Attention was gradually paid by biologists to the using of RNA secondary structure in the classification of microbiology and phylogenetic relationship analysis in recent years. The development around the research was summarized here briefly. And more emphasis was given to the part introducing the application of RNA secondary structure to the analysis of phylogenetic relationship.

The chemical constituents isolated from Desmodium species (Leguminosae) included terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, alkaloids compounds. Modem pharmacological studies have showed that the Desmodium species have antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, diuretic, antipyretic, analgesic and choleretic activity. This article mainly has reviewed the research advances of chemical constituents and biological activities of Desmodium species since 2003.

Plants in Ainsliaea genus, belongs to Compositae family, are traditional Chinese medicine and widely used in folk. These plants contain various types of chemical components, and main components are sesquiterpene lactone and its glycosides. In addition, there are triterpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, phenolic acid, long chain fatty acid and volatile oils. Recently, much attention has been payed to varlous research of A. fragrans. This paper reviewed and summarized the chemical components to provide the theoretical basis for the use of Ainsliaea.

A new flavonoid glycoside, (-)-2S-8-methyl-5,7,4'-trihydroxyflavanone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with five known ones, quercetin-3-O-(2"-galloyl)-α-L-arabinoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinoside (3), guaijaverin (4), trifolin (5) and hyperin (6), was isolated from the leaves of Eucalyptus robusta. Their structures with absolute configurations were elucidated by NMR, HR-ESI-MS, CD spectra data and physicochemical methods. In addition, 2-6 were isolated from E. robusta for the first time.

Purpose To investigate the value of MRI T2 mapping imaging in diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative (IVDD).Materials and Methods A prospective study was performed on 100 patients who underwent 1.5T MRI examination because of lumbar and back pain from October 2013 to December 2015 at the Fifth People's Hospital of Shanghai,Fudan University.The MRI examinations included conventional sagittal T1WI and T2WI,axial T2WI and median sagittal T2 mapping imaging.According to Pfirrmann standard,475 lumbar intervertebral discs were graded.T2 values of nucleus pulposus (NP) and annulus fibrosus (AF) of anteriority and posterior with different grades were measured and compared.The correlations between T2 value,age and grade were further analyzed.30 patients were selected and underwent a second MR examination after half a year,and the difference of T2 values between the two MR examinations were compared.Results Except for grade Ⅳ and grade Ⅴ,the differences of T2 values of NP between the other grades of lumbar intervertebral discs were statistically significant (P＜0.05).T2 values of NP were negatively correlated with the grades (r=-0.77).There were no significant differences in T2 values of NP and AF of anteriority and posterior in 30 patients with back pain between the two MR measurements of half year interval (P＞0.05).Conclusion T2 mapping imaging can quantitatively assess the degree of IVDD,especially T2 values of NP can reflect the differences of IVDD with grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ,so it can provide the imaging evidence for the diagnosis of IVDD.

Objective To explore the relationship of post-transplant major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related gene A(MICA)antibody status and renal allograft function in clinical stable phase.Methods Fifty-seven patients accepted renal allografts followed up for at least 6 months were detected with the levels and specialties of MICA antibodies by Flow PRATM beads.Simultaneously,their serum ereatinine levels were tested as well.The impact of MICA antibody status on renal allograft function was assessed.Results Among the 57 patients,38 cases showed no HLA and MICA antibody.11 cases had HLA antibodies but not MICA antibody,8 cases had MICA antibodies and 3 cases had both MICA and HLA antibodies.There were 5 patients with MICA019 antibodies.3 patients with MICA027 antibodies,2 patients with MICA018 antibodies,while 1 patient with MICA004 and MICA017 antibodies,respectively.There were 9 patients with antibody positive score higher than 6,accounting 75%(9/12).Except age,there was no significant difference between patients with positive and negative MICA antibodies in the aspects of blood transfusion history,CDC,and cold ischemia time(P＞0.05).The average ages were(32.5±7.9)years for MICA antibodypositive patients and were(43.0±1 0.4)years for MICA antibody-negative patients(P=0.008).MICA antibody-positive patients without HLA antibody had higher serum creatinine level[(117.20±12.30)μmol/L]than MICA and HLA antibody-negative patients[(89.40±28.95)μmol/L,P＜0.05].Conclusions The measurement of MICA antibodies has prognostic value in the assessment of patients without HLA antibodies after renal transplantation.MICA antibody positive has clear association with chronic renal allograft function decline.

Objective To increase externally-assigned response, improve energy response of CR39 and develop positive fast/thermal neutron personal dosimeter applicable for occupational exposure in oil and gas field logging by using pre-recoil layer.Methods The externally-assigned response of CR39 detector was improved through increasing the track density by using the α particle induced by the reaction of 10B(n,α) 7Li with the BN as pre-recoil layer, and the increase was vilified by using both Monte-Carlo simulation and experiment exposed by standard neutron source.Results Fast/thermal neutron personal dosimeter's neutron flux sensitivity and neutron dose equivalent sensitivity were 3.46 × 10-4 track per 0.013 and 52.8 mSv.According to theoretical derivation and experiment of standard 241 Am-Be neutron source, detecting efficiency and energy response of CR39 were effectively improved, and quantitative measurement of dose contributed by thermal neutron was realized.Conclusions CR39 fast/thermal neutron personal dosimeter of high sensitivity is applicable to oil and gas field logging environment and of potential development.
