It put forward the mechanism of drug pricing and price-adjusting based on classification of drug value. It can set different prices according to different value The higher the value is,the higher the price will be.It could embody the principle of good quality, good price so as to and ensure the unity of price and value.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To reconstruct a composite skin substitute composed of keratinocytes and collagen sponge as dermal scaffold. Collagen was extracted from fresh porcine skin. After being mixed with chondroitin sulfate, it was frozen and dried under vacuum to form a spongy membrane. Keratinocytes were separated from the foreskin with the routine method, and they seeded on the collagen membrane. The keratocytes which were carried by the collagen sponge were cultured, and the growth and proliferation were observed. The result showed that keratinocytes could grow and proliferate to form a confluent layer after 2~3 weeks. It indicated the the collagen sponge membrane showed no toxicity to human epidermal cells, and it could be used as a dermal scaffold in the construction of a composite skin substitute.

Objective: To prepare a collagen rnembrane and to investigate its feasibi1ity as a derma1 scaffold. Metbods:Pig hide collagen was dispersed in 0. 5 mol/L acetic acid, co-precipitated with chordroitin-6-sulfate and lyophilized for 48 h toproduce a highly porous membrane. Cross-linking was in 0. 25% glutaraldehyde for 24 h. The membrane was implanted be-neath the flaps on the dorsal sites of SD rats. After implantation, biopsies were obtained periodically to study the tissue com-patibility, vascularity and stability. Results: The average pore size of the spongiform collagen membrane was 100 pm. Sub-dermal implantation of it showed that the inflammation was minimal, with no evidence of an acute rejective reaction. Conclu-siou: The spongiform collagen membrane prepared is easy to secure and produce, it has satisfied tissue compatibility, abilityof vascularity and optimum dermal scaffold structure.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2004;24(5):500-2, 506
In order to explore the MRI volume of the amygdala and hippocampus in patients with major depression, quantitative MRI of the amygdala and hippocampus were studied in 22 patients with major depression and compared with 13 age-matched controls. The results showed that both groups exhibited similar significant hippocampal asymmetry (left smaller than right). The volume of the bilateral hippocampus was significantly smaller in the major depression group than that in control group. The patients had significant asymmetry of the amygdalar volumes (right smaller than left). No correlation was found between hippocampal volume abnormalities and ill duration. It was concluded that the hippocampus and amygdala within limbic-cortical networks may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of major depression.

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT in the hip joint dislocation. Methods We analyzed and compared 17 cases of the hip dislocation examined by X-ray and CT.Results X-ray plain film displayed hip joint dislocation in 15 cases, fractures in 10 cases, soft tissue swelling in 9 cases, widened hip joint space in 6 cases and bone fragment in 3 cases after restoration.CT showed hip joint dislocation and fractures in 17 cases, soft tissue swelling in 15 cases, widened hip joint space in 11 cases and bone fragment in 10 cases after restoration. Conclusion For the direction and the degree of hip joint dislocation, acetabulum fracture, bone fragment in articular space and soft tissue swelling,CT has distinct advantage. We find that CT may be one of a routine method in hip joint dislocation, especially after restoration.

Objective To observe brain functional activity of patients with arrhythmia after radiofrequency ablation with amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF).Methods Twenty-six patients with anxiety disorder after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) were included as RFCA group.Age and sex matched twenty-six healthy volunteers were included as control group. The difference of ALFF between the two groups was analyzed by two-sample t test.Partial correlation between extracted values from dysfunctional brain regions and hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores were investigated. Results Compared with control group,ALFF of left middle temporal gyrus, right putamen, left amygdala significantly increased, and left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC),right praecuneus, left middle frontal gyrus and right middle occipital gyus significantly decreased in RFCA group (Alphasim correction,P<0.01).ALFF values of left DLPFC were negatively correlated with HAMA scores (r=-0.872,P=0.013).Conclusion The brain activity of RFCA patients in resting state is abnormal.ALFF can provide more evidences for the pathogenesis of the disease.

AIM: To investigate the role of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC) and protein kinase C (PKC) signaling in tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?)-induced cardioprotection against hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury. METHODS: Neonatal rat ventricular myocytes were pretreated with TNF-? or sodium nitroprusside (SNP) or L-arginine (L-Arg), respectively, for 12 h and then subjected to continuous hypoxia for 12 h, followed by reoxygenation for 6 h. The manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) activity of the cells was measured after H/R. Myocyte injury was determined by the release of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH). RESULTS: TNF-? (10~5 (U/L)) significantly increased the Mn-SOD activity and decreased release of LDH from ventricular myocytes. The cardioprotection against H/R injury was induced by the pretreatment with SNP (5 ?mol/L) or L-Arg (5 mmol/L), which was blocked by ODQ (10 ?mol/L), the specific sGC inhibitor, and Chel (5 ?mol/L), the specific PKC inhibitor. Pretreatment with L-NAME (100 ?mol/L), ODQ, Chel, antoxidant 2-MPG (400 ?mol/L) or tyrosine kinase inhibitor genistein (50 ?mol/L) attenuated the increased Mn-SOD activity and reduced LDH level induced by TNF-?. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that NO may play a role in TNF-?-induced cardioprotection, which is mediated by sGC and PKC. [

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
AIM To explore a long-term Kupffer cell culture method, which can best maintain the function and activity of cell and decrease the cellular damage. METHODS Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in the supernatants were measured to observe the severity of cellular damage ,the function of Kupffer cell was reflected with the nitrogen monoxide(NO) content and the intracellular acid phosphatases(ACP) activity. In the conditions of common culture(CC),single collagen culture(SCC) and double collagen culture(DCC), with or without serum, study the maintenance of cellular function and the severity of cellular damage. RESULTS Compared with the other two methods, the LDH contents were significantly lower( P
