Objective Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) can progress to liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Now there are few effective drugs to treat NASH. The aims of this study was to investigate the efficacy of anetholtrithione in the prevention and treatment of NASH in rats induced by high-fat diet. To evaluate the weight,liver index, serum aminotransferase activity and histological features. Methods Sixty SD male rats were divided into six groups. The controlled group(n=10) were fed with normal diet; the NASH model group(n=10)were fed with high-fat diet; the anetholtrithione prevention groups were fed with high-fat diet, and anetholtrithione.The rest rats were fed with high-fat diet, and twelve weeks later they were divided into three groups further. They were anetholtrithione treatment group, diet group and anetholtrithione +diet group. The anetholtrithione treatment group was fed with high-fat diet and anetholtrithione, diet group was fed with normal diet, and anetholtrithione+diet group was fed with normal diet and anetholtrithione. Sixteen weeks later, all rats were sacrificed. Results The anetholtrithione treatment group, diet group and anetholtrithione +diet group had a beneficial effect on lowing weight, liver index, serum aminotransferase activity. A significant improvement in some histological features such as steatosis and inflammation were also observed. Conclusion Anetholtrithione and diet therapy are effective in ameliorating NASH in rats.

Purpose:To investigate the expression of site specific markers and to identify the primary site of tumor origin in brain metastatic carcinoma (BMC). Methods:31 cases of BMCs were clinicopathologically studied, and TTF 1、TG、CK7、CK20 as markers of BMCs were detected by EnVision immunohistochemical staining. Results:In 31 BMC patients, there were 19 men and 12 women, and the male:female ratio was 1.58∶1. Their age ranged from 32 to 82 years (mean, 61.7 years); 23 cases of them arose from primary lung carcinoma, of which in 19 cases (82.6%) positive staining for both TTF 1 and CK7 metastases were detected, one case negative staining for TTF 1 but positive for both CK7 and CD20, 1 case positive staining only for CK7 and one cases negative staining fully for TTF 1、CK7 and CK20 were also diaplayed;Two cases from thyroid carcinoma expressing TTF 1 and TG were noted in BMCs. One tumor from gastric adenocarcinoma and one tumor from esophageal adenocarcinoma, positive staining for CK7 and CK20, wwere presented. One case from rectal adenocarcinoma expressing only CD20 and one from breast carcnoma staining for CK7 were included in the metastatic carcinomas. Two cases without positive staining for all antibodies above did not responded to the follow up. The primary sites of BMCs were not identified in 41.9% before operation, but only 6.7% of the primary sites of BMCs were not determined after immunnohistochemical staining was used for the differentiation among them,as well as other further examinations. Conclusions:Metastases of primary origin from lung were the most common in the BMCs. Immunohistochemical staining used by a monoclonal antibody panel combining TTF 1、TG、CK7、CK20 could help identify the primary site of tumor origin in BMC.

Objective To provide reference for CT performance/quality test. Methods Researches were made in Chinese documentations on CT performance/quality test issued from 1998-aug 2002.Results Approximately a quarter of CTs among the documents assembly released public were tested unqualified . Qualification rate of new CTs was higher Than second-handed ones. Part of items and data in the documentations were insufficient. Conclusion CT performance/quality test is a crucial part of system Engineering of QC(quality control),therefore it must be implemented seriously and relevant regulations should be optimized in order to benefit both patients and health-care communities.

Objective To investigate the geometric modeling method for trans-femoral prosthetic socket. Methods The socket reference shapes (i.e. shape templates) were constructed based on the statistic analysis and integrated into the CASD program. The initial socket shape was obtained by transformation from the corresponding reference shape based on the data from the patient's stump and the final socket shape was determined by a kind of three-dimensional interaction method under the OpenGL environment. The fabrication experiment is conducted on the specialized numerical control machine. Results The interactive modification method was easy to use. The machined socket mold is consistent with the designed model in the shape and the precision. Conclusion This method can meet the clinical requirements in the main, but need to optimize the surface shaping characters and rules during the interactive modification stage.

Objective To evaluate the application and effects of mind map in nursing handover. Methods Two wards which had similar scale, environment, property and level of nursing were randomly chosen as the experimental group and the control group by tossing a coin in Tianjin Hospital of ITCWM Nankai Hospital, 28 nurses were selected in each group, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, control group takes routine handover, the experimental group takes handover by following the guidance of mind map. The mind map of clear mind were designned. The Chinese version of Handover Evaluation Scale was used to evaluate the effects of mind map in the nursing handover, the inpatients'satisfaction was compared between the experimental group and the control group after the application of min-d map. Results After3-month intervention, results showed that the score of handover evaluation scale in the experimental group were (31.39 ± 1.34) points, (19.57 ± 1.23) points, (17.61 ± 1.29) points, (68.57 ± 2.49) point, the score of handover evaluation scale in the control group were (26.71±1.24) points,(18.71±1.33) points,(16.68 ± 1.33) points, (62.11 ± 2.94) points, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.504-13.530, P<0.05);in the experimental group, the score of handover evaluation scale increased significantly than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-17.450--5.663, P<0.05);the inpatients′satisfaction in the experimental group was 98.89%(89/90), the control group was 90%(81/90) after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.776, P<0.05); in the experimental group, the inpatients′satisfaction was better than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.211, P<0.05) .Conclusion:The application of mind map in the n-ursing handover can improve the level of nursing handover and the quality of nursing care, contributing to dveloping high quality of nursing service.

