Objective: To study the action of acupuncture on the morbid psychology of the heroine addicts at late stage of detoxification. Methods: Four methods including acupuncture, combination of opium and acupuncture, combination of opium and buprenorphine, and combination of opium and Han's drug withdrawal instrument were adopted to study the effect of acupuncture on each factor in 90 listing symptoms of heroin addicts at late stage of detoxification by the self-evaluation scales. Result: Acupuncture had more advantages in improving obsessive symptoms, anxiety, psychogenic symptoms and No 10 factor (P＜ 0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture can correct the morbid psychology of the addicts and help them enter the recovery stage smoothly.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of de-addiction with the therapy of acupuncture, acupuncture plus opium, opium plus buprenorphine and opium plus Han's instrument for de-addiction and to study the effects of the four therapeutic methods on the protracted withdrawal syndrome and craving. METHODS: The effects of de-addiction were assessed with the opiate withdrawal scale and the craving degree with visual analogue scale (VAS). RESULTS: The dominance of acupuncture treatment for withdrawal syndrome appeared to be after the 6th day, and the dominance for controlling craving showed after the 8th day, moreover, there were little side effects. CONCLUSION: Acupuncture treatment had the potentiality of preventing relapse and could be used for treating the protracted withdrawal syndrome and psychic dependence during the period between the stages of abstinence and rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate clinical significance of soluble CD30/CD30L and CD40/CD40L system imbalance in ovarian serous tumors.Methods 40 patients of serous cystadenoma and 30 patients of serous cystadenocarcinoma were selected,and 40 age-and weight-matched healthy women were also recruited as the control group.Peripheral venous blood (3 ml) of the healthy control and patients with ovarian serous tumors before surgery and 7 days after surgery were collected.After separation of serum,ELISA was used to detect levels of sCD30,sCD30L,sCD40 and sCD40L.Results Compared to the control group,levels of sCD30,sCD30L,sCD40 and sCD40L in both serous cystadenoma and serous cystadenocarcinoma groups were significantly in creased (P＜0.05).And in those serous cystadenocarcinoma group,levels of such soluble proteins were much higher than in serous cystadenoma group (P＜0.05).7 days after surgery,levels of such soluble proteins were significantly decreased in both serous cystadenoma and serous cystadenocarcinoma groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum sCD30/sCD30L and sCD40/sCD40L is possible to have a certain guiding significance to early diagnosis of ovarian tumors and the prognosis of patients.

Objective To identify the effect of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on the differentiation and apoptosis of different types of neuroblastoma(NB) cell lines.Methods The cell lines [SK-N-SH,SK-N-BE2,SH-SY5 Y] were induced with different concentrations (0 μmol/L,1 μmol/L,3 μmol/L,5 μ mol/L and 7 μ mol/L) of arsenic trioxide for 24 h,48 h,72 h under the same conditions.The expression of MYCN gene was examined by fluorescence in situ hybridization assay in SK-N-BE2,cell proliferation,cell cycle and cell apoptosis were detected with cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and flow cytometry.Results 5 μmol/L of As2O3 inhibited the expression of MYCN gene in SK-N-BE2;CCK-8 assay indicated that As2O3 inhibited the proliferation of NB cell in a dose-and time-dependent manner,the cell proliferation was significantly suppressed compared with the low concentration (1 μ mol/L) after treated with As2O3 by 1 μmol/L,3 μmol/L,5 μmol/L and 7 μmol/L in 24 h,48 h and 72 h,SH-SY5Y:24 h(chisq =9.666 7,P ＜ 0.05),48 h (chisq =9.666 7,P ＜ O.05),72 h (chisq =9.512 8,P ＜ 0.05);SK-N-SH,24 h (chisq =10.38,P＜0.054 6),48 h(chisq=8.641 0,P＜0.05),72 h(chisq=9.461 5,P＜0.05);SK-N-BE2:24 h (chisq =8.435 9,P ＜0.05),48 h(chisq =8.641 O,P ＜0.05),72 h(chisq =9.545 5,P ＜0.05);compared with the control group,the As2O3-treated cells showed increased apoptosis percentage,with the percentage of 1.6％ (0 μmol/L),3.8％ (1 μmol/L),6.1％ (3 μmol/L),10.4％ (5 μmol/L),40.2％ (7 μ mol/L);the cell cycle was arrested at G2/M phase,which prevented cell division.Conclusions (1) As2O3 play an important role on the NB cells proliferation,apoptosis which were dose-and time-dependent manner.(2)As2O3 can inhibit the expression of MYCN gene.(3)As2O3 also could block NB cell cycle at S and G2/M,and inhibit the cell nucleus replication and the As2O3 had different induced effect between different types of NB cell.

Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT enterography(MSCTE),capsule endoscopy(CE) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) findings score in the assessment of Crohn disease activity,prospectively.Methods One hundred and eight patients were diagnosed with CD by endoscopy combined with clinical or pathological results,and all of the patients' Crohn disease activity index(CDAI) were greater than or equal to 150.MSCTE were performed in all the patients.At the same time,48 and 60 patients of them were voluntary to accept CEUS and CE examination,respectively.The imaging score of the three different techniques was calculated.Patients' CDAI were calculated combined with the C-reactive protein(CRP) content and clinical feature.To analyze the correlation among the imaging score patients' CDAI,and CRP content,respectively using the Pearson method.Results The mean score of MSCTE,CEUS and CE were(7.6±2.7),(11.5 ±4.3) and(12.8±8.2),respectively.The patients' mean CDAI and CRP content were(296.1±93.5) and(23.7±5.2) mg/L,respectively.It was high correlation between MSCTE score and CDAI (r=0.916,P＜0.01),but it was moderate between CEUS(r=0.752,P＜0.01),CE(r=0.707,P＜0.01) score and CDAI.There was no evident correlation between MSCTE(r=0.167,P＞0.05),CEUS(r=0.200,P＞0.05) score and CRP content excepting the CE result(r=0.467,P＜0.01).Conclusions There was a good correlation between the MSCTE score and CDAI.We could use MSCTE findings score to assess the activity of CD patients prospectively.

[Objects]To isolate and identify the pathogen of the large outbreak of dengue in Guangdong province in 2014. To understand the origin and the phylogenetic characteristics of the isolates ,and provide scientific foundation for the surveillance and prevention of dengue fever.[Methods]Collected the patient serum samples over all the Guangdong province during the 2014 outbreakperiod,isolated and identified the virus from these samples. Amplified complete E gene and complete genome with certain primers and sequenced all the products. Then the Phylogenetic ,Bayesian phylogeography and mutations analysis were carried.[Results]40 DENV-1 strains were isolated and identified. 40 complete E gene sequences and 6 complete genome sequences of DENV-1 were obtained. Phylogenetic analysis with E gene sequences revealed that the 40 isolates were classified into two genotypes including 16 genotypeⅠ(Asia)and 24 genotypeⅤ(America/Africa). 14 genotypeⅠisolates were clustered closest with isolates from Guangdong province(2013)and Sigapore(2013)which share the nucletide identities of 99.6% ~ 99.9%,other two genotypeⅠisolates were clustered with strains from Malaysia (2013) and both share the nucletide identities of 99.7%;24 genotypeⅤisolates were all classified in one clade with striains from Bangladesh(2009),China(2009)and Bhutan(2013)which share nucletide identities of 99.0%-99.9%. Further analysis with six complete genome sequences showed that five isolates were clustered closest with strains isolated from Guangdong province(2013)share the nucletide identities of 99.6%-99.8% while the sixth stains closest with strains isolated from Myanmar(2002)share the nucletide identities of 98.8%. The isolates have five amino acid mutations compared with strains epidemic in Guangdong province in 2013,three mutations(S88V,E203G,T275R)are in the EⅡdomain and one mutation (S305P)is in the EⅢdomain which associated with virulence.[Conclusions]During the outbreak in Guangdong province in 2014, DENV-1 is the predominant causative serotype,and there are at least two different kinds of genotypes of DENV-1 largely epidemiced in the whole province. Evolution analysis reveals the multiple origins of the isolates which may origin from Guangdong province , Sigapore,Malaysia,Myanmar so that we should enhance the study and surveillance of autochthonous and vectors in order to understand the epidemic way of dengue in Guangdong province. The isolates have had four mutations in the domain associated with virulence which remain further study to know their biological effects.

