The Journal of the Korean Orthopaedic Association 1982;17(5):1016-1018
Malignant fibrous histiocytoma has recently become an established diagnosis for some tumors that arise in the musculo-skeletal tissue. But it contains areas that resemble with osteosarcoma, fibrosarcoma, the microscopic lesions are composed of interlacing bands of fibroblast, bizzare histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells, arranged in storiform pattern. At present, the treatment advocated for malignant fibrous histiocytoma has been total surgical removal and radiation therapy. A case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma affecting the proximal tibia is reported with brief review of literature.

7.Cerebral Lateralization of the Affect Evoked by Music.
Journal of the Korean Neurological Association 1986;4(1):86-95
In order to study the cerebral lateralization of the affective response induced by music, the authors chose healthy, right-handed, male students and several pieces of tape-recorded music eliciting either positive or negative affect were given to the left ear to one group and to the right ear to the other. The affctive responses were subjectively measured by subjects after each music by means of the Visual Analogue Scale to compare between the two groups. The results were as follows; 1. Pleasant and comfortable music elicited significantly greater affective response in the left-ear group compared to the right-ear group. 2. After disharmonious and unpleasant music, no difference in the degree of affective response was noted between the two groups. From the above results and a survey of the previous literatures on the subject, the authors suggest that the cerebral lateralization of the affective response may be determined by the mode of affecteliciting stimuli and/or the variety of the affect involved.

Korean Journal of Dermatology 1979;17(5):367-371
We report a case of para.psoriasis variegata in a 19 year-old male patient wha has brownish flat scaly papules that are confluent in a retiform pattern characterized by symmetrical distribution on trunk and upper extremities. A skin biopsy specimen showed hyperkeratosis, focaI parakeratosis, hyperpigmentation of basal cell layer, and a mild lymphocytic perivascular infiltrate. No evidence was found for a relationship to lymphoma.

9.Atypical Condyloma of Uterine Cervix: It's Cytological Similarity to Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

Korean Journal of Pathology 1990;24(3):310-315
Atypical condyloma is a variant of flat condyloma characterized by the presence of atypical koilocytes having large hyperchromatic, smudged and often bizarre nuclei. Atypical condyloma can be frequently misdiagnosed on cytologic smear and on tissue sections by its marked cellular atypia, as high grade dysplasia, in situ or even invasive squamous cell carcinoma. We described two cases of atypical condyloma of the female genital tract. The cytologic features and histologic changes were reminiscent of those of invasive squamous cell carcinoma and severe degree of dysplasia of the uterine cervix. The differential findings between atypical condyloma and squamous cell carcinoma were discussed in detail.
