1.Studies on Antiinflammatory and Immune Effects of Triptophenolide
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Triptophenolide (TN) is a colorless crystalline plate isolated from ethyl acetate extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii. It can obviously inhibit the edema caused by xylol and mixture croton oil; and decrease the concentration of Vitamin C in the adrenal gland of mice.TN can remarkably inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction induced by DNCB and BSA; and diminished the peripheral blood ANAE+lymphocytes in rats and micc. Moreover, TN can dramatically increase the amount of total serum complement and significautly decrcase the serum antibody products (1gG ) of rats and mice. The phagocytosis of perioneal exudate macrophages in mice present double effects in vitro. TN can promote the phagocytosis of macrophages at the small dosage, but at larger dosage, it showed inhibition. The results mentioned above showed that triptophenolide may be one of the main effective component of T.wilfordii for treating auto-immune diseases.
3.Research progress in the operational techniques of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(9):601-603
Compared with open surgery, laparoscopic surgery (LS) provides distinct advantages. However, LS is limited because of the lack of flexibility and tactile feedback. These drawbacks may result in prolonged learning curve and increase in difficulty of sur-gery, particularly for reconstructive LS. This study aimed to determine more efficient methods and resolve several limitations, such as surgical education, LS, surgical procedures (suturing and knotting), iconography, and biotechnology in LS. This review provides a broad overview of studies related to this field.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(4):667-671
A new chromene (1) and six known compounds identified as 6-hydroxymellein (2), 6-hydroxy-5-methylmellein (3) nectriapyrone (4), chermesinone A(5), chermesinone B(6), and pomopxanthone A(7), were isolated in our investigation of the cytotoxic constituents from the fermented rice substrate of endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. HCCB03519. The structures of these com pounds were elucidated through spectroscopic data analysis. All compounds exhibited inhibitory activities against cancer cell lines. Compound 7 showed stronger inhibition against cancer cells than the positive control 5-Fu.

6.Integrative pharmacology: new paradigm of modernization of Chinese medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(3):357-362
Chinese medicinal formulae( CMF) were often used in the clinics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) which were critical for modernization of Chinese medicine to shed light on the interaction between CMF and biological organisms. In current studies, correlation between system and part, macroscopic actions and microcosmic mechanism, ADME process and pharmacologic actions were often neglected. Thus, we put forward integrative pharmacology, which could integrate the correlation between CMF and biological organisms from multi-levels and multi-dimensional views. Integrative pharmacology would reveal the molecular mechanism of CMF for ailments treatment and screen out effective material systematically, which would be the new paradigm of TCM research.

Jing SHENG ; Jun YANG ; Yingnian YU
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(10):-
As a crucial technique for proteome analysis, mass spectrometry (MS) has developed rapidly in the last two decades. MS has established itself as a powerful tool in life science by its high sensitivity, resolution, mass accuracy and the ability to be coupled with chromatogram and isotope labeling. This review discusses the principles and instrumentation developments of MS, especially focuses on the applications of MS in proteomic studies.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2001;10(1):24-27
Objective To discuss the anxiety and panic disorder in the patients with cardiovascular diseases. Method To analyze the incidental rate, diagnostic criteria, clinical manifestations and treatment in the anxiety and panic disorders with cardiovascular diseases. Result The incidental rate of anxiety and panic attack in the patients with cardiovascular diseases is high. The common clinical manifestation including chest pain, hypertension, tachycardia, arrhythmia and symptoms similar with left heart failure. Conclusion Physicians ought to improve their ability in identifying the anxiety and panic disorders with cardiovascular diseases.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Objective To screen the proteins binding with HBV X-promoter and to investigate their potential role in the regulation of replication and expression of HBV DNA. Methods By using HBV X biotinylated promoter DNA as the selective molecule, the T7 select human liver cDNA library was biopanned and positive clones were selected. After screening, positive plaques were performed to amplify for inserted DNA fragment and cloned into pGEM-Teasy vector. Thirty positive plaques were chosen for DNA sequencing. Results Five kinds of known and nine kinds of novel cDNA sequences were obtained. The 5 kinds of known ones are human serum albumin, NADH dehydrogenase subunit 4, prokininase, ubiquitin specific protease 10, and testis enhanced gene transcript. Conclusion The binding proteins of HBV Xp DNA were identified by phage display. The results suggest that this approach provides a new search tool for the study of replication and expression mechanism of HBV DNA.

Journal of Clinical Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and therapy of traumatic rupture of bladder. Methods Between January 1987 and December 2000,the diagnosis, therapy and effect was retrospectively analyzed on 47 patients with traumatic rupture of bladder.45 cases were finally diagnosed with bladder perfusion,2 were found in urethra reunion operation because of urethra disruption.47 cases were surgically treated with open repair,35 cases with bladder fistulization and 12 only with bladder catheterization.Result 2 of 47 cases died because of shock and serious combined injury.45 were have healed, and urination recovered after surgery. Conclusions Intravesical perfusion with water of bladder and abdominal puncture are simple and reliable method to diagnose rupture of bladder.Repairing of bladder is a important measure to therapy rupture of bladder.
