1.The Effect of Bisphenol A and Dibutyphthlate Treated With Rat Liver S9 on Proliferation of MCF-7 Cells

Objective To study the effect of bisphenol A (BPA) and dibutyphthlate (DBP) treated with Rat Liver S9 on proliferation MCF-7 cells. Methods Added the positive control 17?-estradiol (E2) and compounds of BPA and DBP with the effect of Rat Liver S9 to MCF-7 cells proliferation respectively and determinated the quantity of MCF-7 cells with MTT assay. Results The activity of E2 and DBP stimulated MCF-7 cells decreasing significantly with the effect of Liver S9 than without the effect of Liver S9, while BPA stimulated MCF-7 cells increasing significantly with the effect of Liver S9 than that without the effect of Liver S9. Conclusion E2 and DBP have a lower estrogenic activity with the effect of S9 than without the effect of S9. BPA shows a higher estrogenic activity with the effect of S9 than without the effect of S9.
2.Expression of PR and Bcl-2,Bax in Ectopic and Eutopic Endometrium in Patients with Endometriosis

Objective:The pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMT)was explored by detecting the relationship of progesterone receptors(PR)and apoptosis-associated factors with EMT.Methods:Immunohistochemical imaging analysis was used to quantify the expression of PR,Bcl-2 and Bax in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with EMT.Results:Expressions of PR and Bcl-2 in eutopic endometrium are higher than those in ectopic endometrium(P<0.05).Expression of Bax in ectopic endometrium is higher than that in eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference of PR,Bcl-2 and Bax expression between proliferative and secretary endometrium.Conclusions:Either in proliferative or secretary phase,expressions of PR in eutopic endometrium are higher than those in ectopic endometrium,thus eutopic endometrium is more liable to proliferate in low level continuously,migrate and implant.Expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in eutopic and ectopic endometrium have no relationship with endometrium cycling.The apoptosis of ectopic endometrium is weakened and its proliferative power is continuously enhanced.
3.EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF GELATINASE ACTIVITY OF ASCENDING AORTIC ANEURYSMS

Objective To investigate the activity changes of gelatinase in the formation of ascending aortic aneurysm.Methods Thirty five young Wistar rats were divided into two groups:the control group and the experiment group.The rat models induced by ascending aorta banding were made.The ascending aortas were taken after 3-5 months operation,changes of gelatinase activity was observed by gelatin zymography and film in situ zymography.Results Gelatinase activity of ascending aortic aneurysm was significantly increased compared with that of normal ascending aortic aorta.Conclusion Elevation of gelatinase activity may play a significant role in the formation of ascending aortic aneurysm.
4.Injury of ~(125)Ⅰ seeds implants to trachea and esophagus of rabbits

Objective To evaluate the impact of 1125 seeds para-tracheal braehytherapy on regional tissue injury in rab-bit models. Methods 42 rabbits were randomized into 7 groups. Group 1 to 6 belong to study groups (in which 1,4,5 and 6 belong to "dose gradient" subgroup, while 2,3 and 4 to "chronologic" subgroup) , while the last group acts as negative con-trol. The activity of seeds in study group were 0.3 mCi in group 1, 0.5 mCi in group 2 to 5, 0.7 mCi in group 5, and 0.9mCi in group 6. False seeds (0 mCi) were used for the negative control. 4 seeds with equal dosage were implanted between trachea and esophagus in each rabbit under general anesthesia. Seeds arrangement was made according to Paris principle. For the tissue injury evaluation, group 2 was sacrificed by the end of first month post-operatively, group 3 at the end of the second month, and group 4 end of the third month. The rest of rabbits were also sacrificed at the end of the third month. Pieces of adjacent e-sophagus and trachea were sampled from each rabbit. Tissue injury features such as inflammation, edema, congestion or fibrosis as evaluated histologically. Results All rabbits were healthy during study period except 5. Histological analysis revealed that trachea samples from all groups had lymphocytas and plasma cells infiltration as signs of chronic inflammation, hut fibrosis was nut clearly visible. There were no differences between study and control groups with respect to inflammation, edema and con-gestion scores. But in groups which received the highest doses of radiation or sacrificed at 60 d showed more eosinophil infiltra-tion and epithelum degeneration, and statistical significance was reached between these groups and control. Esophageal samples had less histological changes compared with trachea. Conclusion Para-tracheal implantation of ~(125)Ⅰ seeds with therapeutic or higher dosage only induce minor and reversible damage to the regional tissue. This implies that ~(125)Ⅰ implants adjacent to trachea or esophagus are clinically safe.
5.Follow-up of non-functioning renal graft after endovascular treatment with detachable coils

