Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To know the drinking water quality in the rural areas in Shanxi province in order to enhance the management of drinking water and provide the scientific basis for water improvement in the rural areas. Methods 11 counties were selected based on the geographical condition in Shanxi province and 10 investigation sites were selected in each county based on the population proportion of different drinking-water types. 14 indicators were determined for every water sample. Results In the rural areas, most drinking water sources were ground water and the type of water supply was mainly non-central water supply. The indexes that exceeded the related standard limit were fluoride, arsenic and bacteria indicators. The hygienic state of central water supply was much better(?2=4.13, P

Objective To explore the effectiveness of sandplay therapy combined with family counseling in children with school phobia and its influence of child′ self-consciousness. Methods Integrative sandplay therary with family consulting were used to treat 28 patients with school phobia regularly for 2 months. Sandplay and family consulting therapy were given once a week for 45 minutes . Clinical outcomes were assessed using CGI-GI and Piers-Harris children′s self-consciousness scale before and after treatment as well as 3 months posttreatment. Results Overall response rate was 85%. In addition, the physical appearance and characteristic factor before and after treatment were no significant difference (P>0.05). The rest of the various factors and total score compared with pre-treatment significantly improved (P<0.05). After treatment for 3 months, every factor in self-consciousness of children and total score were no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Integrative sandplay therapy with family counseling has better and long-lasting treatment effect to self-consciousness of children with school refusal.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(4):397-399
The relationship between acupuncture and stress is discussed from three aspects, including is it possible for acupuncture stimulation to be a stressor, whether acupuncture will start stress reaction, and whether acupuncture effects contain some stress factors. It is believed that correct acupuncture manipulation will not cause stress response, however, under some circumstances, such as inaccurate manipulation, improper treatment or patients who are very nervous but do not receive effective intervention, acupuncture is likely to cause stress response. Acupuncture-induced stress response is totally different from acupuncture anti-stress. The possible stress factors in acupuncture effect are explored, which can provide a new angle for the research on action mechanism of acupuncture. From the view of stress to review acupuncture treatment, there are three enlightenments: emphasizing on communication between doctors and patients, avoiding over-pursuit of deqi and focusing on analysis of the body constitution.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Objective:To establish a method of isolating, culturing and identifing in bladder smooth muscle cell of rabbit. Methods: Bladder smooth muscle cells were isolated from two adult male New Zealand White rabbits by collagenase digestion and cultured in DMEM medium supplemented with calf bovine serum. Morphology and expansion of the cells were observed. Cells were identified by smear of smear electron microscope and immunohistochemical methods(immunostaining with anti-?-actin antibodies). Results: The cells grew well and presented atypical morphological feature of smooth muscle cell with invert microscope(forming the "hills and valleys"). Ninety-nine percent of the cells were smooth muscle cells identified by smear of smear, electron microscope and immunohistochemical methods.HE stain and immunostaining. Conclusion:This bladder smooth muscle cell of rabbit cultural method is convenience, fruitful and reliable.
8. Density, distribution and control of flies in the camps of earthquake-rescue troops in Yingxiu Town of Wenchuan County
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(7):734-736
Objective: To determine the density and distribution of flies in military camps in Yingxiu Town of Wenchuan County, and provide evidences for pertinent disinsection to reduce the incidence of food-borne infectious diseases. Methods: The densities of flies in camps of the Iron Army, Armed Police Forces and the Red Army were determined using trap glue boards. Sites of sampling were selected according to spacial representativeness and homogeneity. The numbers of flies caught on the boards were counted after a period of 8 h (from 8:00 AM-16:00 PM) in different climate conditions. Non-parameters test and paired Student t test were used for statistical analysis. Results: The densities of fly distribution were significantly different between the 3 camps. The flies concentrated in the kitchen areas, temporary restrooms, and garbage dumping grounds. More flies were found in the hot, sunshine weather than in the cool, cloudy weather. Insecticide chlordimeform was very effective in controlling the flies. Insecticide-resistance was not observed. Conclusion: The deteriorating environment around the camps is the major reason for the increased density of flies in the camps. The poor sanitation condition is also a reason for increase of flies. Selective spray of insecticides in these specific sites, like temporary restrooms and rabbish dumping grounds, can effectively reduce the density of flies in the tents; attention should be paid to avoid ecology deterioration caused by over disinsection.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2012;(11):865-867
Prostatic artery of 12 elder and 9 younger cadavers were isolated and transected.Vascular inner diameter and thickness of vascular wall of these cross sections were observed microscopically.Atherosclerotic plaque could be seen in the prostatic artery of 12 elders. And there were the thickening of tunica intima and the narrowing of inner diameter. The inner diameter of elderly prostatic artery was (452 ± 97) μm,the thickness of their tunica intima (228 ± 82) μm and inner diameter/thickness 3.14 ± 0.68.Tunica intima of 9 younger prostatic arteries were glabrate. The inner diameter of younger prostatic artery was (864 ± 17)μm,the thickness of their tunica intima (57 ± 4)μm and inner diameter/thickness 15.52 ± 0.18.Statistically significant differences existed between elder and younger cadavers in the above 3 parameters. As compared with younger counterpart, prostatic artery of elders was more stenotic and its tunica intima tended to he thicker.

The aim was to construct and identify the mammalian expression vector of pCAG-IRES-SHIP-GFP and to detect whether it could express in human acute leukemia cell line K562.The cDNA fragment of SHIP obtained by RT-PCR was inserted into pCAG-IRES-GFP.The recombinant plasmid was confirmed by restriction enzyme digesiton,PCR and DNA sequecing.pCAG-IRES-SHIP-GFP was transfected into K562 cells with lipofectamine 2000.The expression of SHIP was determined by GFP fluorescence and Western blot analysis.FQ-PCR was used to quantitate SHIP mRNA.The expression of p-Akt,Akt were determined by Western blot.PI were tested by flow cytometry and MTT to verify whether exogenous SHIP could inhibit proliferation of K562 cells. The results showed that the correct constrution of the recombinant plasmid pCAG-IRES-SHIP-GFP has been shown by restriction enzyme digestion,PCR and DNA sequencing.pCAG-IRES-SHIP-GFP could express SHIP protein in K562 cells. The K562 cells viability after transfected with SHIP gene droped down.Western blot analysis showed that phospha-Akt308 and Akt473 were reduced to 38.7% and 68% respectively. It was concluded that the vector of pCAG-IRES-SHIP-GFP has been successfully constructed and it can be expressed in K562 cells. The expression of exogenous SHIP gene can lead to apoptosis of K562 cells by down-regulating the p-Akt expression. What found here might be one of the mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of leukemia.
