2.Study Progress on Pathogenesis of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) as an autoimmune disease,is the most common clinical hemorrhagic disease. But,its pathogenesis is not completely clear yet.Low platelet count can easily repeate in chronic ITP patients, there are poor efficacy in refractory ITP patients, too. In recent years,a series of important progress on the pathogenesis of ITP had been made.In the humoral mechanism, there were significant progress on the emergence of autoantibodies;the theory on anomaly of the megakaryocyte quantity and quality caused by autoantibody were put forward. In the cellular mechanisms, the theory on reduction in the number of Tr cells,Co-stimulative signal and platelets directly dissolved by cytotoxicity T cells were put forward also. This review will be made to sum up the study progress on the pathogenesis of ITP.
3.Significance of Changes of Serum B Cell Activating Factor Belonging to Tumor Necrosing Factor Family in Children with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1993;0(03):-
Objective To explore the significance of the changes of serum B cell activating factor(BAFF) in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods The concentrations of BAFF were detected by ELISA in 42 children with ITP(test group) before and after treatment in the Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from Apr.to Nov.2008,the blood platelet count(BPC) was detected also. And 40 children who were operated selectively were selected as control group. The variation of concentrations of BAFF were analyzed among children with ITP before, after treatment and control group. Moreover, the relationship between serum BAFF expression and BPC were analyzed by the Pearson test. Results The concentrations of serum BAFF were higher in children with ITP before treatment compared with that in control group [(0.943 3?0.583 5) ?g?L-1 vs(0.538 9?0.234 7) ?g?L-1,P0.05).There was negative correlation between serum BAFF expression and BPC(r=-0.305,P

A nuclear accident likely leads to the leakage of radiocesium to a large degree, which could poses threatens to the environment and human heahh.Hence,it is very important to remove radiocesium ion from the environment and human body in the aftermath of a nuclear accident. In this review, the new progress of radiocesium ion removal in a nuclear emergency is discussed. The main technique to reduce soil pollution is to remove and purify topsoil. The methods of purification include leaching method, electrokinetic process and soil immobilization. The technique to remove radiocesium from water is mainly via adsorption.Common adsorbents include crown ether, calix ether, ammonium molybdophosphate and Prussian blue.Radiocesium removal from human body is mainly via oral administration of Prussian blue at fractioned doses in a timely manner but spents a relatively long response time, possibly accompanied with some severe side effects, like hypopotassemia and physical damage of digestive tract. Therefore, new techniques are still in need of development to remove radiocesium ion from human body more effectively.

Objective To analyze clinical common pathogenic bacteria distribution of neonatal sepsis and antimicrobial resistance ,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics .Methods 342 cases of neonatal sepsis were selected as the research objects ,through the case control study ,specimens were collected retro-spectively the clinical data and blood culture ,to understand the pathogenic bacteria children with neonatal septicemia culture,To understand the pathogenic bacteria in children with neonatal septicemia culture .Distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed .Results 342 cases of neonatal septicemia infection rate was 5.4%, among the 136 cases of preterm infants with sepsis ,infection rate is 10.9%,206 cases of full-term infants with sep-sis,infection rate was 4.0%, Septicemia in premature infants infection than full -term sepsis (χ2 =88.07, P <0.01);No significant difference of septicemia in premature infants and full -term infants septicemia pathogen strain distribution(P>0.05).Coagulase negative Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus resistant to penicillin , drug resistance rates were 97.1% and 87.5%,secondly to erythromycin resistance ,respectively were 86.9% and 75.0%;Three kinds of common gram negative bacteria were sensitive toimipenem ,resistance to ampicillin and cefazo-lin,drug resistance rate was 100.0%,the second was piperacillin ,cefepime, cefotaxime and ceftazidime .Conclusion Neonatal septicemia of gram positive bacteria mainly coagulase negative Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus, gram negative bacteria mainly in grams of Klebsiella pneumoniae , Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli . Common pathogenic bacteria with drug resistance .Clinical treatment of neonatal sepsis should be rational use of anti -biotics,to strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance .

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(1):36-40
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the correlative factors for organic psychotic symptoms following traumatic brain injury (TBI).
METHODS:
In the current study, 391 subjects who had undergone forensic identification of the organic mental disorders due to TBI were included, both the demographic and post-traumatic information collected. The relevant data were statistically analyzed in those confirmed as organic psychotic syndrome according to Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders 3rd version (CCMD-3).
RESULTS:
Fifty-two subjects (13.3%) were identified as organic psychotic symptoms. The chi-square test showed that the detectable organic psychotic symptoms were associated with the marriage status, damage nature, injury severity and treatment, and the multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed good fitness of treatment and injury severity with the regression model (OR = 0.044, 95% CI: 0.017-0.114; OR = 2.145, 95% CI: 1.201-3.832, respectively).
CONCLUSION
The risks of organic psychotic symptoms following TBI can be involved in the alternative of craniotomy for the cases with trauma and moderate brain injury.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;(8):1160-1161
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) and somatic evoked potentials (SEP) with therapeutic outcome of brain stem hemorrhage patients.MethodsBAEP and SEP were detected in the early period of 25 caees with brain stem hemorrhage by evoked potential instrument, and were surveilled dynamically.ResultsThere was good prognosis in the patients whose BAEP and SEP were normal in the first time and repeated detection.Poor prognosis happened in ones whose BAEP and SEP were abnormal in the first time and repeated detection. The difference was significant between them(P<0.05).ConclusionCombined detection and dynamic surveillance of BAEP and SEP could predict accurately the curative result of patients with brain stem hemorrhage.