Objective To discuss the indication, technical points and long-term effects of endovascular embolization for non-functioning renal graft with detachable coils, and to get further evaluation of its practical value.Methods Monitored by DSA, endovascular embolization with detachable coils was performed on 11 patients with non-functioning renal graft.Results Renal arteries all had been successfully blocked in 11 cases.Good recovery without any complication was obtained.Conclusion Endovascular embolization for non-functioning renal graft with detachable coils is safe, minimally invasive and convenient, and can be used as an alternative to the resection of the renal grafts.
6.Clinical features of brucellosis complicated with osteoarticular damage

Objective To evaluate the clinical features of osteoarticular damage of patients with brucellosis,and to enhance the knowledge of clinical doctors.Methods The demographic characteristics,clinical presentations,accessory examination of 265 patients with brucellosis admitted from January 2011 to April 2014 in Ji'nan Infectious Diseases Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were classified into two groups:Patients with osteoarticular complications and patients without osteoarticular complications.Results Of the 265 patients,forty-six patients (17.36%) had osteoarticular complications.Spondylitis was the most common complication [50.00% (23/46)],followed by sacroiliitis [41.30% (19/46)] and peripheral arthritis [26.09% (12/46)].Sacroiliitis was more common than other types of osteoarticular damage in females [21.74% (10/46)],whereas in males spondylitis was more common [36.96% (17/46)].Peripheral arthritis was more common in individuals under the age of 17 years old [4.35% (2/46)],and sacroiliitis were more common in the ages of 18-60 years old group [23.91%(11/46)] and spondylitis were more common in over 60-year age group [30.43% (14/46)].Patients with osteoarticular complications showed longer duration of illness from the onset of the symptoms to its diagnosis (median 45 days),compared to those non-osteoarticular brucellosis (median 30 days,Z =5.74,P < 0.05).Conclusion Due to diversity of osteoarticular damage in patients with brucellosis,in case of a patient with long-term fever and osteoarticular symptoms,medical and epidemiological history should be inquired so as to strengthen early diagnosis and treatment of the disease based on combination with radiological findings.
7.Abnormal liver function after liver transplantation

BACKGROUND:The causes for abnormal liver function after liver transplantation is complex, and it is important for the treatment to clarify the causes of abnormal liver function. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the cause of abnormal liver function after liver transplantation, and to use it in clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS:The CNKI database and FMJS database were retrieved by computer for articles published from January 1991 to July 2012. Articles were searched with the key words of“liver transplantation, abnormal liver function, transaminase abnormalities, bilirubin increased, causes”in Chinese and English. A total of 98 articles were retrieved. Thirty-five articles directly related to abnormal liver function after liver transplantation and those published in authoritative magazines were included to review.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Many reasons can lead to abnormal liver function after liver transplantation, with complex clinical manifestations. The most common causes were acute rejection, biliary complications and virus infection. When the abnormal liver function occurred in the early postoperative period, especial y in one month after liver transplantation, the smal size syndrome and primary graft non-function should be vigilant. The transaminase and bilirubin levels were different for different causes. Transaminase increased more significantly than bilirubin in acute rejection, autoimmune hepatitis, viral infection, ischemia-reperfusion injury, portal vein and hepatic vein stenosis. However, obstruction enzyme such as alkaline phosphatase, glutamyltransferase, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin was increased more significantly in chronic rejection, biliary complications, hepatic artery, primary biliary cirrhosis and primary sclerosing cholangitis;transaminase increasing mainly and bilirubin increasing mainly can both appear in the patients with tumor, and which one wil happen depending on the size and oppression of the tumor. In addition, col ecting the medical history careful y can help to diagnose early as each patient have his special medical history. In a word, It’s important to col ect medical history careful y in clinical work, and the common cause of abnormal liver function should be consider firstly according to the increasing of transaminase and bilirubin, and other relatively uncommon causes should be considered after remove the common causes through clinical proven. It can help to diagnose and treat as soon as possible to make ful use of examinations, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies and liver puncture biopsy.
8.Application of vertical lip flaps in repair of whistling deformity on lip

