Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of the ultrasonic technology,digital subtraction angiography(DSA) combined guide line of liver abscess drainage tube.Methods 70 patients with liver abscess received ultrasonic technology,DSA joint drainage tube after treatment.Using ultrasound technology and DSA of complementary advantages,enhancement in the operation was good,especially the liver abscess of abdominal pneumatosis was more and more room,enhancement effect was better than that of pure guided by ultrasound.Results 70 patients were all successful puncture and catheter,development was good,all 70 cases cured,without any serious complication.Conclusion Ultrasound technology,DSA joint guided puncture catheter drainage is a safe,minimally invasive treatment,has significant efficacy and important clinical value.

Objective: To observe the antibacterial, antitrichomonal, antipruritic and anti inflammatory effects of Jiefujing Lotion(Rhizoma Coptidis, cortex Phellodendri, Fructus cnidii Fruetus Kochiae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, etc). Methods: The methods were applied antibacterial in vivo and in vitro , vaginal trichomoniasis resistant in vitro , itch threshold of guinea pigs caused by histamine, rats and mouse inflammation caused by albumen and dimethylbenzene. Results: Jiefujing Lotion had considerable inhibitory and disinfecting activities to bacteria and fungus related to edeitis. The lotion could also kill vaginal trichomonads, increase the itch threshold value and had anti inflammatory effect. Conclusion: Jiefujing Lotion had obvious antibacterial, antitrichomonal, antipruritic and anti inflammatory effects.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of losartan on acute ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)(injury) of pancreas in rats.Methods Seventy-two Wister rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:(1)(Control group);(2)Ischemia-reperfusion group:the anterior mesenteric artery and the celiac artery were(occluded) for 15 min,30min and 60min followed by 6 hours reperfusion;(3)Losartan group:losartan(40mg/kg)were administered by gavage at 12h and 1h before arterial occlusion.The pathologic changes of pancreatic tissue were observed under light microscopy;TUNEL was used to detect apoptosic of pancreatic cells;Bcl-2 expression in the pancreatic cells of rats was analyzed by immunohistochemistry technique.(Results) Losartan treatment reversed the histological abnormalities including infiltration of inflammatory cells and atrophy of acinar cells.Compared with losartan group,pancreatic tissue of I/R group exhibited increased MDA[((20.1?1.2))nmol/g and((34.9?2.6)) vs(17.9?2.1)nmol/g and(25.2?3.3)nmol/g,P

Objective To study an improved automated method for isolation and purification of large amounts of human pancreatic islets from large mammals,and try to create conditions for preparation and isolation of large amounts of human islets.Methods An improved automated system was used to isolate and purify panreatic islets of sogs.Under the general anaesthesia(GA) condition,the pancreas of the dogs was via in situ vascular perfused using cold HC-A solution and then removed en bloc with duodenum and spleen.Then they were placed in cold UW aolutian.Intraductal collagenase-Ⅴ and pefabloc(4 ℃) was delivered with controlled perfusion.lslets were dissociated in system of Ricordi Chamber and purified islets separated with Ficoll density gradient centrifugation under controlled temperature.Digestion time,islets remaining trapped in exocrine tissue,final islet purity,insulin and C-pep secretory activity,and islet recovery were observed.The purified islets were observed under light microscope and electronic microscope after 24 h culture.Results The digestion time rate was(25.0?6.0) min,islets remaining trapped in exocrine tissue was(9.4?2.4)%,final islet purify rate was(89.7?3.5)%,islet recovery after digestion was(17.2?3.6)?104 IEQ/pancreas.Islet recovery after purification was(8.3?2.0)?104IEQ/pancreas.Insulin and C-pep secretory activity of the purified islets and their ultrastructure after 24 h culture were ideal.Conclusions Our improved automated method and facilities for isolation of canine pancreatic islets are reliable,The morphology and function of the procured islets are excellent and they can foreseeably be used for large-scale preparation of huma islets for clinical use.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (SQFZI) on erythrocyte immune function in patients after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).

METHODSTwenty patients ready for receiving CPB were randomly assigned to two groups, 10 in each group. Patients in the SQFZI group were treated with 250 mL SQFZI via intravenous dripping starting from 5 days before operation and after ending CPB once a day. Peripheral venous blood samples of all patients were collected at the time points of before anesthesia, and 6 h, 24 h, 72 h and 7 days after CPB, which were anticoagulated with heparin for dynamically detecting the changes of RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR.

RESULTSRBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR in the SQFZI group were significantly higher at 6 h, 24 h, 72 h, and day 7 after operation than those in the control group respectively at the corresponding time points, and they restored to the normal levels at day 7, suggesting the erythrocyte immune function after CPB in the SQFZI group was superior to that in the control group (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONApplication of SQFZI in the peri-operative period can significantly improve the hypo-immunological function of erythrocyte caused by CPB, and promote the recovery of erythrocyte immunity.

