Objective To discuss the clinical effect of pulmicort respules inhalation in children with acute infectious laryngitis.Methods We selected acute infectious laryngitis in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016,106 children were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group of 53 cases,of which the control group of children with conventional treatment,the observation group to take Pulmicort respules inhalation treatment,the two comparison(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 100％and 90.56％respectively(P<0.05).Results The treatment effect of the observation group and the control group were observed and compared(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group after treatment and the time of symptom extinction were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); The clinical symptoms of both groups before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis by atomizing inhalation of pulmicort respules can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and reduce the adverse reaction caused by improper use of drugs,(fever,cough,wheezing,etc.)have a good improvement in clinical application worthy of recognition.

As a member of nuclear receptor superfamily, farnesoid X receptor (FXR) has been shown to regulate numerous metabolic pathways, which include playing an important role in bile acid metabolism, maintaining lipid and glucose homeostasis when FXR is activated. With the prevalence of the glucose and lipids disorder, FXR attracts increasing attention. It may be a potential target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and lipid disorders.

OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by Zhongjiefeng injection for reference of rational drug use.METHODS:A total of 25 ADRs cases induced by Zhongjiefeng injection reported in domestic medical journals during 1994～2007 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:ADRs of Zhongjiefeng injection were more often seen in children and occurred usually within 30 min after injection,appeared mainly as allergic rcactions (88.0%) or anaphylactic shock in severe cases.CONCLUSION:Clinical physicians and pharmacists should stay on high alert to the ADRs induced by Zhongjiefeng injection and adhere to rational drug use.

To observe the clinical outcome of implanting AcrySof lQ Toric intraocular lens to correct corneal astigmatism in cataract surgery, and to evaluate the result and rotational stability of AcrySof lQ Toric after cataract surgery.
●METHODS: A retrospective study of 26 eyes in 21 cataract patients with corneal astigmatism. All patients implanted AcrySof lQ Toric intraocular lens. The preoperative and postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ), best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ), preoperative corneal astigmatism, anticipated residual astigmatism, total astigmatism, postoperative residual astigmatism and Toric lens axis were detected and measured.
●RESULTS: All patients' visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity improved significantly. The mean refractive cylinder decreased significantly after surgery from (2. 05± 0. 57)D to (0. 55±0. 33)D (t = 13. 574, P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between preoperative ( 0. 47 ± 0. 19)D and postoperative corneal astigmatism (t = 1. 149, P > 0. 05 ). Three months after surgery, there was no significant difference between preoperative (2. 01±0. 58)D and postoperative (-1. 89±0. 53) D corneal astigmatism (t =1. 908, P> 0. 05). The rotation of intraocular lens were <20°, the mean rotation was 3. 65°±2. 86°.
●CONCLUSlON: The AcrySof lQ Toric lens make cataract patients enjoy the better UCVA including good rotational stability in the correct of corneal astigmatism. The AcrySof lQ Toric implantation is an effective option for the correct of preexisting corneal astigmatism in cataract surgery.

Gene chip is a research tool on molecular biology which can detect generous gene expression rapidly.The studies on gene chip of leiomyoma have revealed the changes of gene expression related to cell growth,proliferation,apoptosis,metabolism,angiogenesis,formation of extracellular matrix,cell differentiation and immunity.The article reviews the advance on gene chip of leiomyoma and approaches the pathogenesis of leiomyoma on molecular level.

Objective To genotype Yersinia pestis and explore intrinsic relationship among different ecotypes of Yersinia pestis in Yunnan foci.Methods A total of 171 strains from three types of Yersinia pestis,house mouse,wild-type mouse and Yulong Yersinia pestis,were tested.Twenty-three different regions (DFR) were used to genotype and cluster analysis was performed using BioNumerics 5.0.Results A total of 171 Yersinia pestis were divided into 7 genotypes by 23 DFRs,which were Genomovar5,Genomovar7,Genomovar9 and 4 newly discovered genotypes.The genotypes of all Yulong plague were Genomovar5.The genotypes of the 16 strains of wild-type mouse plague (the highland of northwestern Yunnan Province type) were divided to 3 genotypes,13 of them were Genomovar 7,2 of them were Genomovar9,and 1 of them was newly discovered genotype Genomovaryn1.The genotypes of the 148 strains of house mouse plague(the residential area of Yunnan and Fujian Provinces type) were divided into 4 genotypes,145 of them were Genomovar9,and 3 of them were newly discovered including Genomovar-yn2,-yn3 and-yn4.The ecological typing results of clustering showed genotype of Yulong plague was similar to the highland of northwestern Yunnan Province type(wild-type mouse plague),and the percentage of similarity was up to 87.20％,but only up to 73.75％ to the residential area of Yunnan and Fujian Provinces type (house mouse plague).The genotypes of 2 wild-type strains of the highland of northwestern Yunnan Province type(wild-type mouse) and main genotypes of the residential area of Yunnan and Fujian Provinces type(house mouse)were Genomovar 9.The genotype of Genomovar-yn 1 of the highland of northwestern Yunnan Province type was similar to Genomovar 7,but lack of DFR 11.The genotypes of Genomovar-yn2,-yn3 and-yn4 of the residential area of Yunnan and Fujian Provinces type were similar to Genomovar 9,but lack of DFR 10,DFR 9 and DFR 11,respectively.Conclusions One newly genotype strain is found in wild-type mouse plague and 3 newly genotype strains are founded in house mouse plague.Wild-type mouse strains are founded in the house mouse strains.The similarity of genotype between Yulong plague and the highland of northwestern Yunnan Province type (wild-type mouse plague) is high while the similarity between Yulong plague and the residential area of Yunnan and Fujian Provinces type(house mouse plague) is low.

