to explain all phenomena of aspirin resistance. And the results are not always uniform about the same research. Therefore, the characteristics in different population with aspirin resistance may account for the complexity. It is unrealistic to elucidate all aspirin resistance by only one pathway. More studies are required to investigate the mechanisms in different population respectively. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the trait of cardiovascular disease, which often relapses and has a long history, aspirin resistance should be considered as collaterals disease. It can be treated with aspirin and traditional Chinese drugs which have the power to strengthen body resistance, reduce phlegm, remove blood stasis and toxic materials from meridians. The problem of aspirin resistance might be solved by this way, because the traditional Chinese medicine has the superiority of selecting appropriate therapeutic methods based on syndrome differentiation for different population and regulating the whole body's function. Subsequently, cardiovascular disease might be effectively prevented.
2.Donor lymphocyte infusion in cancer treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(9):667-669
Recently,in the research of hematology malignances and some solid tumors,we found that as a part of adoptive immunotherapy, donor lymphocyte infusion can regulate the relationship between host and tumor directly or indirectly. As a result,it will change the environment of patients and play an important role in againsting cancer. Its pharmacological safety and valid medicinal efficacy has got a lot of clinical validation.
3.NKG2D and its ligands in tumor immunotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(5):349-351
Natural killer group 2,member D (NKG2D) is a C-typelectin-like activating receptors on natural killer cells surface. NKG2D engaging with the ligands on tumor cells surface can eliminate tumor cells. However, there must exist immune escape mechanisms in tumor mice and cancer patients. Recently, molecular biological techniques are used to regulate the expression of the receptors and ligands to break the immune evasion.
4.Ideas of TCM in treating viral myocarditis with arrhythmia
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(6):527-529
Viral myocarditis involving the cardiac conduction system is easily associated with a variety of arrhythmias. Negative inotropic effect and the potentially induced arrhythmia of antiarrhythmic drugs limit their application. Non-drug treatment with the body injuries and high medical costs holds patients back and leads them to take a conservative treatment. Traditional medical treatment of this disease has a long history and rich experience. Clinical and experimental studies show that traditional Chinese medicine is effective and has few side effects. This article discusses the ideas of treatments of arrhythmia, from three aspects of differentiating diseases and syndrome type, dispelling wind-evil and dredging collaterals and using results of pharmacological researches reasonably.
5.Research progress of anti-tumor effect of the modified DC vaccines
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(1):21-24
Dendritic cells is the most powerful professional antigen presenting cells in vivo.In recent years,DC vaccine has become one of the research hotspots in tumor treatment.DC vaccine which is modified by varieties of genes can solve antigens dissociation and tumor immune escape and so on caused by the weak tumor cell immunogenicity and lower DC antigen commission ability, and can induce stronger antitumor immune response, which can achieve inhibitory tumor, reduce tumor effect and brings new hope for patients with tumor.
6.Relationship between suiqisuode theory and pathogenesis of viral myocarditis
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(06):-
This article pointed out that the Suiqisuode theory was the basic pathogenesis of viral myocarditis by analysing that theory.
7.Treating cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period by theory of yin deficiency, blood stasis,heat-toxin
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(06):-
Cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period is a kind of climacteric syndrome which based on the symptoms of the cardiovascular system as the main manifestations. It is manifested as hypertension,pseudo-angina,arrhythmia. Hormone replacement therapy or symptomatic treatment is the common used method of modern medicine, although a certain degree of efficacy, but there are also significant disadvantages. In the treatment of cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period,TCM has certain advantages. In this paper,we treat cardiovascular disease in peri-menopausal period from the theory of 'yin deficiency, blood stasis,heat-toxin'and propose the method of 'nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and detoxification'.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
With the development of network and information in hospital, the issue of security has been raised and got more and more important. This article describes the factors that might threaten the network and information security, such as the reliability of network equipments, computer viruses, invalid intrusion, the security of inner-network,the thunder, users' actions and so on.Then some solutions to the problems are proposed. This could be an instruction to design or update the hospital's network and information system.
9.A STUDY ON THE DIAGNOSIS OF CYSTICERCOSIS BY PARAFFIN SECTIONS IFA
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
In this paper, Paraffin and Frozen sections of cysticercus cellulosae cysts were used as antigens in IFA for diagnosis of cysticercosis. The results showed that the positive rates of 92 sera and 51 sera from the patients with cysticercosis that had been confirmed were 90% and 94%. respectively, Both of them have no significant difference This shows that both the paraffin and Frozen section have the same sensitivity. The former also has the advantages of convenience in production, and there is no need for low temperature equipment. When using the two section antigens, there were cross reactivity between the sera from patients of cysticercosis and the sera from patients of hydatidosis and clonorchiasis, while the tested 30 sera from healthy persons were negative reaction.
10.Progress in molecular targeting therapy for gastrointestinal stromal tumors
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2019;26(3):253-259
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common malignant tumor of abdominal soft tissue. It originates from Cahal (Cajal) interstitial cells or common precursor cells, and is driven by the mutated KIT gene or platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRa) gene, all expressing type Ⅲ tyrosine kinase receptors. Imatinib mesylate, a tyrosine kinase receptor inhibitor, has been used for the standard treatment of advanced GIST, which has achieved remarkable results. Thus, GIST has become the most successful example of target therapy for solid tumors. In the context of the era of precision medicine, with the deepening in research of GISTs molecular biology, the molecular targeted treatment of GISTs has obtained a clear venation from the first-line, second-line and third-line of the advanced stage to the postoperative auxiliary and preoperative treatment, providing significant survival benefits for GISTs patients. This article systematically and comprehensively combed the preoperative and postoperative molecular targeting therapy from advanced GIST to early GIST, and analyzed the problems, proposed solutions and prospects for the future, aiming to provide reference for clinical application of molecular targeting drug therapy for GIST.
