Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(5):314-317
Double-hit lymphoma is usually defined to be large B-cell lymphoma with MYC gene rearrangement combined with bcl-2 and/or bcl-6 gene rearrangement. It is highly aggressive with poorer prognosis after R-CHOP treatment and so far,its optimal therapy has not been developed. This article reviewed new advances in diagnosis, biology, prognostic factors and treatment of DHL in order to deepen insights, optimize therapy and improve prognosis of DHL.
3.Current status and prospect of drug-eluting stents
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;11(51):10404-10408
BACKGROUND:Latest researches suggest that delayed endothelial repair in drug-eluting stents may cause thrombosis and coronary occlusion. Therefore,a novel kind of drug stent, which is characterized by satisfactory anti-proliferative action as well as inhibitive effects on thrombosis, needs to be developed.OBJECTIVE:To summarize the recent research progress and clinical applications of drug-eluting stents (DES) and to seek the direction of new developments.RETRIEVE STRATEGY:The retrieve staffs were the research personnel for this paper.A computer-based online search was conducted in PUBMED for English language publications containing the key words of "drug eluting stents, percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary disease" from January 2002 to April 2007.Relevant data were also searched in international conference reports on the Internet between January 2005 and June 2007.The number of total retrieved Iiteratures was 15.Inclusion criteria:①reports about drug stents;②reports on research progress in the field of drug stents;③reports on the clinical application of drug stents.Exclusion criteria:low relevance and duplicated articles.LITERATURE EVALUATION:There were 264 articles about research and clinical applications of DES.Of those,42 literatures and 5 conference reports with high relevance and timeliness were included in this report.DATA SYNTHESIS:An ideal DES is comprised of a platform,a drug carrier vehicle and a pharmaceutical compound in harmony with each other.Given the ongoing development of DES materials and drugs, more effective DESs are introduced in the clinical practice.Recently, clinical data on DES encourage the interventional cardiologist to use DES in more challenging coronary lesions, such as chronic total occlusions, complex lesions and multivessel lesions. However, concern that DES may be associated with a risk of late thrombotic events arose, suggesting an imbalance between safety and efficacy of DES.Therefore, novel strategies including bioabsorbable stents, and stents coated with pro-healing agents are promising.CONCLUSION:The development of DES is a breakthrough in interventional cardiology that bring great benefit to patients with coronary disease, especially for restenosis and revascularization.Nevertheless, more endeavour will be necessary to create DES with high efficacy as well as low risk.
4.Treatment Progress in Post-stroke Depression
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(8):1734-1738
Post-stroke depression (PSD) referred to the onset of depression after being diagnosed with post-stroke. It was a secondary disease, mainly including depression, little words, sleep disorders, anorexia, absence of interest, undynamic, passiveness, misfitting rehabilitation and so on. It was not only a psychological and physiological disease, but also delay the function recovery of damaged nerves, influence the patient’s quality of life, and increase the rate of disability and mortality. It was essential to research and develop effective and safe treatment medication. This paper reviewed the current situation and developing prospects of western medicine, Chinese medicinal, treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in PSD treatment.
5.The Strategy on Cultivation of the Innovative Clinical Postgraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
First of all,all tutors as well as postgraduates should have concept of innovation.Secondly, favorable environment should be built up for innovative thoughts. Finally, tutors should try their best to cultivate students'innovative thoughts and direct their creationary practice.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of bone marrow cells(BMCs) transplantation on the improvement of cardiac function and myocardial perfusion in patients with old myocardial infarction. Methods and Results A total of 10 patients with anterior wall myocardial infarction were transplanted with autologous mononuclear BMCs through an infusion catheter which was placed with the tip in the left anterior descending coronary artery after coronary angiography and interventional therapy if necessary. After 3 months of follow-up, a significant increase of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) determined by ultrasonic cardiography was found (54.5%?6.5% vs. 45.3%?9.8% before transplantation, P=0.003); 201-thallium scintigraphy (SPECT) showed that ventricular myocardial perfusion was significantly improved as the semiquantitative score of the immediate and delayed myocardial perfusion defects decreased from 29.5?5.8 and 28.6?6.3 to 23.9?5.7 and 23.0?6.1prospectively (both P

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effect of insulin resistance(IR) on the persons with abnormal blood glucose who underwent dietary interventions. Methods 194 individuals with abnormal blood glucose were selected from hyperlipidemia population taking the community intervention program in districts of Beijing. The insulin resistance and insulin action index(IAI) were calculated with fasting blood glucose(FBG) and fasting blood insulin(FINS),and analyzed the relationship of variety on their blood glucose, serum lipids and body weight, body mass index(BMI),waist circumference, waist hip ratio(WHR).Results 1) Blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),waist circumference and WHR had significant positive relationship with IR but negative with IAI;2) In the intervention group,FBG and TG were reduced significantly in the subgroup with highest IAI.Conclusions IR was related with blood glucose, serum lipids, waist circumference and WHR,but no significant relation with body weight and BMI;It was possible that IR had some effect on dietary intervention.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(09):-
Object To study the formation of geoherbalism of Flos Lonicerae on the molecular level Methods Genomic DNAs from different populations of Lonicera japonica Thunb , outgroup Lonicera similis Hemsl , and Lonicera confusa DC were extracted, the 5S rRNA gene spacer region amplified, sequuenced, and analysed with Mega 1 02 Results The fragments of 5S rRNA gene spacer region in Lonicera L was about 210 bp with G+C content up to about 70% The sequences were different in various populations, and can be identified by sequencing The genetic distance between L confusa and L japonica was larger Conclusion The genuine distance between species was larger than that within species; the genetic distance among genuine crude drugs was smaller; the genetic distance among genuine and ungenuine crude drugs were bigger than that among genuine crude drugs

Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapies of the lateral patellar compression syndrome. Methods This group included 21 cases(30 knees) of lateral patellar compression syndrome, with the average 45 years old(2 males and 19 females of 36~58 years old). All of the patients had obvious Clinical sings and symptoms, whose auxiliary examination was negative. It was almost as same as the Merchant classificasion of the lateral patellar compression syndrome. We adopt the lateral retinaculum release and debridement cartilage defects and drilling. Results All of the definitely diagnosised patients were reviewed with an average of 4 years follow-up visiting(range from 0.5 to 15 years) after operation. The rate of fineness is 96.7% in accordance with Ye Qibin's synthesis estimation for the ailing knee. Conclusion The lateral patellar compression syndrome is a common disease. The lateral retinaculum release and debridement cartilage defects and drilling is a good therapy with minor injury and significant effects for the severe or recurrent attacking lateral patellar compression syndrome.
