Objective To study the relationship between psychological resilience and occupational stress of nurses in disinfec-tion supply center. Method A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 387 nurses in the supply and demand center by using the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson scale (Connor-Davidson resilience, CD-RISC) and the nurse job stressors scale. Results In the disinfection supply center, the nurses' mental resilience score was (76.72±13.67), at the middle level. The total score on occupa-tion pressure was (72.84±12.19), at the moderate stress level. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the sterilization and supply cen-ter nurses' mental resilience score, together with the dimensions were positively correlated with occupation pressure. The mental re-silience and occupation pressure were positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusions The psychological toughness and occupational stress of nurses in the sterilization and supply center are in the middle level. The nursing managers can promote the sustainable develop-ment of the nurses' psychological toughness through the stress management training and the nursing profession quality improvement.

Objective To explore the influence of home synthesize magnetic iron oxide (called Fe2O3-PLL) labeling on peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) bionomics to provide experimental foundation for MR imaging ex and in vivo. Methods Fe2O3 was incubated with PLL for 2 hours to obtain a complex of Fe2O3-PLL. Rabbit peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated and EPCs were selected by adherence method. Fe2O3-PLL was used to label EPCs. Prussian blue stain and electron microscope was used for showing intracellular iron. MTT assay was assessed to evaluate the difference of growth curve between unlabeled and labeled with 25 mg/L Fe2O3-PLL. Flow cytometry was performed to analyze cell cycle, cell apoptosis and the expression of surface markers of labeled and unlabeled cells. Expressions of Enos, KDR and Vwf at Mrna levels among unlabeled and labeled EPCs were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Calcium ion channel and membrane fluidity were observed and analyzed by laser confocal microscopy. Statistical analyses were used with ANOVA and t test. Results Almost 100% cells were labeled by Fe2O3-PLL, iron-containing vesicles were intracytoplasma. There was no statistical difference in cells growth curve, cell life cycle [(93.74±3.52)% ,(94.57±3.66)% ] and cell apoptosis rate(12. 89±1.81) %, (11.67±1.18) %) between labeling with Fe2O3-PLL at a concentration of 25 mg/L and unlabeled cells (t = 0. 283, P > O. 05 ; t = 0. 977, P > 0. 05). There was also no statistical difference in relative amount of Enos, KDR and Vwf at Mrna levels and the expression of sudace phenotypic markers (CD34, CD106, CD146 and KDR) between two groups (P > 0. 05). In addition,Labeling had little influence on calcium ion channel and didn't significantly alter cell membrane fluidity. Conclusions The rabbit peripberal blood EPCs can be effective labeled with Fe2O3-PLL and without significant influence on cells bionomics at a low concentration of 25 mg/L. Almost every cell can be labeled and the labeled cells can be used further.

In the first case, a 15-year-old girl presented with recurrent multiple erythematous edema, bullae and ulceration on the face and extremities for 3 years, which had developed into plaques and nodules on the face and trunk for 6 months. Histology revealed angiocentric and angiodestructive infiltrates with medium-sized atypical lymphoid cells positive for LCA, CD45RO, CD56 and EBV staining throughout the dermis. The patient was diagnosed with extra NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal-type. She subsequently had a rapid downhill clinical course with resistance to systemic chemotherapy, and died one month later. In the second case, a 44-year-old male was admitted to the hospital with progressive infiltrated mass on the right waist for 1 year, and a 4-month-history of lymphadenectasis. Histologically, there was a massive and dense infiltrate with middle and large-sized, CD4 and CD56-positive lymphoblastics throughout the dennis and subcutaneous tissue. A diagnosis of blastic NK-cell lymphoma was made. The patient was managed with surgical excision followed by systemic chemotherapy. He had been followed up and free of relapse till the time of this writing.CD56 positive cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders appear to be highly invasive.

The particles suspended in seawater have great influence on pollutant migration and transformation in marine environment, while the lipophilic algae toxins enriched by the particles suspended in seawater will lead more serious toxicity to marine filter feeders. In this study, a new method was developed for the simultaneous determination of eight lipophilic algae toxins in suspended particles by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS ) . After extracted with methanol by ultrasonic-assisted extraction, the sample was separated on an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (50 mm×2. 1 mm, 1. 7 μm) using gradient elution of acetonitrile and water containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate as eluent modifiers. The qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out by electrospray ionization ( ESI) tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring ( MRM) mode. Under the optimal conditions, satisfactory precision (relative standard deviations (RSD≤14. 1%), recoveries (83. 8%-110. 4%) and detection limits (2. 9-103 pg/g) of the method were achieved. Good linearity (R2≥0. 99) was also obtained for all studied analytes. Then, the method was applied to determine the amounts of the eight lipophilic marine toxins in authentic suspended particle samples collected from Qingdao near-shore area. Pectenotoxin 2 ( PTX2 ) was detected in the samples from Shilaoren beach and No. 3 bathing beach with concentration ranges of 717 and 790 pg/g, respectively.