To retain the anti-rheumatoid arthritis activity of melittin and to reduce the hemolysis and hypersusceptibility caused by melittin, a deletion peptide of melittin was synthesized. Its ant-inflammation effect was observed . A hydrophile peptide fragment of melittin was synthesized by standard solid-phase method. The product was analyzed by HPLC and MS. The relevant hemolysis and hypersusceptibility were tested. The rabbits' model of immune arthritis were established and treated. The results showed that the hemolysis rate for peptide fragment was less than 5%, the hypersusceptibility rate was less than 8%. The hydrophile peptide fragment of melittin may retain anti-rheumatoid arthritis activity and reduce the melittin-induced hemolysis and hypersusceptibility.

This study was aimed to establish rat bladder tumor animal models to investigate the in viva antitumor effect of polyanhydride-pirarubicin (PAD-THP), a long-lasting anti-cancer implant, in the bladder tumor of animal models. The model of bladder cancer was set up with N-butly-N-(4 hydroxybutyl) nitrosamine (BBN) feeding into rats. The PAD-THP long-acting anti-cancer implants containing the drugs and the same dose of the THP naked drug were placed under the bladder mucosa of bladder tumor model in vivo. The pirarubicin plasma concentration was measured with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection in vivo. The effective drug concentration and lasting period were observed and compared in the animal bodies. The tumor sizes were measured before and after the treatment. The in viva antitumor effects were analyzed and compared. The results showed that more significant antitumor effect of PAD-THP implants on the local drug release characteristics were presented compared with that of the same dose of THP bare drug group and there were significant differences (P<0. 05) between the two methods. All the results indicated that the PAD-THP anti-cancer implants in the postoperative local treatment of bladder tumors would show prosperous in the future for clinical application.

This paper aims to prepare polyanhydride-Pirarubicin dose long-acting sustained-release implants for the treatment of bladder cancer and for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer. Pirarubicin hydrochloride (THP) and polyanhydride, in accordance with a certain proportion, were fully mixed in the agate morta and dissolved in dichloromethane, and then were cast into a film within a mold put in the dryer set at 4 degrees C. Each tablet implanted contained 5.0 mg of THP. Polyanhydride-pirarubicin sustained-release was implanted into the bladder mucosa of the rabbits, and blood and urine samples were taken at different times after the operation. The THP drug concentrations in urine and blood were determined with high-performance liquid chromatography. The THP concentration in urine was significantly higher than the THP concentration in plasma. The drug concentration in urine reached (92.5 +/- 7.4) microg/L at 250 d time after the operation. Polyanhydride-pirarubicin implants possess long-acting sustained-release level dynamics in the body. It can maintain a stable long-term drug release and can be expected to last a year and can effectively prevent recurrence of bladder cancer. The present experiments proved that the implants with sustained-release drug treatment are expected to be useful in the clinical application in prevention of bladder cancer recurrence.

Objective:To investigate risk factors for decompressive craniectomy (DC) after endovascular therapy (EVT) in patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke.Methods:Patients underwent EVT due to acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion in Liaocheng Brain Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively included. They were divided into DC group and non-DC group. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to determine risk factors for DC after EVT. Results:A total of 207 patients were enrolled, 126 were male (60.87%), and their age was 66.22±11.24 years old. The baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was 19.84±9.20, and the Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score (ASPECTS) was 7.98±0.66. The immediate postoperative modified Treatment In Cerebral Ischemia (mTICI) blood flow grade in seven patients (5.80%) was ≤2a, 30 (14.49%) experienced hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after procedure, and 28 (13.5%) received DC. There were statistically significant differences between the DC group and the non-DC group in terms of past stroke history, preoperative NIHSS score and ASPECTS, vascular occlusion site, EVT time, immediate postoperative mTICI ≤2a, and HT (all P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that atrial fibrillation (odds ratio [ OR] 3.202, 95% confidence interval [ CI] 1.335-9.796; P=0.011), previous stroke history ( OR 2.655, 95% CI 1.016-6.938; P=0.046), high preoperative NIHSS score ( OR 1.074, 95% CI 1.026-1.124; P=0.002), internal carotid artery occlusion ( OR 4.268, 95% CI 1.399-13.024; P=0.011), longer EVT time ( OR 1.010, 95% CI 1.003-1.016; P=0.003), mTICI grade ≤2a ( OR 5.342, 95% CI 1.565-18.227; P=0.007) and postoperative HT ( OR 3.036, 95% CI 1.024-9.004; P=0.045) were independent risk factors for DC. Conclusions:It is not uncommon for patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke to need DC after EVT. Previous stroke history, atrial fibrillation, high baseline NIHSS score, internal carotid artery occlusion, prolonged blood EVT time, mTICI grade ≤2a and postoperative HT are independent predictors of needing DC after EVT.

Objective To analyze the current status of cognition and satisfaction of medical staff in public hospitals in Hangzhou towards medical prevention integration,in order to provide reference and reference for promoting the development of medical prevention integration.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 421 medical staff from three public hospitals in Hangzhou using stratified random sampling.Results Only 29.5%of medical staff expressed a strong or relatively good under-standing of medical prevention integration work;The overall satisfaction score of medical staff with medical prevention integration is(3.54±0.74).The results of logistic regression analysis show that age,professional title,education level,and monthly in-come are important factors affecting the satisfaction of medical staff with medical prevention integration(P＜0.05).Conclusion The awareness and satisfaction of medical staff in public hospitals in Hangzhou regarding the integration of medical and preven-tive measures need to be strengthened.It is recommended to improve basic construction,optimize health policies,promote infor-mation integration,and strengthen work cohesion.
