1.Gut microbiota and cardiovascular disease
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(5):729-733
The intestine microbiota and the host interacts with each other.Resently, the association and causality between gut microbiota and cardiovascular diseases have been well studied. Some underlying mechanisms, especially metabolic pathways are known, including the role of trimethylamine N-oxide in the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic heart disease and heart failure and that of short chain fatty acids and their receptors in blood pressure regulation.
2.Studies on the Antibiotic Susceptibility of Pathogens Caused Massive Death of Post Larvae of Abalone (Haliotis diversicolor supertexta)

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
In order to enhance the survival rate of abalone larvae, antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed on the bacteria isolated from whitened postlarvae, biofilm and the pond water of abalone (Haliotis diversicolor superteta) and proven to be virulent pathogens by challenge tests. API tests indicated that the isolates were mainly comprised of Vibrio alginolyticus, vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the total Vibrio number of which was seventeen and made up about 50% of the total population. Among vibrios, Vibrio alginolyticus was the dominant strain (11 isolates) and made up 70%. Antibiotic susceptibility tests demonstrated that while majority isolates exhibited relatively high sensitivities toward streptomycin, erythromycin and gentamycin, they nevertheless displayed resistance to tetracycline and novobiocin. Results clearly indicated that streptomycin, erythromycin and gentamycin could be potentially used to suppress vibrio growth and hence improve abalone postlarval survival rate.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics on diagnosis and treatment of renal tubercu- losis. Methods Clinical data of 82 patients with renal tuberculosis were retrospectively reviewed. Results All of the 18 cases who received medication recovered completely.64 cases undergoing surgery were pathologically diagnosed to have renal tuberculosis,of which 2 cases developed ureteral stump syndrome. Conclusion Urine PCR-TB-DNA re- mained the primary diagnostic method before operation.Computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance urogra- phy(MRU)could be used in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. When the non-functioning kidney was resected,per- inephrit fat and the involved ureter should be concomitantly resected as much as possible.

[Objective] Aneurysmal bone cyst of the ealeaneus is an uncommon entity. The purpose of the report is to describe aneurysmal bone cyst of the ealcaneus seen in a child.[ Methods] The clinical, radiological and histopathologic findings of a boy with aneurysmal bone cyst of the calcaneus were retrospectively analyzed with reference to literature. [ Results ]The tumor mainly involved the right calcaneus. He was treated successfully after the curettage and bone grafting. Histopathological examination revealed an aneurysmal bone cyst of the right calcaneus. He is now disease-free for 2 years, and no sign of recurrence was found. [ Conclusion] Aneurysmal bone cyst of the calcaneus is an uncommon entiy. To simple aneurysmal bone cyst, curettage and bone grafting are effective therapic method.

0.05).Various degrees of pharyngalgia and hoarseness occurred in 2 patients in the Group Ⅰ,3 patients in the Group Ⅱ,and 2 in the Group Ⅲ,the incidence of complications being not statistically different(?2=0.323,P=0.851).Conclusions Compared with local anesthesia or endotracheal intubation, percutaneous dilational tracheostomy under laryngeal mask airway ventilation offers more stable circulation, higher reliability, and less influence to tracheostomy. This technique may give certain protection against cervical spinal cord injury during anesthetic induction.

Objective To evaluate the matching degree of donor's and receptor's tissue typing and analyze the relationship between the degree and the early survival of cardiac transplantation with donor's and receptor's tissue typing of 9 cases of cardiac transplantation. Methods In accordance with the international standard, donor's and receptor's blood type, HLA antibody, lymphocytotoxicity and panel reactive antibody were determined in 9 cases of cardiac transplantation, and the donor's and receptor's matching degree evaluated by methods of amino acid triplets and cross-reactive group. Results Of 9 cases, 6 survived while 3 died. Of the 3 dead cases, 2 came respectively from the two best comprehensively evaluated matching cases and two worst, and postoperative biopsy showed that there was no rejection in either survival cases or the dead cases. Conclusion With the effective immunosuppressant, the HLA typing doesn't affect the early survival.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(02):-
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of the inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion(SIADH) syndrome after cerebral injury. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 12 patients suffered from SIADH after cerebral injury. The clinical features were similar to common hyponatremia, no specific manifestation. Most of the hyponatremia were detected by routine examination. The first of all, sodium losing in these patients with hyponatremia was routine supplied according the amont of true salt losing. If natremia was not raised or still more descended 2~3 days after treatment, and amount of supplying salt was correspond to that of natriuresis, SIADH should be considered, using restricting water therapy, substituted for salt supplement.furosemide plus albumin were the first choice for dehydration therapy. Results 24~48h after restricting water and natrium, 12 patient's natremia level was back up in different degree. Except for 2 death whose natremia was not corrected completely, 8 patient's natremia was corrected completely in 1 week, 1 patient's in 14 days, and 1 in 3 months after injury. Conclusions Diagnosis of SIADH is very difficult before treatment, but effective treatment can be obtained if we adopt correcting strategy. In these patients, the diagnosis of SIADH was confirmed with the course of treatment,we call it as therapeutic diagnosis.
