1.Implication of auditory event related potential in autism
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):640-642
Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder characterized by deficits in socialization, communication, and adaptive functioning. To investigate its neurophysiology, lots of measures have been used. In the past twenty years, due to its evaluation function in the central auditory processing and recognition, auditory event related potential has been implemented in autism more and more generally.
2.Study of Lipids Lipoproteins and Associated Factors in TYPE II Nephrotic Syndrome
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
The serum lipids and lipoproteins in 15 type Ⅱ nephrotic syndrome were studied and compared with 20 health controls. The serum TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly increased. There were the inverse correlation between serum TC, TG, LDL-C and albumin and the week positive corre ation between serum lipids, lipoproteins and creatinine. These suggested that there be the wide abnormalities of lipids and lipoproteins in type Ⅱ nephrotic syndrome which may be risk factors of cardiovascular disease and progressive renal diseases.
3.Effects of the indoleamine 2,3- dioxygenase- initiated L- tryptophan metabolism in organ transplantation
International Journal of Surgery 2012;39(5):339-342
Tryptophan is the essential amino acid in the growth of cell.Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase is the rate-limiting enzyme in the catabolism of tryptophan along the kynurenine pathway.Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase enzyme mainly promotes tryptophan consumption of local micro-environment,causing tryptophan lack, thus inhibiting proliferation and activation of T cell.Tryptophan-derived catabolites suppress allogeneic T-cell proliferation (kynurenine,3-hydroxykynurenine,and 3-hydroxyanthranilate).Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase dendritic cells may interact with regulatory T cells forming an immunomodulatory network to promote immune tolerance induction.Though the immune regulation mechanism of the indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-initiated L-tryptophan in transplantation remains unclear,Numerous researches indicate that its role of tolerance induction in transplantation will be significant.
4.Therapeutic value and heterogeneity of zinc supplementation for treating diarrhea in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(6):592-594
Zinc supplementation can reduce the mean duration, the recurrence rate and mortality of diarrhea.Nonetheless,it has no effect on stool frequency or stool output.Zinc supplementation results in different effort for the difference of the duration of diarrhea, pathogens, zinc type and doses of zinc, and shows no effect in infants younger than 6 months.Using iron as a co-intervention can reduce the effect of zinc, but vitamin A or ORS have a synergistic effect with the meeting.Average baseline zinc levels did not contribute to variations in the effect size.Zinc supplements are unlikely to improve compliance with the treatment for diarrheal disease.Longer course, zinc alone,malnutrition,diarrhea,breast-feeding children are prone to vomiting after oral administration of zinc.
5.The study of the influence of self-management on health care behavior among patients with hypertension in Pingshan community
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2008;2(3):153-155
Objective To observe the influence of self-management on health care behavior through health education for patients with hypertension after a self-management model was brought to the communities. Methods There are 252 cases chosen randomly from 546 hypertensive patients in 19 communities to participate in the standard management of hypertension in communities voluntarily. They improve their self-management skills through attending lectures, the guidance of healthy lifestyle and self-management manuals. A scientific self-management methods was established and the support of the society and family was improved. The self-control method was used to analyze this study. Results There are significantly differents (P<0.05 ) in basic health knowledge understanding, self-management skills, and blood pressure control after health education compared with before. Conclusions Patients with health education can improve the self-management level. There are obvious effects on changing the bad lifestyle, improving blood pressure control rate, and decreasing the complication of patients with hypertension.

7.A brief discussion on the connotations of constructing a green hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
The term "a green hospital", meaning "a safe, dependable and harmless hospital", epitomizes the harmony between the hospital's intrinsic quality and extrinsic surroundings. Thus, the construction of a green hospital possesses rich connotations, viz. powerful guarantee, of medical safety, dependable guarantee of quality, delivery of civilized services and harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and comfortable and humanized surroundings for medical care. It is imperative to formulate comprehensive assessment standards for green hospitals or incorporate such standards into the conditions for hospital appraisal so as to render the idea of green hospital a target of hospital development.
8.Expression and modulation of connective tissue growth factor in renal interstitial fibrosis
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1999;0(09):-
CTGF, a member of the CCN family of immediate early genes, is a recently discovered profibrotic growth factor, which is involved in many pathophysiologic procedures. CTGF acts as a downstream effector of TGF-? acting on interstitial cells to enhance the progression of fibrotic renal diseases. It has been shown that CTGF gene expression can be induced or blocked by some kinds of cytokine and drugs. It is an interesting candidate target for future intervention strategies of renal interstitial fibrosis. [
9.Research development of prophylactic central lymph node dissection for papillary thyroid cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(2):126-129
Papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is the most common malignant neoplasm originating from the thyroid gland and has an excellent prognosis. But cervical lymph node metastases are common and the most common sites of metastases are the central lymph nodes of the neck (level Ⅵ).While therapeutic central lymph node dissection for involved lymph nodes is needed in our nation and others, the controversial topic is whether routine prophylactic central lymph node dissection in patients without evidence of lymph node metastasis should be performed in patients with PTC.The author reviewed the research development of prophylactic central lymph node dissection for papillary thyroid cancer in the article.
10.Clinical Observation of Different Needling Methods for Ischemic Stroke
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(8):948-950
ObjectiveToinvestigate the effect of different needling methods on ischemic stroke, for seeking the effective treatment for stroke.MethodBy following the randomized controlled principle, the sixty enrolled patients were randomized into an electroacupuncture groupand an acupuncture group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups were both intervened by needling treatment in addition to the conventional internal medicine management, electroacupuncture for the electroacupuncture group, and ordinary acupuncture for theacupuncture group. The Neuropathy Disability Scale (NDS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), and Barthel Index (BI) were adopted for evaluation and comparison.ResultThe NDS, FMA, and BI scores were significantly changed after treatment in both groups (P<0.01); there were significant differencesin comparing FMA and BI scores between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionElectroacupuncture can produce a more significant efficacy in treating ischemic stroke compared with ordinary acupuncture, electroacupunctureis also better than ordinary acupuncture in improving the neural deficit.
