1.Enhancement of implementation management of developed programs and upgrading level of hospital scientific research management
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2008;21(2):88-90
Not only shofld the process of program establishment be emphasized for the management of the newly developed programs, but also great attention should be paid to the normal management after the establishment. The management and supervision should be practiced on the whole process of the programs newly developed by hospital departments so that the written report on the program advancement should be submitted in the half a year as planned.Furthermdre,an exclusive account should be opened for the granted fund of the program;and the establishment of new research program and the purchase of equipment should be approved according to the related rules and regulations of the hospital.
2.Applications of fluid-attenuated inversion recovery sequence in patients with acute ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(2):114-116
The fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence technique is widely used in each system organ examination in clinical practice. It has an important value for the diagnosis of various diseases, especially for central nervous system examination. This article reviews the applications and related research of FLAIR technique in patients with acute ischemic stroke.

BACKGROUND:Pulmonary hypertension stil lacks effective treatment measures. The effects of alprostadil in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension remain controversial. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of alprostadil in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension induced by chronic hypoxia. METHODS:24 experimental rats were randomly and evenly divided into control group, model group, and treatment group. The rats of model and treatment groups were fed in the hypoxic box to establish the animal model of pulmonary hypertension, and the rats of control group were fed in the normal air. After pulmonary hypertension induction, rats from the treatment group were intraperitonealy administered alprostadil injection (5 μg/kg per day) for 4 consecutive weeks. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the model group, the mean pulmonary artery pressure, right ventricular systolic pressure, pulmonary vascular thickness, size of blood vessels and alveolar wal thickness of rats in the treatment group were obviously decreased. The results suggest that alprostadil can decrease pulmonary artery pressure and prevent lung injury.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the early outcome of off-pump total arterial revascularization using bilateral IMA with "Y" manner. Methods Between Oct.2002 to Aug.2004, 52 patients underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) using bi-IMA. The mean age was 56 (33-78) years. Triple vessel disease was in 42 (80%) patients. The free right IMA was anastomosed to the in-sitr left IMA, composed “Y” graft. LIMA anastomosed sequentially to the diagonal branch and LAD and RIMA were sequentially to the ramus, obtuse marginal and PDA. Results There was no 30-day death. 171 grafts were constructed and the mean number of grafts per patient was 3.3. Peri-operation MI occurred in 2 patients, temporary IABP in one. There were no sternal wound infection and strode. Conclusion Off-pump total arterial revascularization using bilateral IMA with "Y" manner is secure and feasible.

Objective To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori infections and homocysteine (Hcy) in health checkup population .Methods A total of 930 health checkup people in our hospital physical examination center during December 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the research object and were divided into Hp positive group (465 cases) and the negative group (465 cases) according to the Hp infection by the immune colloidal gold method .The level of Hcy was measured in two groups by fluorescence polarization immunoassay method .The relationship between helicobacter pylori infections and homocysteine was analyzed .Results The abnormal rate of high serum level of Hcy in Hp positive group was 68 .39% ,While 44 .30% in negative group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the abnormal rate of male was 88 .25% ,female 18 .80% ;the abnormal rate of male was 59 .76% ,and that of female was 5 .30% ,the difference of two groups had statistical significance (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion Hp infection may be a risk factor of high Hcy levels ,and taking measures actively to prevent and control Hp in‐fection may reduce the of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases .

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(09):-
Transpedicular screw and rod internal fixation system is the common implants in spinal surgery. Multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging can generate section image, become routine imaging modality in the assessment of the postoperative spinal patients. Magnetic resonance imaging can evaluate the bone marrow and soft tissue, which is the first choice for examination. However, to the patients with metal implants, the existed metal artifacts can decrease the imaging quality. Therefore, multi-slice spiral CT is an important evaluation method for inserted material, os integumentale and anatomy. This article reviewed the production mechanism of metal-related artifacts, influencing factors and decreasing technique.
