Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) is a neurotropic virus.Brain nerve cells are HCMV sensitive cell.Early fetal infection HCMV can lead to cerebral necrosis,calcification,cerebral developmental delay,common diffuse brain damage.The surviving fetus present prominent central nervous system damage,clinical manifestations of microcephaly,cerebral palsy and epilepsy and mental retardation,with memory impairment as the main symptoms.This paper reviews the HCMV intrauterine infection leads to memory impairment progress.

leucine-rich repeat (in FLⅡ) interacting protein 1(LRRFIP1) is a kind of transcription inhibitory factor which exists in tissue cells of various animals and human body.Its expression increases significantly in epidermal growth,tumors and cerebrovascular diseases.With transcription inhibition feature,it involves in the regulation of signal pathways and the platelet cytoskeleton component.It is also target gene of miRNA regulation and plays an important role in the process.This paper reviews the LRRFIP1 structure characteristics,distribution and function and its regulation mechanism.

Objective To investigate the life quality changes and influencing factors of acute coronary syn -drome after stent implantation .Methods 100 cases with acute coronary syndrome received stent implantation were selected .SF-36 life quality questionnaire was used to survey the patients′life quality before operation and 6 months af-ter operation,and the life quality changes and influence factors were analyzed .Results 6 months after operation,the physical activity ,mental health ,social activities ,physical pain ,physical function ,physical role ,energy and health score of the patients were higher than before operation (P<0.05).According to Logistic regression analysis ,female,type 2 diabetes,underwent percutaneous coronary intervention ,ST-T segment elevation myocardial infarction were the im-portant factors affecting patients′recovery(P<0.05).Conclusion 6 months after stent implantation,the life quality of the patients with acute coronary syndrome were improved obviously;the female and underwent percutaneous coro-nary intervention have positive influence on patients′recovery,while type 2 diabetes,ST-T segment elevation myocar-dial infarction affect patients′recovery in negative way .

Objective Study the endobronchial ultrasound features of mediastinal tubercular lymphadenopathy and sarcoidosis to probe a new method for the differential diagnosis. Methods The endobronchial ultrasound features of 74 lymph nodes in 16 mediastinal tubercular lymphadenopathy and 30 sarcoidosis patients diagnosed in our department were studied retrospectively, and the sizes, borders, fusion and echo features of mediastinal tubercular lymphadenopathy were compared to sarcoidosis. Results Both of the long size and the short size of mediastinal tubercular lymphadenopathy were smaller than sarcoidosis [(15.77 ± 4.10) vs (19.76 ± 5.83), t = 3.28, P = 0.021;(12.67 ± 4.09) vs (16.81 ± 5.54), t = 3.56, P = 0.001]. And the following features were statistically significant of tubercular lymphadenopathy as compared to sarcodosis: indistinct borders, fusion of lymph nodes, hyperechoic echotexture and patchy anechoic/hypoechoic areas [50.0% (11/22) vs 17.3% (9/52), χ2 = 8.38, P = 0.004; 18.2%(4/22) vs 0.0% (0/52), P = 0.008; 50.0% (11/22) vs 0.0% (0/52), P = 0.000; 63.6% (14/22) vs 0.0% (0/52), P = 0.000, respectively). However, there was no significant difference in the existence of central hilar structure [9.1% (2/22) vs 19.2% (10/52), P = 0.491] between mediastinal tubercular lymphadenopathy and sarcoidosis. Conclusions The endobronchial ultrasound features of mediastinal lymph nodes, including sizes, borders, fusion, hyperechoic echotexture and patchy anechoic/hypoechoic areas are helpful in the differential diagnosis of mediastinal tubercular lymphadenopathy and sarcoidosis.

A simple,rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method was developed for the determination of salidroside in rat plasma and study of its pharmacokinetics after oral administration of suspension of Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi into Wistar rats.Plasma sample of 200 μL was extracted with acetic etherisopropanol (2:1) and the extraction was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (150 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water (41:59,v/v) within a run time of 6.0min.The analyte was monitored with positive electrospray ionization (ESI) by selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode.The target ions were m/z 323.05 for salidroside and m/z 411.05 for internal standard (IS) geniposide.A good linear relationship was obtained over the range of 5.0-500.0 ng/mL and the lower limit of quantification was 5.0 ng/mL.The validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of salidroside in rat plasma after oral administration of suspension of Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of high mobility group chromosomal protein N2 (HMGN2)on growth of human bladder cancer T24 cells and ectopic tumor growth of nude mice. Methods MTT and flow cytometry assay were conducted to detect cell growth of bladder epithelial cells(T24)cells in vitro. The transplantation tumor models in nude mice were constructed by injecting T24 cells in vivo. The para-tumorswere injected with PBS,HMGN2 protein and cisdichlorodiamineplatinum(DDP),respectively. Tumor volume and weight were calculated. The expression of cell proliferation-related proteins was detected by Western blot assay. Results MTT assay proved that HMGN2 could significantly inhibit the growth of T24 cells. Flow cytometry assay verified that HMGN2 could block T24 cells in S stage of the cell cycle. The average tumor volume and weight in the HMGN2 group and DDP positive control group were smaller than those in the PBS group(P<0.05,respectively), with the tumor inhibitory rate of 25% and 23%,respectively. The results of Westernblot showed that HMGN2 could decrease Bcl-2 expression and increase Bax expression in tumor. Conclusion HMGN2 has a significant antitumor effect on T24 cells and bladder carcinoma in nude mice,which may be associated with the induction of the apoptosis of carcinoma cells and the regulation of the cell cycle.

