Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare subtype of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHLs). MCL comprises distinct subtypes with different pathological characteristics and clinical features. However, MCL remains incurable by intensified first-line regimens con-taining cytarabine and involving consolidation with high-dose therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation. Recently discovered somatic mutations and aberrant intracellular signaling pathways have been demonstrated to play an essential role in the pathogenesis of MCL. The related novel therapeutics, such as Btk inhibitors, PI3K inhibitors, and immune modulators, have exhibited promising ther-apeutic effects on untreated or even relapsed/refractory MCL. The development of an efficient combination therapy is urgently need-ed to improve the survival of MCL patients in the future.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of polyethersulfone highlux dialyzer for maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Thirty-six maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomizedresigned into two groups,polyethersulfone 14HF(PES-14HF)group and polyethersulfone 150DS(PES-150DS)group,based on a random number table. The patients from two groups received different dialyzer hemodialysis for over 3.5 hours/each time respectively. Changes of serum creatinine,urea,β2-microglobulin,hemoglobin and albumin levels were measured for determination of the efficacy and safety evaluation. Results In the comparison between before or after hemodialysis,the level of serum creatinine,urea,β2-microglobulin levels decreased significantly to(333.8 ± 89. 5)μmol/L,(7. 0 ± 1.9)mmol/L,(22. 9 ± 1.7)mmol/L from(990. 2 ± 191.2)μmol/L,(24. 7 ± 4. 1)mmol/L,(13.6 ± 3.3)mmol/L respectively in the PES1 4 HF group(P ＜ 0.01);the level of serum creatinine,urea,β2-microglobulin levels decreased significantly to(395.5 ± 86.1)μmol/L,(8. 1± 2. 8)mnol/L,(18.0 ± 3.0)mmol/L from(1059. 5 ± 179. 4)μmol/L,(25.3 ± 4. 8)mmol/L,(22. 3 ± 2. 9)mmol/L respectively in the PES-150DS group(P ＜ 0. 01). We found no significant differences in each measured index between two types of hemodialysis(P ＞ 0. 05 respectively),while the level of β2 -microglobulin levels decreased more significantly in the PES14HF group(42. 81 ± 12. 48)mg/L than PES-150DS group(24. 21 ± 13. 24)mg/L(P =0. 017). Conclusions The efficacy and safety of the PES-14HF hollow fiber membrane hemodialyzer is equivalent to that of the PES-150DS hemodialyzer in hemodialysis for uremic patients.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine ( Hcy),C-reactive protein ( hsCRP) levels in acute cerebral infarction patients and its significance.Methods 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as research group,and 60 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Detected the acute cerebral infarction patients after 1d,the first 7d,14d Hcy,hs-CRP,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein levels and the control group the level of these indicators.Results Of total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein of the study group was higher than those of the control group of high-density lipoprotein(t =3.073,2.874,2.015,all P ＜0.05);after admission ld,treatment of the first 7d,14d showed no significant difference between the two groups ( t =2.223,2.268,all P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Hcy,hs-CRP and the occurrence of acute cerebralinfarction was closely related to the development,and testing to determine the severity of the disease for the guide had important clinical significance.

Thermal Shift Assays was applied for high-throughput screening optimized buffer system used in the gel filtration chromatography for purification of recombinant TBEV serine protease. The optimization included kinds of salt and pH. It was optimized new buffer remarkably improved the quality of the purified TBEV serine protease by increasing its monomer from 75% to 99%. This result may improve future crystal studies of this protein.

