The early diagnosis of breast cancer is crucial for improving the prognosis of patients.Some new diagnostic techniques can improve the early diagnosis rate.Studies show that microRNA,proteins in salivary,urinary polyamines could be used as novel tumor markers,with high sensitivities and specificities.With the help of optical technology and computers,the traditional diagnostic imaging technique also make a great breakthrough.Currently,image-guided minimally invasive biopsy techniques such as core needle biopsy and vacuum assisted biopsy have the advantages of accuracy,economy and little trauma,and can provide more samples,which have been widely applied in clinical practice.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of adult pharmacy students in higher education on the teaching of professional courses in our school. METHODS:Questionnaire survey and Likert 5 point measurement method were used for the 2012-2014 grades of adult pharmacy students majoring pharmacy and drug management. RESULTS:Totally 260 questionnaires were sent out, and 236 were recyled with effective recovery of 90.8%. The average score of students for teaching attitude in professional courses was 3.58;the average score for teaching methods was 3.30;the average score for teaching ability satisfaction was 3.08;the aver-age satisfaction of students for teaching of professional courses was 78.98%;the average satisfaction of teaching attitudes,teaching methods and teaching abilities were 84.15%,78.13% and 76.65% respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The survey not only help estab-lishing a good interaction between students and teachers,promoting teaching and learing,but also play a role in monitoring and evaluating the teaching quality and effects of professional courses,which is conducive to promoting the process of teaching quality evaluation reform of adult higher learing.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Wenxintang in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods Sixty patients of Yangqikuixu, Tanyuzuluo type suffered with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group were treated with IsMo-20, Metoprolol and Aspirin, while another 30 patients in the treated group were treated with Wenxintang include the three medicines above. Each group was observed for 4 weeks respectively. Methods The parameter of one hundred twenty sterilization wraps with size 30 cm?40 cm?60 cm and weight 20kg was tested by Belimed sterilizer. Results There are 155 masculine gender and 445 negative in 600 quick reading biological indicators of 120 sterilization wraps and 53 masculine in bacteria detection, 9 cases failure in 1243 indicator, 52 wet wraps. Conclusion The parameter was to take three times negative pressure pulse and five times pressure pulse, sterilization temperature 134℃, sterilization time 11min and dry time 11min, matching to sterilization request of "Technical Standard For disinfection".

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoyukang capsule on the treatment of limb fracture healing.Methods65 patients according to randomized double-blind were divided into two groups (n=33) and control group (n=32 patients), postoperative observation group Xiaoyukang capsule treatment, control group were not special treatment.At different time points in all patients visual analog scale (VAS score), fracture healing fracture line score and grade the degree of X-ray, using Elisa method of total osteocalcin and collagen type I amino-terminal extension of a peptide levels (TPINP) was measured analysis of two sets of data differences.ResultsThe patients in the observation group 3 days, 7 days after, 10 days after VAS scores were lower than the control group[(3.49±0.31) points vs.4.69±0.46 points](P<0.05);[(2.40±0.25) points vs.(3.54±0.35)points](P<0.05);(1.33±0.14) points than (2.42±0.27) points, P<0.05).Patients observed Group 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks after the fracture line rates were higher (1.59±0.27 points than (1.01±0.21) points(P<0.05);(2.65±0.40) points than (1.96 ± 0.36)min, P<0.05;(3.45±0.46) points than (2.65 ± 0.41) points(P<0.05).③ patients after 8 weeks of observation group and TPINP water osteocalcin were higher (65.37±8.07)μg/L ratio(39.95±7.18)μg/L(P<0.05);[(81.05±6.89)ng /mL ratio of (39.95±7.18) μg/L] (P<0.05).④ observation group 8 weeks after fracture healing X-ray grade level 69.70% than the control group 37.50%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusionlimb fracture patients after taking the capsules Xiaoyu relieve pain, regulate the body and osteocalcin levels TPINP to promote fracture healing.

Objective HCV NS3 protein plays an important role in disease caused by HCV. We investigate the gene expression of HCV NS3 in yeast for future study of the function of the protein. Methods PCR was performed to amplify the gene of HCV NS3 from the plasmid pBRTM/HCV containing the whole fragment of HCV and the gene was cloned into pGEM T vector. Thereafter, HCV NS3 gene was cut from pGEM T vector and cloned into yeast expression plasmid pGBKT7, and recombinant pGBKT7∶NS3 was transformed into yeast AH109. The yeast protein was isolated and analyzed with sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) and Western blotting. Results HCV NS3 gene was successfully cloned into pGBKT7. The results of SDS PAGE and Western blotting assay showed that the molecular weight of the expressed product was about 22000 Da and HCV NS3 protein was existed within yeast cells.Conclusions HCV NS3 was successfully expressed in yeast expression system.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of propafenone on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT).Methods 37 patients with PSVT were injected with 70 mg propafenone intravenously in 5 minutes.The unrecovered patients in 20 minutes were injected with 70 mg propafenone intravenously again,who were given 70 mg propafenone intravenously once again if not controlled in late 30 minuted.Blood pressure,heart beat,12 lead electrocardiogram were recorded before and after use of drug.Results The significant effective rate was 77.5% and effective rate was 21.6% with overall effective rate of 97.3% and effective time of 1～55 (7.1?2.8) minutes.The average accumulated dose of propafenone was 105 mg.Some side effects were observed in part of patients,including slight reduction of blood pressure,P R interval.QRS wave and Q T interval prolonged,temporary type sino atrial block,vertigo and nausea,etc whice could vanish gradually if not treated.Conclusion Propafenone by intravenous injection can quickly contro PSVT with saftey and effectiveness.
