Objective To observe attenuation and synergy of postoperative chemotherapy combined with Tianzhicao capsule in patients who suffered from breast cancer. Methods 66 cases after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into treatment group 31 cases and 35 cases of control group. The patients of control group were treated with chemotherapies of CAF and TA. Treatment group patients were given Tianzhical capsule orally at the same time. Nausea and vomitting, the arrest of bone marrow before and after treatment were observed. The grade of life quality about every patient was evaluated. Results Myelosuppression and the occurrence of nausea and vomitting in treatment group was obviously lower than control group (P < 0.05). The proportion of improvement and stabilization for the quality of life in treatment group was markedly higher than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese drug Tianzhicao capsule had attenuation and synergy to postoperative chemotherapy in breast cancer.
2.Impact injuries of pedestrians: 90 cases study.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(5):350-354
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relationship between pedestrian traffic accidents and the type of vehicles and summarize the characteristics.
METHODS:
Ninety cases of pedestrian traffic accidents were reviewed, and the relationship between the types of vehicles and the injuries (site, feature and severity) were analyzed.
RESULTS:
Different impact injuries were caused by different types of vehicles. The primary sites of the impact injuries depended on the body posture and the height of protruding parts of the front when the accident happened. The injury characteristics were related to the size, direction of acting force and contact surface.
CONCLUSION
The analysis of position, feature, and severity of pedestrian injury can determine the type of injury vehicle.

OBJECTIVETo compare clinical effects between percutaneous compressing plating (PCCP) and proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) for the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fracture with risk external wall.
METHODSFrom September 2007 to June 2010, 43 patients with intertrochanteric fracture with risk external wall were treated by PCCP or PFNA according to different kinds of internal fixations. There were 22 cases in PCCP, including 9 males and 13 females with an average age of 68.4 (ranged, 60 to 86) years old, and 13 cases with type A2.2 and 9 cases with type A2.3; while 21 cases in PFNA, including 7 males and 14 females with an average age of 67.7 (ranged, 57 to 93) years old, and 10 cases with type A2.2 and 11 cases with type A2.3. Blood loss, operation time, hospital stay, fracture healing time, complications and Harris score after 1 years' following-up were observed and compared.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up for 12 to 22 (means 18.4) months, and all patients were obtained fracture healing, and recovered walking ability as before injury. There were no significant differences in blood loss, operation time, hospital stay, fracture healing time, complications and Harris score after 1 years' following-up (P>0.05). One case occurred displacement on the top of greater trochanter, and 1 case injuried weakness of hip abduction. One case occurred screw breakage in PCCP, while 1 case occurred hip joint pain in PFNA.
CONCLUSIONBoth of PCCP and PFNA in treating patients with intertrochanteric fracture with risk external wall can receive good clinical effects, while the effects and therapy strategy for displacement of bone on the top of lateral wall should further study.

The fused gene (PTH-HSA) of parathyroid hormone (PTH) gene and Human Serum Albumin(HSA) gene was amplified without linker by Overlapping PCR technology. The spliced gene was clone into Pichia pastoris secretory vector pPIC9K. With the help of promoter AOX1 and mat ? signal peptide, the PTH-HSA gene was designed to secretory expression.Linearized by restriction enzyme SalI, The recombinant plasmid pPIC9K/PTH-HSA was transformed into Pichia pastoris KM71 by electroporation. The recombinant strains which were identified by G418 and PCR analysis were induced by methanol to express protein PTH-HSA. The target protein was expressed in fermentation supernatant. Western blot analysis of the fusion protein showed that the expressed fusion protein PTH-HSA had the antigenicity of HSA.adenylate cyclase assay proved that the fused protein exhibited the bioactivity to stimulate cAMP synthesis The specific activity of broth was about 318IU/ml.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To examine the changes in the expression of voltage-gated sodium channel?subunit mRNA in the dorsal root ganglion(DRG)and the role it plays in the neuropathie pain. Methods Thirty- two male SD rats weighing 250-400g were randomly divided into 2 groups:groupⅠneuropathic pain(SNL,n= 20)and groupⅡsham operation(n=12).Neuropathic pain was produced by ligation of right sciatic nerve according to Seltzer.Paw withdrawal latency to noxious thermal(PWHL)and mechanical(PWML)stimulation were measured before(baseline)and 1,2,3,5,8,11,14,28 day after sciatic nerve ligation(SNL).DRG at L_(4,5) was isolated on the 14th day after SNL in 8 SNL and 4 sham-operated animals for determination of sodium channel?subunit mRNA expression(by in-situ hybridization). Results PWHL and PWML were significantly decreased on the 2nd-28th day after SNL as compared to the baseline in SNL group. There was no significant difference in?_1 subunit mRNA expression between the 2 groups.The?_2 subunit mRNA expression in DRG was hardly detectable.The?_3 subunit mRNA expression in DRG on the operated side was significantly higher in SNL group than in sham-operation group. Conclusion The up-regulation of sodium channel?_3 subunit mRNA expression in DRG may play an important role in neuropathic pain.

The mature seeds and excised embryos of Dalbergia odorifera were used as materials to study the effect of moisture content on their survival, as well as the effect of rapid freezing and vitrification freezing method on seeds and in vitro embryos cryopreservation. The results showed that the germination rate and vigor decreased from 82.67%, 85% to 18.35%, 25% respectively, when the seed moisture content decreased from 15.04% to 8.14%; and the germination rate decreased from 82.67% to 37.50%, 25.37% respectively by vitrification freezing method and rapid freezing method, when the seed moisture content decreased from 15.04% to 9.37%. Among all the moisture content gradient, 12.35% moisture reached the maximal germination rate, which were 63.58% and 50.45% respectively by vitrification freezing and rapid freezing; and when the embryo moisture content was 26.32%, the germination rate decreased from 95.67% to 58.31% and 33.82% respectively by vitrification freezing and rapid freezing. And when the moisture content was in the range of 14.17% -21.34%, the germination rate was a bit of decrease. The experiment results showed that the optimum conditions of seed cryopreservation were: moisture content 12.35%, vitrification freezing; and the optimum conditions of in vitro embryo cryopreservation were: moisture 15.04%, vitrification freezing. In conclusion, the effects of moisture content on germination rate after cryopreservation in D. odorifera seeds and embryo were significant, and vitrification freezing method is much better than rapid freezing method.
