1.Relationship between social support and life satisfaction in left-behind children:Multiple mediation effects of hope and coping style
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(5):361-365
Objective:To explore the multiple meditation effects of hope and coping style between social sup-port and life satisfaction. Methods:Totally 381 left-behind children (191 boys,190 girls;234 from primary school, 147 from junior middle school)aged 10-15 years were selected. They were assessed with the Social Support Rat-ing Scale (SRSS),Children's Hope Scale (CHS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ)and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS ). The relationship among these factors was analyzed by structural equation modeling. Results:The total scores of SRSS,CHS and SWLS were positively correlated with the scores of positive coping style(r=0. 28 -0. 43,P<0. 01 )and negatively correlated with the scores of negative coping style(r=-0. 19--0. 14,P<0. 01). Path analysis showed that social support had indirect effects on life satisfaction of left-behind children through the mediation of hope, positive coping and negative coping style(RMSEA=0. 03,GFI=0. 99,NNFI=0. 98). Bootstrap test showed that 95% confidence interval of mediation effects was 0. 002-0. 348, and the multiple meditational effects were significant. Conclusion:It suggests that hope, positive coping and nega-tive coping style might play a multiple mediation effects on the relationship between social support and life satisfac-tion.

Objective To evaluate the early outcome of off-pump total arterial revascularization using bilateral IMA with "Y" manner. Methods Between Oct.2002 to Aug.2004, 52 patients underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) using bi-IMA. The mean age was 56 (33-78) years. Triple vessel disease was in 42 (80%) patients. The free right IMA was anastomosed to the in-sitr left IMA, composed “Y” graft. LIMA anastomosed sequentially to the diagonal branch and LAD and RIMA were sequentially to the ramus, obtuse marginal and PDA. Results There was no 30-day death. 171 grafts were constructed and the mean number of grafts per patient was 3.3. Peri-operation MI occurred in 2 patients, temporary IABP in one. There were no sternal wound infection and strode. Conclusion Off-pump total arterial revascularization using bilateral IMA with "Y" manner is secure and feasible.

Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(8):64-67
The paper introduces the research significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) literature information retrieval based on cognition analysis, by analyzing cognition of literature information demands of TCM students in different majors of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it studies from three perspectives:literature information retrieval demand, retrieval thinking and development direction of TCM literature information retrieval system. It also points out that study on thinking and practice of literature information retriev-al based on cognition analysis is the effective approach to enhance information literacy and improve the comprehensive quality.

Cell-based therapy and regenerative medicine offer a paradigm shift in regard to various diseases causing tissue or organ damage.Recently, many authors have focused their atte(n)tion on adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) for their capacity to differentiate into many cell lineages.Acute kidney injury (AKI),as a common emergency, has high morbidity rate and relatively limited treatment. This review will summarize the mechanism of ADMSCs in treatment of acute kidney injury, and hope to lay a foundation for future research.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA),a systemic, inflammatory autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation of the lining or synovium of the joints,is a complex polygenic disease with a complicated inheritance mode. Both genetic and environmental factors determine the development and progression of RA.Study on susceptible genes of RA provides a theoretic basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. As a novel high-throughput screening method,genome-wide association study(GWAS) is a powerful approach for mapping susceptible genes of polygenic disease like RA.GWAS can not only verify the well-established susceptible loci, but also identify novel genetic loci candidates.Great improvement has been made in using GWAS to screen for novel genes, which casts new lights on the mechanism and treatment of RA.This review summarizes the progress in using GWAS for screening of RA susceptible genes.

Objective To investigate dynamic changes of plasma D-dimer, C-reactive protein (CRP) and fasting plas?ma glucose (FBG) levels in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods AECOPD group (n=65) was used as A group, AECOPD combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus group (n=65) was used as B group. Levels of D-dimer, CRP and FBG were observed and compared between two groups in the first day, the 3rd day, the 7th day and the 14th day after hospital admission. The correlation be?tween D-dimer, CRP and FBG was analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the factors affecting increased plasma levels of D-dimer. Results Levels of D-dimer, CRP and FBG were significantly higher in B group than those of A group in the first day, the 3rd day, the 7th after hospital admission (P<0.01). Values of D-dimer and CRP were declined ob?viously in A group in the 7th day after hospital admission, but in B group they were declined obviously until the 14th day. There was no significant difference in FBG of A group. The level of FBG was significantly decreased in B group. There was a positive correlation between D-dimer, CRP and FBG (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that CRP, FBG, p(O2) and age were the influence factors for the increased levels of D-dimer. Conclusion In elderly patients with AECOPD com?bined with type 2 diabetes mellitus, we should pay attention to anti-inflammatory and controlling blood sugar, and the dy?namic monitoring levels of D-dimer, which helps to improve the prognosis for patients with AECOPD, and reduce mortality.

Drug delivery system targeting immune system plays an important role in the treatment of inflammatory diseases.Drug delivery system targeting immune system could target immune cells or immune organs. It could be divided into active targeting mediated by the interaction of ligand-receptor or antigen-antibody and passive targe-ting mediated by pH;particles and so on.This review summarizes new progress for drug delivery system targeting immune system;which provides a theoretical reference for designing the safe and effective drug delivery system and providing efficient and safe treatment for inflammatory diseases.