Objective To explore and use a simple effective technique for repairing whistling de-formities and similar defects of upper lip.Methods According to various degrees of the defect on the ver-milion,one or two lip flaps were designed.At the first,a horizontal incision was performed in the area of vermilion defect to make the wound as a recipient area,then one or two lip flaps were formed,which were vertical against horizontal incision and close to area of deformity.Lengths of the flap ranged from 0.6 to 1.4cm,widths of the flap ranged from 0.4~0.7cm,and maximum ratio of length to width was 3:1.At last,the lip flaps were rotated up to recipient area for repairing whistling deformities.Sometimes deform-ities of Cupid’s bow and white lip were repaired at the same time through making additional incision.Re-sults Follow-up for l to 15 months showed that 25 cases of operation were with satisfactory results,ver-milion deformities were repaired or acquired visible improvement without complications and without leav-ing clear incision scar at lip after operation from November 2002 to September 2004.Conclusion In gen-eral application of vertical lip flaps could achieve anticipatory objective for repairing the whistling deformi-ties on lip if there are sufficient membraneous tissue in donor area.This operation is simple,practical and satisfactory.
9.Video-assisted subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction

Objective To explore the feasibility and cosmetic results of video-assisted subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction. Methods Two patients who suffered from breast diseases and need to excise the breasts received a video-assisted total subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction in our center. Results Both patients felt satisfied on the cosmetic result. According to the operative experience of these two patents combined with review, the key point of the operation was summarized as follows. The incisions on the anterior axillary line were small and concealing. External retraction method was used to establish the working space. Video-assisted operation was combined with euthyphoria. Blunt dissection was combined with electrical surgery unit and ultrasound knife to isolate the breast skin flap. After breast glandectomy was completed, silica gel prosthesis was put into the interspace behind ectopectoralis. Pressure dressing for 3 weeks was done to prevent the prosthesis upward displacement. Conclusion The video-assisted subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction is a safe and feasible operation method with the better cosmetic result.
10.Preventive Effect of Heparin Combined with Low Molecular Heparin on Primary Thrombosis in Arteriove-nous Fistula Patients

To evaluate the efficacy of heparin combined with low molecular heparin against early thrombosis in chronic patients after native arteriovenous fistula ( AVF) . Methods: A total of 299 patients were enrolled in the study from January 2012 to December 2014 and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received 5000IU low molecular heparin after the operation for 7 days and the trial group received 3 000u heparin additionally through free arterial end and venous terminal during the operation. The thrombosis formation rate and adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) of one week and 4 weeks after the operation were observed in the two groups. Results:One week after the operation, the thrombosis formation rate in the control group and the trial group was 3. 4% and 0, respectively, and four week after the operation, that was 4. 8% and 0. 67%, respectively. The incidence of ADR showed no statistical-ly difference between the two groups (P>0. 05), and no severe ADR appeared in both groups. Conclusion:Heparin combined with low molecular heparin may be more effective and safer in the prevention of primary thrombosis in the patients after AVF.
