Hospital infection has become a global public health problem. The strain of anti-disinfectant, same as the antibiotic-resistant strain, will lead to the failure of the disinfection of the hospital, which will cause hospital infection. The bacterial resistance to disinfectants and resistance mechanism is not clear. Most of the studies focused on the cell research, the molecular research, non-physiological mechanism of resistance, in recent years, the selection pressure, outflow pump were studied. Currently, disinfectants abuse, improper handling and inadequate amount of disinfectant were considered as the main cause of the resistance development.

Objective:To learn and master the application of microwave technology in medical electron linear accelerator tube. Methods: Introduced the structure and principle of medical electron linear accelerator, traveling wave accelerating tube and standing wave accelerating tube;compared the structure, stable system and transport system of traveling wave accelerating tube standing wave accelerating tube. Results:standing wave accelerating cube have higher efficiency, shorter accelerating cube and electron gun, but have higher demand for pulse modulator, automatic frequency stabilization, the deflection system and microwave transmission systems. Traveling wave accelerating cube have lower efficiency, but have better energy spectrum and easy to adjust. Conclusion:Both traveling wave accelerating cube and standing wave accelerating cube were used in medical electron linear accelerator nowadays, it's easy to master medical electron accelerator after knowing the application of microwave in medical electron linear accelerator.

Articular cartilage repair is limited. Current treatments for cartilage defect are less satisfactory, and rarely restore full function or return the tissue to its native normal state. The rise of tissue engineering holds great promise for the generation of functional cartilage tissue substitutes. The history of cartilage tissue engineering and highlights the applications and advantages of various kinds of scaffolds in cartilage tissue engineering, such as native scaffolds, synthesis scaffolds, composite scaffolds and nanometer scaffolds had been introduced. But native scaffolds have weak strength and immunogenicity insufficiency, synthesis scaffolds degrade quickly, whose degrading products have cytotoxicity,which need further improvement. The application of superficial decoration overcomes the disadvantage of some scaffolds to an extend. Composite scaffolds possess the advantages of several scaffolds, it points out the direction of future scaffolds research. The development of Nanometer technique endows newly-synthesis scaffolds with nano-grade, thus it has some advantages and give a new way for the development of tissue engineering. At the end, the problems of these scaffolds, their trend of development and perspective studies were discussed.

Objective To make sure the effect of dialysate composition on HPMCs.Methods Cell strains were subculturing.There are six groups in this experiment: Group 1(control);group 2(4.25% Glucose);group 3(1.75mmol/L Ca~(2+));group 4(1.25 mmol/L Ca~(2+));group 5(4.25% Glucose+1.75mmol/L Ca~(2+));group 6(4.25% Glucose+1.25mmol/L Ca~(2+)).The capacity of proliferation of HPMCs was assessed by MTT assay. Results Proliferation of HPMCs was inhibited in 4.25% glucose group in time dependence.Ca~(2+) induce proliferation of HPMCs,however,no effect on proliferation of HPMCs exists in different Ca~(2+) group.Conclusion High glucose can inhibit cell proliferation;Ca~(2+)(1.75mmol/L,1.25mmol/L) can promote the proliferation and 1.25mmol/L is better.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the time of aerosol inhalation using Budesonide Suspension and Mucosolvan drived by oxygen on prevention of pharyngeal and oral mucosa damage induced by radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). METHODS All 108 cases with NPC were divided into 4 groups, each group 27 cases. In 3 treatment groups,aerosol inhalation using Budesonide Suspension and Mucosolvan drived by oxygen were began at the initial , after 5 times, after 10 times radiotherapy respectively. In control group, aerosol inhalation was not used. The rates of third degree of pharyngeal and oral mucosa injury during different dose of radiotherapy were compared among the 4 groups. RESULTS At the dose below 30 Gy, there were no case of third degree of pharyngeal and oral mucosa injury occurred in 3 treatment groups, one case in control group. At the dose of 30 to 40 Gy, third degree injury occurred in all groups, there was no statistical difference among the 4 groups. At the dose over 40 Gy, the patients of third degree injury in group 1 and 2 were less than that in control group. There was no difference between group 3 and control group. CONCLUSION The right time of aerosol inhalation using Budesonide Suspension and Mucosolvan drived by oxygen for prevention of pharyngeal and oral mucosa complication induced by radiotherapy in NPC is at 5 to 10 times after radiotherapy.

Objective To study whether the measure of consumption of iodized salt to prevent iodine deficiency disorders could lead to residents excessive iodine intake in the coastal areas in China.Methods A large population-based cross-sectional study was carried out in four typical costal provinces along the coastline from north to south,including Liaoning,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Fujian.In addition to survey all of its area of Shanghai,the other three provinces' investigation was carried out at urban and rural levels,respectively,including 5 costal cities,5 costal villages and 3 inland rural areas(as a control point) in each province.In each investigated spot,the local water iodine,residents qualified iodized salt consumption rate,per capita daily intake of salt and urinary iodine levels in different populations were investigated.Results A total of 7552 copies of drinking water samples,7996 salt samples and 9873 urine samples of different populations(adults,lactating women,pregnant women and children) were collected from the 4 provinces.Except the coastal cities and counties of Zhejiang province,the qualified iodized salt consumption rates at household were all greater than 90％ in the investigated spots.The median urinary iodine(MUI) of adults and children investigated in the costal areas were in the range of 100 - 299μg/L.The MUIs of lactating women of all investigated areas were all greater than 100 μg/L.The MUI of pregnant women was at an insufficient iodine level which was lower than 150 μg/L in Shanghai,the costal cities of Zhejiang and the coastal counties of Fujian.Conclusions The overall level of iodine nutrition of coastal residents is appropriate; and it is insufficient among pregnant women in some coastal areas; coastal areas should adhere to the salt iodization measures to control iodine deficiency disorders.

As a member of nuclear receptor superfamily, farnesoid X receptor (FXR) has been shown to regulate numerous metabolic pathways, which include playing an important role in bile acid metabolism, maintaining lipid and glucose homeostasis when FXR is activated. With the prevalence of the glucose and lipids disorder, FXR attracts increasing attention. It may be a potential target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and lipid disorders.

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze hand carrier state of medical staff in Tianjin and the antibiotic resistance of the pathogens.METHODS Bacteria or pathogens were isolated from the samples using a sterilized cotton swab on the whole hand before hand washing or hand disinfection,and drug sensitivity test was performed.RESULTS In 16.72% of all samples(50/299),there were 64 kinds of bacteria or pathogens isolated.A.baumannii,Staphylococcus aureus and A.lwoffii were the most common bacteria,40.6% resistant to more then 3 kinds of drugs.Four Meticillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) strains were detected out.CONCLUSIONS The high rate of hand carrying bacteria and resistance in Tianjin should pay attention to.