Objective This study aims to investigate the clinical value of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP)combined with strontium-89 (89 Sr)on patients with spinal malignant tumor.Methods Seventy four patients who were diagnosed as spinal malig-nant tumor were divided into two groups randomly.37 patients of the control group were treated by PVP only,and 37 patients of joint group were treated by PVP and 89 Sr together.Then the clinical effect of the joint group and control group was compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the quality of life,ratio of pain relief,clinical effect and survival time in joint group were dis-tinctly better than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion PVP combined with 89 Sr can be an effective and safe treatment for pa-tients with spinal malignant tumor.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of Chuanxiongqingnaokeli for children with migraine. Methods One hundred children patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 50 ) and control group( n = 50 ). Patients in treatment group were given Chuanxiongqingnaokeli,10 g/once,and three times one day,while in control group were given Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,2. 5 mg/once,and who's body mass ﹥50 kg with 5. 0 mg/once,and one times each night. Three months as one course of treatment,and compared the efficacy of two groups after tree course of treatment. Results The hemodynamics of two groups all decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,but ACA,MCA,PCABA and VA in treatment group(( 81. 10 ± 11. 95 ),( 93. 3 ± 14. 16 ),( 70. 2 ± 11. 57),(70. 6 ± 13. 02),(65. 5 ± 12. 6)cm/s respectively)decreased more significantly than that of control group(( 104. 2 ± 12. 63 ),( 116. 2 ± 15. 82 ),( 93. 5 ± 11. 91 ),( 93. 5 ± 12. 71 ),87. 4 ± 12. 92 ) cm/s respectively),and the differences were significant( P﹤0. 05). The headache frequency and duration in treatment group were(1. 0 ± 0. 6)and(3. 3 ± 1. 0),less than that of control group((2. 3 ± 0. 9)and(5. 6 ± 1. 7);t= -3. 345,-3. 269;P﹤0. 05). The total effective rate in treatment group was 90. 0%(45/50),higher than that of control group(74. 0%(37/50);χ2 =4. 336,P﹤0. 05). There was no severe adverse reaction in both two groups. Conclusion The Chuanxiongqingnaokeli is safe and effective for treatment of children with migraine.

Objective To investigate the effect of volume therapy with 6％ hydroxyethyl starch (HES) 130/0.4 on mesenteric microcirculation in a rabbit model of hypovolemia.Methods Sixty-four adult male rabbits,weighing 2.0-2.3 kg,were randomly divided into 4 groups( n =16 each):control group (group C),hypovolemia group (group HM),Ringer's solution group (group RS) and 6％ HES 130/0.4 group (group HES).The animals were anesthetized with sodiun pentobarbital 3.0-3.5 mg/kg.Femoral artery,femoral vein and right internal jugular vein were cannulated for MAP monitoring,blood withdrawing and fluid adminstration.Hypovolemia was induced by withdrawing blood from femoral vein of 30％ blood volume in 30 min in groups HM,RS and HES.In group C,no blood was withdrawed.In group RS,Ringer's solution 3 times of the volume of blood withdrawn was infused,while 6％ HES 130/0.4 equal volume of blood withdrawn was infused via right internal jugular vein immediately at the end of blood withdrawing.MAP and HR were recorded and femoral artery and femoral vein blood samples were taken before blood withdrawing (T0),immediately at the end of blood withdrawing(T1 ),immediately at the end of volume therapy(T2 ) and 30 min after volume therapy(T3 ).DO2,VO2 and ERO2 were calculated.Diameter and blood flow speed of microvessel were determined.Results Compared with group C,HR was significantly increased,MAP decreased,diameter and blood flow speed of microvessel were decreased at T1～3,DO2 was increased　at T1 in group HM.Compared with group HM,MAP was significantly increased at T2,HR decreased at T2,3,DO2and VO2 were increased at T1～3,diameter of arteriole was increased at T2 whlie decreased at T3,diameter of veinule　and blood flow speed of microvessel were increased at T2,3 in group RS,MAP was significantly increased at T2,HR　was decreased whlie DO2 and VO2 were decreased,VO2,ERO2,diameter and blood flow speed of microvessel were　increased at T2,3 in group HES.Compared with group RS,DO2,VO2 and ERO2 were significantly decreased at T3　in group HES.Conclusion Volume therapy with 6％ HES 130/0.4 can improve mesenteric microcirculation,organ perfusion and oxygen metabolic in a rabbit model of hypovolemia.
