1.The Value of X-ray Diagnosis Myodystrophy Leading to Osteoarticular Change(A Reports of 3 Cases and a Review of the Literature)
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the value of clinical application for X-ray diagnosis in myodystrophy followed by osteoarticular change such as scapula, etc. Methods Different osteoarticular position, size, structure were observed on X-ray films.X-ray features of dysostosis, malformation and dislocation of joint caused by myodsytrophy were analysed in three cases. Results X-ray findings of myodsytrophy in 3 cases included:revolving and displacement of scapula, scapula getting shorterand smaller, dislocation of acromioc cleido joint and shoulder joint and bending and malformation of shoulder joint. Conclusion It can be certain that myodsytrophy directly causes the maltormation of osteoartthritis to make a diagnosis for one who suffers from a myodystrophy with obvious osteodysplasty by X-ray and find out the harm of this kind of disease. Finally we can predict how it goes in anaphase.

Objective To study the expression of polycystin1 and polycystin2 in dissection aorta specimens by Real time PCR and immunohistochemisty. Methods Twelve descending dissection aorta specimens from patients of acute Stanford B dissection were taken during surgery; 12 normal descending aorta specimens were taken from multi-organ donors. The G APDH gene was used as control, gene expression of polycystinl and polycystin2 were compared in these two groups with Real time PCR. The expression of polycystinl and polycystin2 protein were showed with immunohistochemisty in the specimen of these two groups. Three high magnify fields were randomly chosen to count the expression of polycystin1 and polycystin2 protein. The counting of polycystin1 and polycystin2 protein were compared between these two groups. Results The gene expression of polycystinl in AD group is 0. 32 fold as that in the control group (P < 0.01 ) and polyeystin2 in AD group is 0.34 fold as that in the control group (P <0.01 ); The protein expression of polyeystinl was 0.47 folds as that in the control group ( P < 0.05 ) and polycystin2 in AD group is 0.35 folds as that in the control group ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions The expression of polycystin1 and polycystin2 on gene and protein level were down regulated in AD group. The down regulation of polycystinl and polycystin2 may play a pivotal role in the development of AD.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(3):635-639
This study sought to reveal the difference of brain functions at resting-state between subjects with sub-health and normal controls by using the functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology. Resting-state fMRI scans were performed on 24 subjects of sub-health and on 24 healthy controls with gender, age and education matched with the sub-health persons. Compared to the healthy controls, the sub-health group showed significantly higher regional homogeneity (ReHo) in the left post-central gyrus and the right post-central gyrus. On the other hand, the sub-health group showed significantly lower ReHo in the left superior frontal gyrus, in the right anterior cingulated cortex and ventra anterior cingulate gyrus, in the left dorsolateral frontal gyrus, and in the right middle temporal gyrus. The Significant difference in ReHo suggests that the sub-health persons have abnormalities in certain brain regions. It is proved that its specific action and meaning deserves further assessment.

Objective To explore the expression of NF-?B in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia and possible mechanism of treating asthma with dexamethsone. Methods The alterations of NF-?B activity and its mRNA expression were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization histochemistry combined with the micro-image analysis in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia in the asthmatic and dexamethsone-treated guinea pigs. Results The NF-?B immunoreactivity was found mainly in cytoplasm and weakly in nucleus, its mRNA was expressed weakly in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia in the control groups. The NF-?B immunoreactivity was more in nucleus and less in cytoplasm, the expression of its mRNA increased significantly in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia in the asthmatic group compared with the control groups(P0.05).Conclusion The present results indicate that NF-?B in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia might be involved in the pathogenesis of the bronchial asthma, and inhibiting the expression and activity of NF-?B in C-7-T-5 spinal ganglia might be one of the mechanisms of treating the bronchial asthma with dexamethsone.
