Pesticides, especially chemistry pesticides with high toxicity, high residue, and difficult degradation are a kind of important environment pollutants and pesticide degradation by microorganisms is one of the powerful means to treat pesticide pollution. Many researchers conducted lots of studies on it. Types of pesticide degraders, construction of genetically engineered microorganisms, degrading mechanisms, degradation characteristics, influencing factors, applying effect and so on were summarized in this article. The research trend of degradation of pesticides by microorganisms and problems to be solved were also put forward.

Objective To investigate effects of different doses of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in fetal mouse osteoblasts. Methods Calvaria osteoblasts of fetal mice of 19 days were cultured. The effects of rhBMP-2 at different doses and different action times on VEGF expression patterns in fetal mouse osteoblasts were observed with reverse transcrip- tion-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot staining. Results In the present study,RT-PCR detected a steady expression of VEGF mRNA in the control fetal mouse osteoblasts. The levels of VEGF mRNA increased in an apparent biphasic manner with a maximum stimulation (about 2-fold above the control,P<0.05 ) in both VEGF mRNA species observed at 300 ng/mL of rbBMP-2.After 48 h of rhBMP-2 treatment, the VEGF mRNA levels approached those in the control. The VEGF mRNA levels appeared to be biphasic in rhBMP-2-treated cultures, showing peak induction at 3 and 24 h and remaining elevated at 48 b.Compared with the individual control value at each time point,an apparent maximum increase (about 2.5-fold above the control,P<0.05) occurred at 6 h.The second peak induction, about 2-fold above that in the control, occurred at about 36 h.Conclusions The expression of VEGF mRNA is steady in the control fetal mouse osteoblasts.RhBMP-2 can promote the expression of VEGF in dose-dependent and time-dependent manners.

Objective Study the production of the?-lactamases in eight pan-resistant citrobact- er freandi and their epidemic characteristics. Methods Modified Hodge test and EDTA-disk syner- gy test were used to screen Metallo-?-lactarnases,and isoelectric focusing to estimate the production of ESBLs and AmpC enzymes.ESBLs,AmpC,MBL genes were amplified and analyzed by PCR and DNA sequencing.Molecular epidemics were investigated by PFGE.Results All the 8 strains pro- duced TEM-1,CTX-M-14,4 of them at the same time producing CTX-M-3.No Plasmid mediated AmpC was found.Furthermore,a new subtype of MBL with one amino acid different from IMP-8 was de- tected. All the 8 strains belong to the same PFGE type. Conclusions Pan-drug-resistant citrobacter freundi produced more than one kind of?-lactamases.All these isolates were clonally related.

Akebia trifoliate has been reported to have many pharmacological activities and the roots, petioles and seeds are used to different symptoms. However, the structure and anatomy of its seeds was almost not reported until now. In the present study, we investigated the morphological characters of the fruit and seed, and the anatomical characters of the testa, micropyle, embryo and endosperm, which could provide evidences for the study on classification, identification and application of A. trifoliate. Our results showed that the testa of A. trifoliate consisted of an epidermic cell layer, the sclerenchyma cells layer, the parenchyma cells layer and an innermost pigment layer. At the micropylar region, the outermost epidermal cells were specialized the white caruncle-like structure and the testa included a lot of lignified tissues. Endosperm comprises two layer cells. Outermost yellowish-brown layer cells contains lots of fat droplets, and innermost white layer cells contains lots of aleurone grains and crystalloids.

Forest musk deer (Moschus berezovskii), a rare wild medicinal animal, is listed under the category of the state key protected wildlife list of China. Musk, secreted by the musk glands, is with high economic and medicinal value and used as precious traditional medicine in China. In order to meet the needs of musk in Chinese traditional medicine, forest musk deer farming was conducted in 1950s, but the research progress on musk secretion mechanism was slow. Therefore, by reviewing the histological and anatomical structure of forest musk deer musk gland, the relationship between sex hormones and the musk secretion process, and the molecular mechanism of the musk secretion, the existing problems in investigating the musk secretion mechanism were analyzed and the development trends in this field were also discussed, in order to provide a reference for further studies on the musk secretion mechanism and improve musk production of forest musk deer.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral Sarpogrelate hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic arterial ischemia of the lower extremities. Methods In this study 892 patients, who suffered from arteriosclerosis (ASO) or thromboangiitis obliterans ( TAO ) or diabetic foot ( DF ),with symptoms of intermittent claudication, sensation of cold, pain, ulcer, and without a history of vasotransplantation or bypass grafting or interventional therapy, were treated by taking Sarpogrelate hydrochloride tablets 100 mg tid for consecutive 8 weeks. The improvement rate of concomitant symptoms and the total effective rate of ASO, TAO, DF were evaluated.Drug adverse reaction were recorded. Results The improvement rate of intermittent claudication, sensation of cold, pain and ulcer were 96.9%,97.1%,89.0% and 86.9% respectively. The total effective rate for ASO,TAO,DF was 83.5%.A total of 81 cases (9.1%) reported mild side effects, including 7 patients with mild rash after 2- 5 days' medication,21 patients with mild nausea and 53 patients with stomach discomfort after 1 - 2 days' medication.Symptoms were managed conservatively without discontinuing taking sarpogrelate hydrochloride. Conclusions Sarpogrelate hydrochloride oral is a safe and effective therapy for chronic arterial ischemia diseases of the lower extremities.

Objective To investigate the expression of immunohistochemistry of gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and Fas-ligand(Fas-L) in the sinus ventriculi of children with pediatric gastritis and to explore the significance of their expression in the pathogenesis of pediatric chronic gastritis. Methods Fifty cases of the sinus ventriculi mucosa samples were enrolled in 3 groups:chronic gastritis, helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive(group A,n=20);chronic gastritis,Hp negative(group B,n=19);control group, normal sinus ventriculi mucosa,Hp negative(group C,n=11).Immunohistochemistry En Vision were carried out including GAS,SS,PCNA and Fas-L.Results In the expression of GAS and SS,the values of group A and B were comparatively higher than those of group C,but there was no significant difference among them in statistics. In the expression of PCNA,the value of group A was comparatively higher and that of group B.The value difference between 2 groups was significant(P=0.019);in the expression of Fas-L,no significant difference was found among these 3 groups. Conclusions Expressions of GAS and SS both increase in children with chronic gastritis and maybe the increase of GAS and SS play a role in the pathogenesis of pediatric chronic gastritis;Hp infection promotes the multiplication of the sinus ventriculi membrana mucosa epithelium cell in pediatric chronic gastritis.