Purpose:To investigate the cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression in gastric carcinoma and investigate the effects of COX-2 expression on P-glycoprotein. Objective: This present study is to investigate the biochemical adaptations in the related brain regions of the mesolimbic dopamine system, such as the ventral tegrnental area (VTA), nucleus accumbens (Nac), amygdale (Amy), prefrontal cortex (PFC) , substantia nigra (SN) and caudateputamen (Cpu) in response to heroin self-administration in rats and observe the effect of electroacupuncture on them. Methods: 2hirty rats were trained by nose-poking response to establish stable intravenous heroin self-administration within 14 days, and then divided randomly into model group (group B) including 6 rats, withdrawal group which were withdrawn from heroin for 1 week (group C, n = 6) and for 2 weeks (group D, n= 6), during which time they only lived in their individual home cages,and electro-acupuncture group which were also withdrawn from heroin for 1 week (group E, n= 6) and for 2 weeks (group F, n= 6), during which time they were given electro-acupuncture treatment for 20 min daily and then returned to their individual home cages; in the meantime, another 6 rats were trained by nose-poking response with saline for 14 days as control (group A); Then the levels of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in VTA, Nac, Amy, PFC, SN, Cpu were detected with immunohistochemistry method. Results: The leveks of TH and GFAP in VTA of the heroin self-administrating rats were obviously increased, and the levels of TH and GFAP in Nac were also decreased, and these changes were not found in SN, Cpu, Amy and PFC; Electro-acupuncture could promote the up-regulation of TH and GFAP in VTA and down-regulation of TH and GFAP in Nac to return to the normal level. Conclusions: The chronic heroin self-administration produced some biochemical adaptations in the rdated brain regions of the mesolimbic dopamine system and electroacupuncture could promote the repair of the injured DA neurons in VTA of heroin addicted rats and their functional recovery.

To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on the relapse to heroin-seeking induced by heroin-related cues after withdrawal from heroin self-administration in rats.Methods:Sixty male Wistar rats were randomized into physiological saline group,withdrawal group A,withdrawal group B,electro-acupuncture(EA)treatment group A and EA treatment group B,with 12 rats in each group.The rats were trained by nose-poke response to self administer heroin (50 μg/kg/per infusion) or saline with one daily 4-h session for 14 consecutive days,the session ended after 25 infusions were eamed or 4 hours had passed,the reinforcement schedule was a progressive ratio.Then rats in withdrawal group A and withdrawal group B were withdrawn from heroin for 1 week and 2 weeks respectively,and then they were reintroduced to their training chambers for 4-h relapse testing which was induced by heroin-related environmental cues;And rats in EA treatment group A and EA treatment group B were also withdrawn from heroin for 1 week and 2 weeks respectively,during which they were given EA treatment for 20 min daily,then they received relapse testing;In the meantime,rats in saline group were trained with saline instead of heroin for 14 days as control.after 7 days of withdrawal from saline,they received relapse testing.Results:Following 7-8 days of drug training,the rats began to establish the stable intravenous heroin self-administration behavior;For the stable heroin self-administrating rats that received EA treatment,when they were reintroduced to their training chambers,their heroin-seeking behaviors were obviously inhibited,and this inhibitory effect related to the cumulativeness of EA stimulation.Conclusion:The results suggested that EA could prevent relapse to heroin-seeking to a certain extent.

To describe the epidemiology, etiology, pathological features, clinical manifestation,diagnosis and management, and the role of surgery in mucosa-assoeiated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.The relationship between the pathogenesis of gastric MALT lymphoma and helicobacter pylori infection, and its therapeutic principles and follow up study were specially stressed.

Objective To study the incidence,risk factors,clinical outcome,management and prevention of pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) following major ABO-incompatible allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).Methods Forty-two patients underwent major ABO-incompa- tible allo-HSCT,including major ABO-mismatch in 33 patients,major plus minor ABO-mismatch in 9 patients,and 27 recipients with blood group O.Thirteen patients underwent bone marrow transplan- tation,25 peripheral blood stem cell transplantation,and 4 cord blood transplantation.Six patients re- ceived donor-type plasma replacement before transplantation.Cyclosporine A (CsA) and methotrexate (MTX) were used for prophylaxis of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).Results All 42 patients had sustained engraftment.PRCA occurred in 11/42 patients (26.2%).All the 11 cases of PRCA were in blood group O recipients of grafts from blood group A donor (n=9) or blood group B donor (n= 2);6 patients with blood group O who received donor-type plasma exchange before transplantation did not develop PRCA.PRCA resolved spontaneously in 8 cases with transfusion support.Two patients were treated by donor-type plasma exchange,resulting in the decrease of isoagglutinin titer,followed by complete recovery of erythropoiesis.One patient responded to rituximab and achieved complete re- mission of symptoms of PRCA.Univariate analysis revealed that the most significant risk factors asso- ciated with PRCA were blood group O recipient,blood group A donor,blood group O recipient of graft from blood group A donor;only blood group O/A in recipient/donor pair was identified as being significantly associated with the occurrence of PRCA by multivariate analysis (RR 10.999,95% CI 1.975-61.258,P
