Basic surgical skills tralning which belongs to the basic course of surgery, is clini-cal basis for the medical students. The teaching practice of basic surgical skills tralning was explored by the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, the theoretical teaching was combined with skills tralning practice, three kinds of means which contalned the model, animal tissues and or-gans in vitro and animal experiment were used to carry out systemic and standardized tralning. Finally, the basic surgical skills of postgraduate in surgery were improved, and the expected alm of teaching was achieved.

Objective To approach the correlation between the bone density measured by quantitative CT and the blood sugar level of the aged patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus,and observe the effects of the blood sugar level on the bone density.Methods The lumbar bone densities and the blood sugar levels of 160 aged patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (hyperglycemia group 80 cases,euglycemia group 80 cases ) and the healthy aged people (80 cases) were detected by quantitative CT and serum biochemical detection; the correlation between the blood sugar level and the bone density and the osteoporosis occurrence status of aged people in various groups were analyzed.Results The bone density in the non-insulin-dependent diabetes and hyperglycemia group was lower than those in normal(control) group and non-insulin-dependent diabetes and euglycemia group (P

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of 7 residual solvents(ethanol,n-hexane,benzene,tolu-ene,xylene,styrene,divinylbenzene)in Liuwei dihuang glycoside. METHODS:The column was DB-624 capillary column,carri-er gas was nitrogen,flow rate was 5.0 ml/min;detector was a hydrogen flame ionization detector with temperature of 250 ℃(pro-grammed temperature);equilibrium temperature was 80 ℃,sample loop temperature was 90 ℃,and transfer line temperature was 100 ℃;the equilibrium time of vial heating was 30 min,sample loop filling time was 0.05 min,injection time was 1.0 min;the carrier gas pressure was 95 kpa,and the vial pressure was 60 kpa. RESULTS:The linear range was 25-500 μg/ml for ethanol(r=0.998 7),0.025-10μg/ml for n-hexane(r=0.998 8),0.025-10μg/ml for benzene(r=0.999 9),0.1-40μg/ml for toluene(r=1.000 0),0.25-100 μg/ml for xylene(r=0.999 9),0.5-500 μg/ml for styrene(r=1.000 0) and 0.5-500 μg/ml for divinylbenzene (r=1.000 0);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 4%;recoveries were 99.60%-102.70%(RSD=1.08%,n=9),90.70%-100.30%(RSD=4.51%,n=9),100.10%-109.80%(RSD=3.82%,n=9),99.50%-110.00%(RSD=4.40%,n=9),100.00%-109.10%(RSD=3.50%,n=9),93.40%-102.30%(RSD=3.73%,n=9) and 99.70%-101.70%(RSD=0.79%,n=9),respectively;the low limits of detection were 1.000,0.025,0.025,0.025,0.100,0.025,0.250 μg/ml respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of residual solvents(etha-nol,n-hexane,benzene,toluene,xylene,styrene,divinylbenzene)in Liuwei dihuang glycoside.

Background and purpose:HPV infection is known as the primary cause of cervical cancer worldwide To investigate high risk type human papillomavirus (HPV) prevalence and incidence rates of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and their screen risk factors in women with different methods of screening.Methods:1137 residents, workers and service women aged 15-59 from Shenzhen city were investigated for cervical cancer in an epidemiology screening study.The high risk types of human papillomavirus of liquid-based cytology samples were tested by hybrid capture 2 (HC-Ⅱ) and liquid-based cytology test (LCT) was also performed at the same time. Women for HPV-positive with LCT ≥ atypical squamous cells of undetermined sign (ASCUS) or HPV-negative with LCT ≥ low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) were biopsied in colposcopy and then were examined by pathology. All data was managed by Foxbase. ?2 test and unconditional Logistic regression model were used for data analysis by SPSS 10.0.Results:1137 women were eligible in our research, the overall rates of HPV infection was 14.0%. Objective To explore the application effect of Compound Lidocaine Cream on dilation of anus in children with anal atresia after operation .Methods A total of 64 children with anal atresia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ( 32 cases in each group ) .The patients of control group used conventional methods to dilate anus ,and the patients observation group received Compound Lidocaine Cream before dilatation of anus .We compared children′s reaction of the pain .Results In observation group, at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd day, FLACC score were (5.91 ±1.75), (3.38 ±1.50) and (1.72 ±0.58);oxygen saturation (%) were (96.34 ±1.12 ), (96.47 ±1.11) and (98.03 ±0.74); heart rate (beats per minute) were (132.00 ±1.31),(126.31 ±5.11),(118.09 ±7.67).Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).On the 3rd day, FLACC score decreased, and blood oxygen saturation increased , and heart rate decreased in both groups compared with the first day of anus dilation , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Compound Lidocaine Cream can relieve the pain of dilatation.It is safe, simple, and is worthy of clinical promotion .

By formulating the standard operating procedures for clinical skills, and standardizing the operation steps, the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University further refines and quantifies the scoring criteria, and this is also applied in the teaching practice of medical students' clinical skills. The two operations of clean wound dressing and diagnostic peritoneal puncture are taken as an example for description. The assessment results shows that the level of medical students' clinical skills has improved significantly. Questionnaire survey also shows that teachers' training efficiency and students' learning effi-ciency have been improved , indicating that clinical skills standard operation procedures have achieved good teaching results in clinical skills teaching practice.