Objective To evaluate the effect of intercostal nerve cryoanalgesia for post-thoracotomy pain control and the chronic discomfort of the incision.Methods A prospective analysis was carried out in 200 patients after standard posterolateral thoracotomy.Then the patients were randomly divided into five groups after gender stratification,each group with 40 patients.Group A was the control group,which was received no advanced method to prevent the pain after operation,only with Pethidine injected while patient require.Group B was PCIA group.Group C was PCEA group.Group D was cryoanalgesia group.Group E was cryoanalgesia and PCEA group.VAS score was used in the consecutive 7 days after operation.And we recorded the doses of pethidine injected in the 7 days,as well as the complications and the side effects.On the third and sixth month,patients were followed up by telephone or clinic review for their pain control and discomfort of the incision.Results The VAS score and the average doses of using Pethidine were lower in group D and group E than that in other groups.Group D had a lower ratio of nausea,vomiting,pruritus and lethargy than any other group.Group A,group D and group E had a higher ratio of pain of incision and other adverse reactions than group B and group C.Conclusion Intercostal nerve cryoanalgesia could effectively relief the postoperative pain,reduce the ratio of traumatic stress reaction and side effect.Cryoanalgesia may be a factor that could add the chronic discomfort of the incision.

Objective To explore the operative treatment of esophageal carcinoma or carcinoma of gastric cardia in patients aged 70 years or older. Methods　One thousand and eighty eight patients with esophageal cancer or carcinoma of gastric cardia were retrospectively reviewed.These patients were divided into 4 groups:aged 41～69,70～74,75～79 and 80～90 years.The postoperative complications,hospjtalization time,prognosis, operative selection and perioperative treatment were analyzed. Results　Incidences of complications of pulmonary infection,arrhythmia,psychiatric symptom and unhealing of surgical incision were obviously increased,and the average hospitalization time were significantly prolonged in patients aged 70 years or older.Incidence of pulmonary infection and the average hospitalization time were significantly increased in patients aged 80～90 years compared with other groups.There were 4 death cases and 1084 cured cases. Conclusions　With regard to elderly patients for esophageal carcinoma or carcinoma of gastric eardia,handling the occurrence of postoperative complications,selecting suitable patients to take operation and appropriate perioperative treatments are the keys for successful operation.

Objective To investigate the cellular immune response to the recombinant DNA vaccine CRT120/HPV6bE7 in mice. Methods The recombinant encoding HPV6bE7, linked with CRT120, was constructed in pcDNA3.1 eukaryotic vector with the report gene GFP. The pcDNA3.1-GFP -HPV6bE7 was transfected into B16 cells by a lipofectamine kit. The C57BL/6 mice were vaccinated with recombinant DNA plamids. The T-cell phenotype in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of the immunized mice was measured by flow cytometry. The CTL activity of the lymphocytes from the spleens and lymph nodes, and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-? were analyzed. Results The constructed recombinant plasmid CRT120/HPV6bE7 was analyzed. Objective To evaluate the effect of co -administration of the loop diuretic furosemide (Fur) and kanamycin (KM ) in the rats in order to establish a reliable animal model of sensorineural hearing loss .Methods Thirty -two Sprague-dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 rats in each group .Rats in group A ,B and C received a single intraperitoneal injection of kanamycin sulfate (KM ,500 mg/kg) ,followed by an-other intraperitoneal injection of furosemide (Fur ,0 .2 ml/kg ) 30 minutes later .While ,rats in control group D re-ceived same doses of normal saline .Auditory brain responses (ABRs) were recorded at 1 ,7 and 14 day after the in-jections ,which were group A ,group B and group C ,respectively .Hair cell loss ,the spiral ganglions and microstruc-ture were observed by immunofluorescence and scanning electron microscopy .Results The ABR thresholds in group A ,B and C were significantly higher than that of in control group D (P<0 .05) .There were no differences of ABR thresholds among group A ,B and C(P>0 .05) .Immunofluorescence and scanning electron microscopy showed obvi-ous hair cell loss in the basal turn in each kanamycin groups ,with cilia disarrangement and fusion ,compared to the same areas in animals from the control group .The expression of cleaved caspase -3 significantly increased in each experimental group than that of in the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Co -administration of furosemide and kanamycin intraperitoneally induces profound hearing loss in rats and is an effective method of establishing acute hearing loss model in animal experiments .

OBJECTIVE To understand disinfection quality in newborn Spa room,to give prevention messures against nosocomial infection.METHODS The air,UV intensity,the object surface,staff′s hands,and the using of disinfectant were detected.RESULTS The total qualified rate was 98.61% and that of the object surface was 97.22%,of staff′s hands was 98.61%,of UV intensity and indoor air was 100% and of the using disinfectant was 97.22%.CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the disinfection,finding the weak timely and taking the effective measures can prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.
