This paper explores the existing gene doping problems of athletes in bioethical aspect,describes the development of gene doping,and points out that strengthening the anti-doping education,further improving legal system and strengthening an effective supervision and anti-doping research are main focus of anti-doping work currently.

To promote the understanding and practice of evidence-based medicine (EBM) in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The transition of CABG graft materials from saphenous vein to arterial conduits were perceived using the principles of EBM. The arterial conduits were increasingly performed based on the principles and practice of EBM, therefore the postoperatively long-term graft patency rate, survival rate, and free cardiac event rate were significantly improved. CABG outcomes can be significantly improved by using arterial conduits based on principles of EBM.

Objective:To realize the development of processize, dynamic and normalizing of quality control for medical equipment, and increase the rate of submittal for inspection and work efficiency of medical equipment.Methods: Through data management of informationization platform to count the time, quantity and qualified rate of quality control for medical equipment, and to automatically reminded the number of equipment that was submitted to inspect, and to enhance the rate of submittal for inspection.Results: Through the real-time inquiry function of the operation and maintenance system, the work efficiency was enhanced, and the transformation from static state to dynamic state of the process ofcycle quality control for medical equipment was achieved, and the management for detection data of quality control for medical equipment was improved.Conclusion:Through the application of operation and maintenance system, the work efficiency of cycle quality control of medical equipment can be enhanced, and the informationization management of medical equipment can be achieved, and this system is appropriate for the management of medical equipment in all kinds of hospital.

Objective:To explore the importance of preventive maintenance (PM) of the medical equipment operation and maintenance management system in hospital quality control module. Methods:By introducing the quality control module of maintenance management system into medical equipment operation, the test data was analysed and medical equipment PM plan was developed. Results:Medical equipment PM plan can effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment, thus guaranteeing the normal operation of the equipment. Conclusion:The application of hospital medical equipment operation and quality control module of maintenance management system, can make more accurate statistics for failure cycle and failure rate of hospital equipment, implement the new PM plan, effectively reduce the failure rate and operation cost of hospital equipment, and improve equipment utilization.

Objective:To study the safety and practicability of probiotics intestinal preparation combined with early enteral nutrition in perioperative period of laparoscopic rectal cancer radical proctectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 131 patients who underwent selective laparoscopic rectal cancer radical proctectomy in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 80 patients received probiotics intestinal preparation combined with early enteral nutrition (experimental group), and 51 patients received traditional intestinal preparation and postoperative treatment (control group). The bleeding volume during operation, hospitalization expenses, first exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time, indwelling catheter time and complications were compared between 2 groups.Results:The bleeding volume during operation, hospitalization expenses, postoperative hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group: (166.33 ± 15.18) ml vs. (226.47 ± 16.46) ml, (42 365 ± 3 921) yuan vs. (51 048 ± 4 772) yuan and (13.32 ± 1.03) d vs. (13.98 ± 1.29) d, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.01). There were no statistical difference in the first exhaust time, indwelling catheter time and incidence of complications between 2 groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The probiotics intestinal preparation combined with early enteral nutrition in perioperative period can reduce the hospitalization expenses and shorten the hospitalization time in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer radical proctectomy, which is safe and feasible.

Radiomics has become an important means of medical imaging diagnosis. Cardiovascular diseases seriously threaten human life, and nuclear medicine has shown its unique advantages in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. In this field, relevant studies on the combination of nuclear medicine and radiomics have achieved some results. The combination of two technologies has great application prospects, but there are also some challenges. This paper reviews the basic principles of radiomics, the advantages and clinical applications of nuclear medicine in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, the current research status, challenges and foreground of radiomics combined with nuclear medicine in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, in order to provide some useful thoughts for further research.