Background Activation of serum complement system is involved in the pathological process of uveitis and open angle glaucoma.Pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of Posner-Schlossman syndrome (PSS) are similar to uveitis and open angle glaucoma.However,etiology of PSS remains unelucidated.The activation complement in PSS patients' serum is rarely reported.Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the activation of serum complement in PSS patients for PSS pathogenesis.Methods A prospective case-controlled study was designed.The peripheral blood simples of 79 PSS patients were collected from Shenzhen Eye Hospital during December 2013 to December 2015,and the peripheral blood simples were obtained from 83 unrelated healthy blood donors as healthy control group.Immuno-scatter turbidmetry was adopted to detect the common activated components in complement pathway in each group including complement C3 (a vital intersection molecule in the three pathways),C4 (the vital molecule both the complement classical and lectin pathways),split products C3a,soluble membrane attack complex (sC5b-9),C 1q (complement classical pathway),L-ficolin (complement lectin pathway),complement factor Bb (complement alternative pathway),IgG,IgA and IgM.The correlation between serum C3a content and sC5b-9 content in PSS group was analyzed.The serum contents of fabric binding protein 2 (FCN2) (a marker of serum classical pathway),factor Bb (a marker of complement alternative pathway),C3a (the common activation products of three complement activation pathways),and sC5b-9 were assayed by ELISA.This research protocal was approved by Shenzhen Eye Hospital and written informed consent was obtained from each PSS patient prior to any medical examination.Results Compared with normal control group,the serum levels of C3,C4,C3a,sC5b-9,C1q,FCN2,IgG,IgA and IgM were significantly higher in PSS group (Z =-4.743,-2.913,-1.985,-2.620,-2.062,-2.500,-7.010,-6.327,-3.652,all at P ＜ 0.05).The serum complement factor Bb level was 13.87 (9.24,32.00) μg/ml in PSS group,which was significantly lower than 20.51 (12.90,33.50) μg/ml in normal control group (Z =-2.515,P =0.012).Serum C3a content was positively correlated with the serum sC5b-9 content in PSS group (rs =0.832,P＜0.001).Conclusions The serum complement system is activated in PSS patients.Complement alternative pathway,classical pathway and lectin pathway might all be involved in the activative process of complement system.

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of atractylenolide Ⅰ in Atractylodes macrocephala by HPCE. Methods:The separation conditions of HPCE were as follows:50 mmol·L-1 borate buffer was used as the running buffer, the UV de-tection was set at 210 nm, the separation voltage was 20 kV, the column temperature was 25℃ and the pressure injection was 50 mbar × 5 sec. Results:The lower detection limit was 0. 5 μg·ml-1 . The concentration of atractylenolide Ⅰ showed a linear plot within the range of 2-100 μg·ml-1(r=0. 996 0). The average recovery was 97. 1%, and the intra-and inter-day RSD was 1. 3% and 2. 5%, respectively. Conclusion:The established method is simple, sensitive and economic. The method is suitable for the quality control of atractylodes macrocephala.

ObjectiveTo analyze the CT appearances of primary pulmonary non-Hodgkin lymphoma(PPNHL)in order to improve its diagnosis.MethodsCT manifestations of 19 cases with PPNHL confirmed by pathology and clinical follow-up were retrospectively analyzed.ResuitsNodules 7 cases and masses 8 cases in PPNHL were ill-defined and markedly enhanced,in which air bronchogram was commonly seen.Muhiple patchy areas distributed in the bilateral lungs were found in 9 cases.Consolidation 7 cases was lobar and markedly enhanced,in which air bronchogram was commonly seen.Interstitial change manifested as bilateral diffuse ground-glass opacities and reticular shadow was found in 1 case.Mixed imaging manifestations were detected in 10 cases.Pleural effusion 4 cases was uncommon.Conclusion CT manifestations of PPNHL are varied,but some specific imaging features still exist,CT examination combined with clinical manifestations is helpful for the diagnosis of PPNHL.
