1.Nomal Values of Auditory Brainstem Responses for Infants of Different Ages
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2015;(5):470-472
Objective To investigate the characteristic changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) of nor‐mal hearing infants .Methods A total of 212 cases (327 ears) normal hearing infants were enrolled for ABR test . According to age ,167 ears was in 1~3 months age group ,105 ears was in 3~6 months age group ,55 ears was in 6~12 months age group .Each group consisted of ABR date were statistically analyzed .Results For 75 dB nHL click sound stimulus ,the peak latency and interpeak latency of Ⅲ ,Ⅴ ,Ⅰ — Ⅲ ,Ⅲ — Ⅴ ,Ⅰ — Ⅴwaves of normal hearing infants progressively shortened as they grew older except the wave Ⅰ .The ABR thresholds were in significantly difference among the groups .The amplitude ratio of wave V/I increased with the grewing age .Each group of data showed statistically significant differences .When the stimulus intensity reached at thresholds ,the occurrence rate of wave I ,III and V were different as they grew older .Conclusion Infants with auditory nervous system was in con‐stant development and improvement ,all parts of the auditory pathway of neural development was not balanced .
2.Research Progress on Clinical Application of Probiotics in Neonates
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Probiotics are a class of colonization in the intestine to maintain a balanced intestinal flora and stimulate the mucosal immune tissue, have a major impact on the intestinal mucosal immune beneficial microbial communities.Neonatal development due to their own reasons, have low immune function, intestinal function is not sound, fewer bacterial species and so on.In this paper, probiotics on neonatal intestinal immune regulation, probiotics and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis, feeding intolerance in premature children, newborn diarrhea, neonatal jaundice, allergic diseases, the safety of probiotics will be reviewed, including the clinical application and research progress of probiotics in neonates.Designed to enable the general pediatrician a better understanding and application of probiotics,so that such drugs more rational clinical application.
4.Factors Affecting Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emisson in Newb orn Hearing Screening
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1997;0(04):-
Objective To seek the factors affecting distortion product otoac oustic emisson in newborn hearing screening. Methods All newborns in our hospital received hearing sc reening by DPOAE and wer e investigated for the factors such as: birth history, pregnancy history, family history, the social position of the family. All data were analysed by SPSS. Results 82.8%(3 242/3 944) newborns passed the hearing sc reening. Pass rates were h igher in right ears, female baby, monocyesis, normal or high birth weight and fo rceps delivery. The Results of the first hearing screening were correlated with birth weight, sex and fetus number by logistic regression. Conclusion The factors suc h as sex, ways of labor, fetus number, fetus age, and birth weight can affect t he results of first hearing screening significantly.

BACKGROUND:In the repair of urinary tract defects, we have been actively trying to construct the urinary tract substitutes with normal physiological function through combining ideal seed cel s and proper scaffold materials by tissue engineering method. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the biocompatibility of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s with rabbit bladder acel ular matrix scaffold. METHODS:Rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were isolated and cultured using density gradient centrifugation method. Passage 3 rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were cultured on the rabbit bladder acel ular matrix. The cel s were counted every day for 12 days, to drawn a cel growth curve. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s cultured alone were used as control group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were successful y seeded onto the bladder acel ular matrix. Under the inverted microscope, the cel s grew out of the bladder acel ular matrix, and a great amount of long spindle-shaped cel s were found around the bladder acel ular matrix. With 5 days of inoculation, the cel s in the two groups grew gently;at 6-9 days, the cel growth curve gradual y became steeper, and the cel division and growth were increased exponential y;at 10-12 days, the cel s recovered to a gentle state. Cel growth curves in the two groups were basical y coincident, suggesting that rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s have good biocompatibility with the bladder matrix.

Objective To investigate the effect of different sedation depth of anesthesia the BIS settings (BISis 45 and 55) to perioperative hemodynamic. Methods Thirty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups. Through closed-loop target controlled infusion technology, depth of sedation anesthesia in A:the BIS=45, and in B: the BIS=55.12 time points(i.e. before operation, tracheal intubation instant, operation beginning, 20, 40,60,80,100 and 120 minutes after operation beginning, operation accomplishment point, tracheal catheter pulling out point, before patient′s carried out of operation room)perioperativenoninvasivemean arterial blood pressureandheart rate wererecorded. Results Themean arterial blood pressurebetween the two groups at time point T2,T11 was significantly different. Within group B,compared with T1, there wassignificantdifferenceat T2,T11. Heart ratein group B at T5and T10increasedsignificantly compared with A.Within group B,heart rate at T5,T6 increased significantly compared with that at T1. Conclusion Compared with BIS 55, the sedation anesthesia depth of BIS 45 can better keep stable of blood pressureandheart rate.

Objective To discuss the effect of early application of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on the small vessels and microthrombus of congested flap. Methods 56 SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups after operation:one-hour group,four-hour group,one-day group,two-day group,three-day group,four-day group and seven-day group.A flap was designed and put on either side of a rat's back. The flaps were randomly arranged into control group and the flaps on the other side served as the experiment group. The equipment of VSD was fixed to each experiment flap.We observed and measured the flap, survival area, the expression of HIF-1α and vascular endothelial cell and microthrombus on the flap at different time. Results Firstly, the damage of vascular endothelial cell and microthrombus in the experiment flaps was less than the control group of flaps at the same time,so as the expression of HIF-1α.Secondly,the trend of expression of HIF-1α did not rise obviously in first 3 days and rose obviously from the 4th day in the experiment flaps; but in the control flaps, when time-lapse,the expression of HIF-1α increased, reached the plateau level at 6th day.Thirdly, the congestion of experimental flap was mitigated as compared with those under control, and the survival area was bigger, and it reached the top on the third day. Conclusions The application of VSD early to flap can aspirate detained blood initiatively, reduce the ischemic and hypoxic status of the tissue of flaps, and so it can lessen the damage of vascular endothelial cell and the formation of microthrombus of flap, beneficial for the survival of flap.
