Objective To improve the skills of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care and to provide patients with better individualized pharmaceutical care. Methods A total of 785 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) counseling outpatient cases, consultation modes, objectives, consulting drugs, consulting problems were analyzed. Results Office counseling was the dominant method for TCM counseling (85.10%), followed by telephone counseling (14.90%). Of all the counselings, patients and their relatives accounted for 80.63%, where females was 60.25% and males 39.75%; and patients over 40 years of age accounted for 81.91%. Of all the pharmacy counseling, heart system disorder were the major (14.79%), followed by drugs for Qi, blood and body fluid disorder (12.61%); the contents of counseling were diversity, which included dosage and administration amounts (29.04%), experience for drug use (14.14%), drug interactions (10.39%) and adverse reactions (9.55%). Conclusion TCM counseling could offer an effective platform of communication between pharmacists and patients, improve patients' medication compliance, and ensure patients' safe, rational, economical and effective.

Objective To detecte the differential metabolites and related pathways in Siha cells of cervical cancer by screening the inhibition of HPV16 E6/E7 expression based on 1H NMR metabolomics so as to identify the key metabolic markers involved in the development of high-risk HPV16 cervical cancer. Methods Siha cells were transfected with RNAi fragments to down-regulate the expression of E6/E7,which were divided into the normal control group(Siha cells),no-load group(si-NON),si-E6 group and si-E7 group, and their transfection efficiency was verified.1H NMR metabolomics was used to reveal the differential metabolites involved in interfering E6/E7 expression in Siha cells.Combined with MetaboAnalyst 5.0 online software, differential metabolites and related metabolic pathways were obtained. Results Fluorescence was observed by inverted fluorescence microscope.Western blotting results showed that compared with Siha group, the expression of E6/E7 in si-E6 group and si-E7 group was decreased(F=145.8,P<0.001).After down-regulating the expression of E6/E7,13 common differential metabolites, including Isoleucine,Leucine and valine, were detected. The results of MetaboAnalyst 5.0 online software analysis suggested that the above metabolites were mainly involved in the biochemical synthesis pathway of aminoacyl-trNA,biochemical synthesis pathway of isoleucine,Leucine and valine; There were 10 metabolic pathways of tyrosine, phenylalanine and tryptophan biochemical synthesis. Conclusion After HPV16 infection, changes of glucose and amino acid metabolism can promote the progression of cervical cancer, which provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.

Objective: To investigate the changes of aortic stiffness and its influencing factors in patients with chronic kidney diseases ( CKD) .Methods:Eighty-four patients with CKD from Department of Nephrology , Zhejiang Provincial People ’ s Hospital were divided into the dialysis group ( CKD stage 5 , n=48 ) and non-dialysis group ( CKD stage 3 -5 , n =36 ) . Clinical data , biochemical parameters and echocardiography findings were collected .SphygmoCor pulse wave analysis system was used to obtain pulse wave analysis ( PWA ) parameters including central aortic systolic blood pressure ( CSP ) , central pulse pressure ( CPP ) , augmented pressure ( AP ) , augmentation index ( AIX ) , and heart rate 75 -adjusted augmentation index ( HR75 AIX ) .The influencing factors of aortic stiffness were analyzed by spearman correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis .Results: CSP, CPP, AP, AIX and HR75 AIX in dialysis patients had no significant differences compared with those in non-dialysis group (all P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that CSP was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure , cholesterol , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol , left atrial diameter ( LA ) , left ventricular systolic diameter ( LVDs ) , left ventricular diastolic diameter ( LVDd ) , and negatively correlated with calcium and hemoglobin levels . CPP was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure , age, LA, LVDd, and negatively correlated with diastolic blood pressure and hemoglobin levels . AP was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, age, LA, LVDd, and negatively correlated with hemoglobin levels .AIX was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure , age, sodium, and negatively correlated with phosphorus levels .HR75AIX was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure , sodium , cholesterol , and negatively correlated with hemoglobin and albumin levels .Multiple regression analysis showed that higher systolic blood pressure was the independent risk factor for CSP (β=0.944, P<0.01);lower diastolic blood pressure (β=0.939, P<0.01) and higher systolic blood pressure (β=-1.010, P<0.01) were the independent risk factors for CPP; older age (β=0.237, P <0.01) and higher systolic blood pressure (β=0.200,P<0.01) were the independent risk factors for AP; higher systolic blood pressure (β=0 .163 and 0 .115 , P<0 .05 and P<0.01 ) and higher sodium (β=0.646 and 0.625, all P <0.05 ) were independent risk factors for both AIX and HR 75 AIX.Conclusions: No significant correlation is observed between aortic stiffness and CKD of different stages .Control blood pressure and restrict sodium intake may be effective means of delaying arterial stiffness in patients with CKD .

Hymenopteran insect stings are a risk factor that cannot be ignored for the people allergic to hymenopteran venoms. In China, the current diagnostic tools cannot provide accurate information to identify sen-sitized insects, thus affecting clinical diagnosis and treatment.Honeybee is a common hymenopteran insect.Due to its wide distribution, large number, and complex venom composition, researchers have carried out recombi-nation schemes for the main allergens of honeybee venom, laying a theoretical foundation for the detection of al-lergens.The development of diagnostic technologies for allergen components can accurately detect bee venom aller-gens,providing a new set of clinical diagnosis and treatment schemes for the population allergic to bee venom.

Objective:
To investigate the efficacy of Kinesio taping combined with warm needling on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and its effect on serum levels of immune globulin(Ig)A, IgG, IgM.
Methods:
Sixty-two KOA patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups by random number table (31 cases in each group). The control group was treated with routine thrapy. Based on the control group, the observation group was treated with Kinesio taping combined with warm needling. After 6 weeks treatment, scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate knee pain, Japanese orthopaedic association (JOA) scale was used to evaluate knee function, and Lequesne index was used to evaluate disease severity. The score of TCM clinical symptoms was conducted according to the KOA symptom grading quantification table, and the quality of life was evaluated according to the Chinese version of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36). The Immunoglobulin(Ig)A, IgG and IgM levels were detected by ELISA method.
Results:
The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.5%, and the control group was 71.0% (28/31). The difference was statistically significant between two groups (
