Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(3):273-276
G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) have a marked mediating effect on bodily immunoregulation. Recent years’ studies found that GPCRs plays an important role in the mechanism of the intervening effect of electroacupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis pain. Of them, adrenergic receptors, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptors, adenosine receptors, opioid peptide receptors, dopamine receptors and cannabinoid receptors separately mediate the effect of electroacupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis pain in the central and peripheral nervous systems and the inflammatory region. The exploration of the mechanism by which electroacupuncture increases GPCRs expression is our future research direction.

Objective To investigate the behaviors character of men who have sex with men(MSM) in the local place, learn about the prevail situation of STI and HIV/AIDS among MSM group, and provide evidences for the health promotions on AIDS and STI among MSM.Methods Based on a snowball model, survey on MSM were conducted with an anonymous model.3~5 ml vein blood of the MSM were also collected at the same time. Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS information among 452 MSM was high.98.45% can give the right answer to question of whether would be infected with HIV if inject blood or blood product which have been infected with HIV.Total understand rate was 92.86%.The rate of condom use in their last anal sex with male was 64.43%.Rate of never using condom and condom using in every anal sex with male in the late 6 months was 10.95% and 34.83% respectively. The 3 services of HIV that most been welcomed by them were IEC(67.92%),condom distribution(62.61%) and lube distribution(57.30%).1.99% has a positive result on anti-HIV testing. 8.85% have a positive result on syphilis testing. Conclusions High dangerous behaviors are prevalent among MSM in Nanning and propaganda on HIV/AIDS information is not sufficient.Multi-types approaches should be adopted to prevent the epidemics of HIV/AIDS among MSM.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(08):-
When adult developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) patients have developed secondary os- teoarthritis of hip (OAH) with serious clinical symptoms, total hip replacement (THR) is their first choice of treatment. The anatomic structures of the acetabulum and femur in these patients are ahnormal and special, such as small and shallow cup, small femoral head, and narrow medullary cavity at proximal femoral shaft. As a result, the THR for DDH patients is quite different from the conventional ones and is thus highly difficult. We review in this paper the clinical classification of DDH,which is important for its treatment, the difficulties we will have in THR, especially in acetabular reconstruction and femoral prosthesis placement, and also strategies to resolve them.

China Oncology 2006;0(11):-
Background and purpose:The skeleton is the most common site of tumor metastasis in lung cancer.Skeletal complications from bone metastasis, such as severe bone pain, functional impairment, may substantially reduce quality of life,in some situations, may result in death. We explored the efficacy of ibandronate combined with chemotherapy in treatment of lung cancer with bone metastasis.Methods:Sixty-four lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were randomized into two groups:38 patients in study group received normal chemotherapy combined with ibandronate, and 26 patients in control group received normal chemotherapy only. Results:The response rate of pain relief in the study group and control group was 71.1% and 42.3%,respectively(P=0.006).In study group, serum alkaline phosphatise and serum calcium was decreased after treatment by ibandronate combined with chemotherapy(P0.05).Conclusion:Ibandronate is safe and well tolerated. Ibandronate combined with chemotherapy is effective in relief of the pain caused by bone metastases and may inhibit bone metastasis.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE:To analysis and identify the liposoluble constituents extracted with supercritical CO 2 fluid ex-traction(SFE)from atractylodes macrocephala by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).METHODS:Volatile oil was extracted from atractylodes macrocephala,to analsis and identify the chemical components in liposoluble constituents with GC/MS,DB-5MS capillary column was the chromatographic column and helium was carrier gas,the flow rate was 2.0ml/min,and the column temperature was raised from 70℃ to 250℃ at an increasing rate of 10℃/min.EI ion sources were adopted in mass spectra.RESULTS:A total of 19 chromatographic peaks were separated and identified, most of which were unsatu-rated fatty acids and esters, accounting for 96.2% of the total peak area.CONCLUSION:Using GC/MS,the chemical com-position of the liposoluble constituents in atractylodes macrocephala can be analyzed, which provides references for the further exploitation and utilization of atractylodes macrocephala.

Objective:To research the efficacy and adverse reactions of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods:According to the order of admission, 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into the observation group (34 cases) and the control group (34 cases). The two groups of patients were given chemo-therapy, and the observation group was treated with compound matrine injection additionally. After 3 months treatment, the curative effect and KPS score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. And adverse drug reactions were recorded for the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (44. 12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (20. 59%,P<0. 05). After the treatment, the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer is notable, which can significantly improve the KPS score and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is worthy of promo-ted use in clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2014;32(7):613-616
Background In patients with syphilis, one of the common manifestations is uveitis. However, the lack of understanding on syphilic posterior uveitis may result in misdiagnosis and delayed treatment. Objective This study was to assess ocular clinical features, treatment and prognosis in patients who had latent syphilis and presented with posterior uveitis as the initial symptom. Methods A serial cases-observational study was designed.Twelve patients(19 eyes)who were diagnosed as syphilis from September 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were characterized by initial posterior uveitis before the final diagnosis. The clinical manifestation, management and prognosis were evaluated and analyzed. All patients were informed of this study and consented with the use of their data for this retrospective study. Results The patients presented with initial clinical signs of acute or chronic posterior uveitis and lacked systemic syphilis symptom.Bilateral posterior uveitis were found in 7 patients and unilateral in 5 patients. The dust-like and grey-white opacification in vitreous was seen by threemirror contact lens in all the patients.Mild hyperemia of the optical disc was found in 10 eyes with the unclear peripapillary boundary.Yellow-white lesions were observed in retinas of 7 eyes and retinal punctuate hemorrhage was in 1 eye.Fundus fluorescein angiography demonstrated fluorescine staining or hyperfluorescence of optic disc in all of the 19 eyes, and fluorescein leakage from vein in 18 eyes, retinal pigment epithelium dye pooling in 6 eyes and cystoid macular edema in 11 eyes.Rapid plasma reagin (RPR) test and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay (TPHA) were performed and presented positive results in all patients. The visual acuity improved in 19 eyes and partly elevated in 2 eyes following a standard therapy for neurosyphilis was used, including penicillin and/or small doses of glucocorticoid. Conclusions The serological examination for syphilis should be considered for patients with unexplained uveitis.Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are important for the improvement of prognosis in syphilitic posterior uveitis.
