1.Study of Lipids Lipoproteins and Associated Factors in TYPE II Nephrotic Syndrome
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
The serum lipids and lipoproteins in 15 type Ⅱ nephrotic syndrome were studied and compared with 20 health controls. The serum TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly increased. There were the inverse correlation between serum TC, TG, LDL-C and albumin and the week positive corre ation between serum lipids, lipoproteins and creatinine. These suggested that there be the wide abnormalities of lipids and lipoproteins in type Ⅱ nephrotic syndrome which may be risk factors of cardiovascular disease and progressive renal diseases.

4.Effect of Protamine Coated PLA Nanocapsule on the Immune Function of Murine BMDCs In Vitro
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2016;45(3):298-301
Objective To investigate the effect of protamine(PS)coated polylactic acid(PLA)nanocapsule on the immune response of murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs).Methods PLA nanocapsules were prepared by W1/O/W2 method.Protamine was used to modify the surface of PLA nanocapsule that encapsulated ovalbumin(OVA),a model anti-gen.The prepared OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsules were used to stimulate BMDCs.Flow cytometry was used to analyze the ex-pression of surface molecules CD80,CD83,CD86,MHCⅠ,and MHC Ⅱ,and the uptake of nanocapsule. The levels of IL-12 p70 secreted by BMDCs were detected by ELISA.Results OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsules could significantly up-regulate the expres-sion of CD80,CD83,MHCⅠ,and MHC Ⅱ in BMDCs,and increase the secretion of IL-12 p70 by BMDCs.Furthermore,OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsules could enhance the uptake efficiency of OVA by BMDCs.Conclusion OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsule can en-hance the immune response of BMDCs,and may become a good drug delivery carrier.
5.Research development of prophylactic central lymph node dissection for papillary thyroid cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(2):126-129
Papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is the most common malignant neoplasm originating from the thyroid gland and has an excellent prognosis. But cervical lymph node metastases are common and the most common sites of metastases are the central lymph nodes of the neck (level Ⅵ).While therapeutic central lymph node dissection for involved lymph nodes is needed in our nation and others, the controversial topic is whether routine prophylactic central lymph node dissection in patients without evidence of lymph node metastasis should be performed in patients with PTC.The author reviewed the research development of prophylactic central lymph node dissection for papillary thyroid cancer in the article.
6.Effects of the tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase in tryptophan metabolism and immunoregulation
International Journal of Surgery 2016;43(7):491-494
Tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO)is the rate-limiting enzyme in the catabolism of Trp along the kynurenine pathway.Trp is mainly catabilized by the TDO in the liver, which could not only regulate the concentration of the Trp and suppress the T cells proliferation, but also participate in antibacterial action and inflammatory response. The metabolin kynurenines as an endogenous ligand of the AhR receptor, the TDO enzymes,Kyn and AhR form the TDO-Kyn-AhR pathway have effects of regulatory the growth of tumor. With the research of the mechanism of immune regulation goes futher,it is expected to be a promising prospect in cancer therapy and the immune tolerance of transplantation. We reviewed in the article, which summarized the TDO mediated catabolism of Trp and immunomodulatory effect.
7.Mechanism of Increased Myocardial Ischemic Vulnerability in Mice Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Induced by Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress
Chinese Circulation Journal 2016;31(1):91-95
Objective: To study the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) and adiponectin;to explore the role of ERS for increasing myocardial ischemic vulnerability in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) mice.
Methods: Type 2 DM model was established by high fat diet with streptozotocin (STZ) injection. A total of 35 C57BL/6J male type 2 DM mice were divided into 4 groups: ①Control group, n=5. ②Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) group,③Thapsigargin (TG) group and ④Normal saline group. The mice in Groups ②, ③, ④were fed by high fat and high glucose diet by injecting streptozotocin (STZ), in the last 3 weeks and respectively received intraperitoneal injections of TUDCA (250 mg/kg), thapsigargin (TG) (300μg/kg) and normal saline twice a day, n=10 in each group. Then myocardial infarction (MI) model was established in 5 mice from each group. 72 hours later, the MI ranges were measured, serum levels of adiponectin were detected, mRNA expressions of adiponectin and CHOP in myocardial tissue were examined.
Results: The MI range in TUDCA group (21.47 ± 2.85)%and in Normal saline group (39.92 ± 4.28)%were both lower than TG group (66.56 ± 8.15)%, both P<0.01. Before MI occurrence, serum levels of adiponectin in TUDCA group (79.25 ± 6.40) pg/ml and in Normal saline group (70.23 ± 4.15) pg/ml were both higher than TG group (62.64 ± 5.70) pg/ml, both P<0.01;serum levels of adiponectin in each group were higher than they were 72 h after MI. In each group, the mRNA expression and protein content of adiponectin in myocardial tissue were constant to serum adiponectin;while the mRNA expression and protein content of CHOP was opposite to serum adiponectin.
Conclusion: ESR could increase myocardial vulnerability in type 2 DM mice which might be related to down-regulating adiponectin expression.

10.A brief discussion on the connotations of constructing a green hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
The term "a green hospital", meaning "a safe, dependable and harmless hospital", epitomizes the harmony between the hospital's intrinsic quality and extrinsic surroundings. Thus, the construction of a green hospital possesses rich connotations, viz. powerful guarantee, of medical safety, dependable guarantee of quality, delivery of civilized services and harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and comfortable and humanized surroundings for medical care. It is imperative to formulate comprehensive assessment standards for green hospitals or incorporate such standards into the conditions for hospital appraisal so as to render the idea of green hospital a target of hospital development.