To develop new synthetic process of ceftriaxone sodium, 7-amino-3-［(2, 5-dihydro-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-5-oxo-1, 2, 4-triazin-3-yl)thiomethyl］-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid(7-ACT)was synthesized from 7-aminocephalosporanicacid(7-ACA)by reaction with 2, 5-dihydro-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-mercapto-5-oxo-1, 2, 4-triazine(TTZ)under the catalysis of BF3/C2H3N. Ceftriaxone was prepared from 7-ACT by condensation with 2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic thiobenzothiazole ester(AE)using triethylamine as catalyst. After removing the by-product 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(M)through filtration, the filtrate was treated with sodium acetate to give ceftriaxone sodium. This improved process eliminates the working procedure for separating compound M from the mother liquor, and has the advantages of less solvent consumption and convenient operation, and has been successfully used in commercial production.

Objective:To explore the application effect of situational case-based learning (CBL) teaching method in the surgical animal experiment course.Methods:The five-year clinical medicine students of the Batch 2016 teaching reform classes in Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected as the research objects. The teaching reform Class 1 was the control group, and the teaching reform Class 2 was the experimental group, with 36 students in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching, while the experimental group introduced situational CBL teaching. The mid-term assessment of the course was carried out, using a multi-station examination including theory and skill operation. At the same time, a questionnaire survey of course satisfaction was carried out among the two groups of students. SPSS 22.0 was used for t-test and Chi-square test. Results:The theoretical performance of the experimental group (72.44 ±7.91) was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.49±8.23), and the performance of skill operation (77.69±7.13) was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.58±8.91). The course satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The introduction of situational CBL teaching could significantly improve the classroom teaching effect of surgical animal experiments, and be beneficial for medical students to master the basic skills of surgery and the related general theory knowledge of clinical medicine.

Objective:To investigate the effect of irradiation on the expression of miR-150-5p and miR-23a-3p in human peripheral blood serum by collecting peripheral blood of tumor patients before and after radiotherapy, so as to provide scientific basis for finding radiation biomarkers.Methods:A total of 63 tumor patients treated with radiotherapy from October 2021 to March 2022 were enrolled in this study. The relative expression levels of miR-150-5p and miR-23a-3p in peripheral blood serum in these patients were detected using the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) before and after radiotherapy. The differential changes in the expression levels of the two miRNAs in the peripheral blood serum of the patients before and after radiotherapy were compared, and their relationships with factors such as cancer types were analyzed.Results:The relative expression levels of miR-150-5p and miR-23a-3p in peripheral blood serum of the patients after radiotherapy were significantly lower than those before radiotherapy ( t = 4.97, Z = -2.77, P < 0.05). Among different cancer types, the relative expression level of miR-150-5p in the patients with breast cancer, esophageal cancer, or other digestive tract cancer decreased after radiotherapy ( t = 3.47, 2.47, 2.87, P < 0.05), and the relative expression level of miR-23a-3p in the patients with digestive tract cancer decreased after radiotherapy ( Z = -1.99, P < 0.05). The changes in the expression level of miR-150-5p before and after radiotherapy were not affected by gender, age, chemotherapy, and cancer type ( P > 0.05). By contrast, the changes in the expression level of miR-23a-3p before and after radiotherapy were significantly affected by gender, age, and chemotherapy ( t=2.04, -3.34, -2.29, P<0.05). Conclusions:The expression of miR-150-5p in the serum of tumor patients may be affected by radiotherapy, which has the potential to be used as a biological indicator of radiation.

Objective:To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of severe tongue′s lymphatic vascular malformation, and evaluate the value and aesthetics of the operation.Methods:The 33 cases′ data of lingual lymphatic vascular malformation from February 2018 to February 2019 in Department of Hemangioma Surgery of Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were analyzed retrospectively. There were 18 males and 15 females, aged from 1 month to 50 years old, with a median age of 5 years. From unilateral lesions to diffuse and extensive lesions, 33 of them received radiofrequency ablation.24 cases were unilateral and 9 cases were bilateral. 18G radiofrequency ablation needle was selectedwithworking tip diameter of 1mm and heating 5 mm tip , and the power was adjusted to 25 W. Monitoring by color Doppler ultrasound, the working tip was inserted into the bottom of the lesion part which is about 1 mm from the deepest part. The ablation was performed for 5-20 s after being electrified. Then the electrode needle was withdrawn 1 mm in turn until it was 1 mm from the lesion surface, and respectively performed multi-point ablation withinterval of 5 mm.Results:One-stage radiofrequency ablation was performed in 24 patients with unilateral lesions and 9 patients with bilateral lesions. One-stage radiofrequency ablation was performed in one side of the lesions. After three to six months later, two-stage radiofrequency ablation was performed in most of the lesions. 33 cases were followed up from 6 months to 2 years.18 cases of unilateral lesions and 6 cases of bilateral lesions had no recurrence, and the tongue was symmetrical on both sides; 9 cases of full-thickness involvement of the tongue (6 cases on one side and 3 cases on both sides) had a small amount of lesions near the lingual artery, which were asymptomatic, nearly cured, without obvious scars, and satisfactory in appearance.Conclusions:Radiofrequency ablation is an important supplement for the treatment of lingual lymphatic vascular malformation, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional surgery. Clinically, it can primarily achieve the treatment′s goal, with unobvious complication and aesthetical outcome.