Objective: To systematically evaluate the influencing factors for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Chinese children, so as to provide the evidence for risk prediction and intervention of ASD. Methods: The publications pertaining to the influencing factors for ASD in Chinese children were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed and Embase database from inception to August 2024. A meta-analysis was performed using R package version 4.4.1. Sensitivity analysis was performed using the "leave-one-out" evaluation procedure. Publication bias was assessed using Egger regression test. Results: A total of 38 high-quality articles out of 9 015 articles were finally included, covering 149 607 individuals, with 5 974 cases of ASD. The meta-analysis showed that demographic factors including family history of related diseases (OR=14.958), maternal age of ≥35 years (OR=2.287) and parental history of hazardous occupations (OR=3.511); pregnancy-related factors including history of abortion (OR=5.832), no folate supplementation before and during pregnancy (OR=4.566), tobacco exposure before and during pregnancy (OR=2.596), history of other adverse exposures before and during pregnancy (OR=3.533), history of infectious diseases during pregnancy (OR=3.753), history of non-infectious diseases during pregnancy (OR=2.563), psychological problems during pregnancy (OR=3.864), history of medication during pregnancy (OR=6.651), adverse environmental exposures during pregnancy (OR=3.754), severe pregnancy reactions (OR=5.082), abnormal perinatal period (OR=2.987), cesarean delivery (OR=1.659), other perinatal adverse factors (OR=3.856), history of neonatal asphyxia (OR=2.792) and neonatal jaundice (OR=3.687); parenting factors including non-exclusive breastfeeding (OR=2.510), early/excessive screen exposure (OR=3.589) and feeding problems (OR=3.113); and individual factors including being male (OR=3.333) and history of convulsions/epilepsy (OR=7.035) were influencing factors for ASD in Chinese children. Conclusions The prevalence of ASD in Chinese children is primarily associated with 23 influencing factors, including family history of related diseases, history of abortion, no folate supplementation before and during pregnancy, medication during pregnancy, early/excessive screen exposure and history of convulsions/epilepsy.

Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide.Screening for glaucoma is a critical intervention to identify individuals at an earlier stage of the disease.However,there is controversy about the necessity of glaucoma screening.Screening is a critical intervention for primary prevention of disease.The screening which suited to the level of our economic development has important benefits for our country,society,families and individuals.Glaucoma has fulfils the criteria of WHO for population screening:(1) Glaucoma is a major public health problem in the world.(2) Glaucoma can be detected in its earlier stage.(3) There are suitable and acceptable examinations for glaucoma screening.(4) Early detection and subsequent treatment could delay or retard glaucoma disease progression.(5) With appropriate strategy design,glaucoma screening can creat good economic benefit.The screening strategies depend on the level of social economy development,the health policies of developed areas tend to prevent disease in its early stages.In poor areas,the limited medical resources are used to treat patients in the advanced stages.In the relatively developed area with complete health care facilities and incomplete referral mechanisms,screening for glaucoma is a critical intervention to identify individuals at an earlier stage of the disease.Glaucoma Screening project in Wenzhou suggested that screening should be implement in relatively developed regions of high density of population to improve efficiency;screening should aim for multiple eye diseases to lower the cost per unit benefit.

Objective:To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) and posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) in the treatment of single-level lumbar disc herniation, and its influence on inflammatory factors in peripheral blood.Methods:From July 2016 to July 2018, 100 patients with single-level lumbar disc herniation admitted to the People's Hospital of Haiyan County were selected and divided into observation group ( n=50) and control group ( n=50) according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with PLIF, while the patients in the observation group were treated with MIS-TLIF.The visual analogue scale (VAS), Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) scores and the levels of inflammatory factors in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups before and after operation.The recurrence rate, incidence of complication and surgical indicators were observed. Results:The VAS and ODI scores at postoperative 1 week in the observation group were (2.32±0.85)points and (19.46±3.44)points, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group[(4.41±0.97)points and (25.78±3.63)points], the differences were statistically significant( t=13.485, 8.936, all P<0.05). The tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) levels in the observation group at postoperative 1 week were (2.76±0.49)ng/L and (0.78±0.13)ng/L, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group[(4.68±0.81)ng/L and (1.12±0.17)ng/L], the differences were statistically significant ( t=14.341, 11.240, all P<0.05). The operation time and bed-rest time in the observation group were (109.53±20.37)min and (30.61±3.30)d, respectively, which were shorter than those in the control group[(122.34±30.21)min and (42.87±4.68)d], and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in the observation group were (181.12±40.86)mL and (60.08±11.62)mL, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group[(306.65±50.38)mL and (218.41±24.46)mL], the differences were statistically significant between the tuo groups ( t=2.486, 15.139, 13.684, 41.343, all P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%(4/50), which was lower than 30.00%(15/50) in the control group (χ 2=19.512, P<0.05). At 3, 6 and 9 months after operation, the recurrence rates in the observation group were 0.00%, 4.00% and 8.00%, respectively, which were lower than 6.00%, 10.00% and 22.00% in the control group(χ 2=6.186, 5.674, 7.686, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with PLIF, MIS-TLIF can achieve good results in the treatment of single-level lumbar disc herniation, which can relieve patients' pain, promote the recovery of waist function, reduce inflammatory response, and reduce the recurrence rate and incidence of complications.