Objective : To analyze the trends in mortality and life lost due to bladder cancer in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province from 2003 to 2022, so as to provide the reference for prevention and treatment strategy of bladder cancer. Methods: The data of bladder cancer death in Suzhou City from 2003 to 2022 were collected through Suzhou Residents' Death Registration System, including age, gender, date of death and underlying cause of death. The crude mortality, standardized mortality, years of potential life lost (PYLL), standardized years of potential life lost (SPYLL), years of potential life lost rate (PYLLR), standardized years of potential life lost rate (SPYLLR) and average years of life lost (AYLL) were calculated. The average annual percent change (AAPC) was used to analyze the trends in bladder cancer death and life lost. Results: Totally 2 978 deaths occurred due to bladder cancer in Suzhou City from 2003 to 2022. The crude mortality was 2.22/105, which appeared a tendency towards a rise (AAPC=4.271%, P<0.05). The standardized mortality was 0.91/105, which appeared no significant changing trend (P>0.05). The standardized mortality was 1.58/105 in males and 0.37/105 in females, which appeared no significant tendency in males (P>0.05) and appeared a tendency towards a decline in females (AAPC=-2.331%, P<0.05). The age-specific crude mortality was low among people who aged under 45 years, began to rise among people aged over 45 years and peaked among people aged 60 years and older. The crude mortality of bladder cancer in males aged 60 years and older showed an increasing trend (AAPC=2.864%, P<0.05), but there was no significant tendency in females aged 60 years and older (P>0.05). The PYLL, SPYLL, PYLLR, SPYLLR and AYLL of bladder cancer were 5 020.00 person-years, 2 945.14 person-years, 0.04‰, 0.03‰ and 9.07 years per person. SPYLL, SPYLLR and AYLL showed an decreasing trend (AAPC=-2.867%, -3.321%, -3.738%, P<0.05). Conclusions The mortality of bladder cancer in Suzhou City appeared a tendency towards a rise from 2003 to 2022. The PYLL appeared a downward trend. Males aged 60 years and older are the key groups for the prevention and control of bladder cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total saponins from Coreopsis tinctoria. METHODS:Etha-nol leaching technology was adopted. Based on single factor test,the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test using extraction temperature,ethanol volume fraction,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio as factors,extraction rate of total saponins as in-dex. The optimized technology was validated. RESULTS:The optimal technology was that ratio of solid to liquid was 1:30 (C. tinctoria-60% ethanol),extracting for 2 h at 50 ℃. Validation test showed that average extraction rate of total saponins was 6.8%(RSD=0.85%,n=3). CONCLUSIONS:The optimized technology can be used for the extraction of total saponins from C. tinc-toria and keep stable.

Objective To investigate the relationship of the activation of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kB) with myocardial neutrophil infiltration and injury in human open heart surgery,and to observe the inhibiting effect on the activation of NF-kB and protecting effect on myocardium of the coenzyme Q10,a scavenger of oxygen free radicals.Methods Forty-seven adult patients undergoing open heart surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control and the treatment.CoenzymeQ10 tablets were given to the treatment group 5 days before operation.Biopsy of right atrium for myocardial pathology,activated NF-kB detection and ultrastructure observation were done prior to cardiopulmonary bypass,45 minutes of ischemia and 45 minutes of reperfusion.The dynamic indexes,vasomotor drug dosage,and outcomes were observed postoperatively.Results Upon 45 minutes of ischemia and 45 minutes of reperfusion,in control group there were neutrophil accumulation and adhesion of vascular endothelium,ultrastructural damages,and positive expression of NF-kB both in nuclei and cytoplasm,in myocardium.In treatment group,there were only mild neutrophil infiltration and ultrastructural damages,and weak positive expression of NF-kB both in nuclei and cytoplasm.However,the dynamic indexes,vasomotor drug dosage,and outcomes of two groups were not significantly different.Conclusion NF-kB plays an important role in pathophysiological process of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in open heart surgery.CoenzymeQ10 has obvious inhibiting effect on activation of NF-kB and protecting effect on myocardium.

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of endovascular intervention for intra-cranial aneurysms, especially in the respect of the technique and management of intra-operative complications. Method The clinical data of 60 patients with intra-cranial aneurysms treated with endovascular intervention in the past 3 years were analyzed. The relevant literature especially with regard to the practical technique described was reviewed so as to potentiall minimize and properly manage the intra-operative complications. Results A total of 69 sacciform aneurysms and one dissecting aneurysm located at left vertebral artery (VA) were detected by using digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in 60 patients. There were 65 saccular aneurysms obliterated with constructive approach, and five of them treated with stent-assisted technique and four of them treated with ballon-assisted technique. The VA dissecting aneurysm was obliterated with coils by deconstructive approach with complete occlusion of its parent vessel. There were a total of 53 complete occlusions of aneurysms accounted for 76.81% of 69 sacciform aneurysms in 51 patients ( 85 % ) and eight subtotal occlusion of aneurysms (95 % ～ 99 % occlusion) accounted for 13.56% of total sacciform aneurysms in five patients (8.47%) and four incomplete occlusion of aneurysms ( ＜ 95% occlusion) accounted for 6.78% of total sacciform aneurysms in three patients (5.08%), and one was failure in operation. The rupture of aneurysms occurred during operation in4 patients (6.78%). Two senile patients suffered from intra-opeartive symptomatic thromboembolisn. One patient had stent shifting and spring coil dislocated and moved into the M3 segment of the ipsilateral MCA. Vasospasm occurred in 15 patients during operation, and most of them received endovascular intervention 3 days after the initial ictus. The rate of good recovery was 93.3% at discharge from hospital (the modified Rankin Scales, mRS＜ 2). There were 55 patients followed up for up 24 months after discharge, and excellent recovery rate was found in 51 patients ( mRS ＜ 2), and 3 died.During the follow-up period, no aneurismal recanalization or rupture was noticed in all patients. Conclusions The endovascular intervention is a safe and effective approach to the intra = cranial aneurysms. Advances in the skill of technique and proper management will decrease the complications during operation and improve the prognosis of patients.
