To study the effects of 70%Hepatectomy on the proliferation of rat fetal hepatocytes after intrasplenical transplantation, fetal hepatocytes isolated from 3 week SD rat fetuses bred were transplanted into the spleens of liver regeneration model rats with 70% partial hepatectomy. The cell cycle of hepatocytes in the remanent liver was analyzed by flow cytometer and the density dimensions of the donor fetal hepatocytes in spleen were measured by Image Analysis System 7 and 30 days post transplantation respectively. Compared with the control group, the proportions of S state cells in the remanent liver were obviously increased ( P

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the serumpharmacological effects of Compound Banmao Capsule(FBC)on prolif?eration of SMMC-7721cells in human hepatocellular carcinoma.METHODS:The effects of FBC were investigated in vitro using serum pharmacological approach.Different doses(clinic equivalent dosage, duplation and triplicity)of FBC suspension were irrigated into the rabbit stomachs. The inhibitory effects of FBC serum on SMMC-7721cells was observed by MTT assay. The inhibitory effects at different collecting hours in the clinical equivalent group were also observed.RESULTS:All of the drug serums in the three groups could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721cells(P

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV) is a common disease of the retina, the disease is more found in colored race.In China, the mainly nosogenic population is the female about 60 years old.The pathogenesis of PCV is unknown and there is no specific medicine at present. The funduscopic present is orangered lesions, bleed and exudation.Indocyanine green angiography(ICGA) could make a definite diagnosis of PCV.In recent, the main treatment of PCV includes photodynamic therapy, intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy, surgery for treatment of complications and combined therapy. We review the treatment and diagnosis of PCV,and propose the further research direction.
5.Identification and Antimicrobial Resistance Analysis of Mycoplasma from Cervical Secretion
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE To study infection and drug resistance of Mycoplasma from female genital tract.METHODS Mycoplasma in cervical secretion from inflammed female genital tract were identified by cultivation, and the sensitivities to antibiotics were also performed.RESULTS Mycoplasma were detected in 318 specimens among 588 patients with genital tract inflammation(54.1%),among which Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) accounted for 312(98.1%),and Mycoplasma hominis was 6(1.9%).The resistance to 12 kinds of antibiotics indicated that the sensitivities to 8 kinds of antibiotics were higher than 80% and the sensitivities to erythromycin, spiramycin and tetracycline were the lowest.CONCLUSIONS The infectious rates of Uu are on big rise in female genital tract with inflammation and the resistant strains increase continuously.

Objective To establish a recombinant eukaryotic expression vector containing human interferon-?(IFN-?) cDNA,and investigate the expression of IFN-? gene in transfected hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines. Methods pcDNA3-IFN-?,established by subcloning IFN-? cDNA into a mammalian expression vector pcDNA3,was mediated into HCC cell lines SMMC-7721 and QGY-7701 by lipofectamine. The transfected HCC cells were selected in RPMI1640 containing G418(400~700?g).RT-PCR analysis and ELISA assay were used for mRNA transcription and protein expression of IFN-? gene. Results IFN-? mRNA was detected only in pcDNA3-IFN-? transfected cell lines, and high levels of IFN-? protein were detected only in the supernatants of IFN-? gene-modified cell lines. Conclusions pcDNA3-IFN-? can stably expressIFN-? cDNA in the transfected HCC cell strains

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(3):270-274
Background Increase of lens thickness at incipient cataract is a key factor of onset of primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG).Phacoemulsification (Phaco) or phacotrabeculectomy (Phacotrabe) have been documented to be effective for the patients of PACG associated with cataract. However, which surgery is more effective and safe is lack of evidence. Objective This study was to assess and compare the clinical effectiveness of Phaco versus Phacotrabe for PACG with cataract. Methods The relevant literature was searched electronically from the PubMed (1966 to June 2011),EMB Reviews (1966 to June 2011) and Cochrane Library (Issue 1,2011).The manually searching of relevant conference proceedings was used as the supplement. The articles of randomized controlled trial (RCT) about the clinical effectiveness of Phaco versus Phacotrabe for PACG with cataract were included. The methodology quality of included literature was graded. The analysis indexes included intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowing range, postoperative administration of glaucoma drugs, incidence of positive complication, postoperative best corrective visual acuity (BCVA) and perimetry damage. The RevMan4.2 software from Cochrane Collaboration was used for the Meta analyses. Results Three RCTs about phaco versus Phacotrabe for PACG with cataract were selected in this study with the 164 eyes of 164 cases.Meta analysis showed that the IOP-lowing range was larger in the Phacotrabe group compared to only Phaco group with the WMD of 1.17 and 95% CI of 0.06-2.27 (P =0.040),and the drug dosage of anti-glaucoma was less in the Phacotrabe group in comparison with the Phaco group with the WMD of 0.5 and 95% CI of 0.24-0.77 (P =0.000).However,the incidence of postoperative complication was higher in the Phacotrabe group than that of the Phaco group with the RR of 0.08 and 95% CI of 0.02-0.33 (P =0.000).No significant difference was found in the BCVA (WMD =0,95% CI:-0.13-0.13,P=1.00) andperimetry (WMD =1.01,95%CI:0.56-1.82,P=0.98).Conclusions Compared with Phaco,Phacotrab has a better IOP-lowing effectiveness and slightly worse safety.Phaco and Phacotrab have a fairly influencc in the postoperative BCVA and perimetry. As the sample sizes of the included trials are relatively small, more welldesigned large-scale RCTs are needed.

AIM:To observe the image features of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKH) and multiple central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT).METHODS:Thirty-two eyes of 17 patients with VKH and thirty-five eyes of 30 patients with multiple CSC were collected from 2009 to 2016 in my hospital.RESULTS:All the eyes with VKH were found small and dense fluorescein leakage in the early stage. The 17 eyes (53%) with VKH were found fluorescein accumulation in the final stage;24 eyes (75%) with VKH were found high fluorescence of optic disc. All of eyes with multiple CSC were found multifocal leakage in the early stage. And 2 eyes (6%) with multiple CSC were found high fluorescence of optic disc. There were 28 eyes (14 patients) with VKH and 25 eyes (22 patients) with multiple CSC had been done OCT in my hospital.Retinal pigment epithelial fold was only found in VKH.Fluctuation of internal limiting membrane (ILM) and membrane structure had higher sensitivity to diagnostic VKH from to multiple CSC, with sensitivity of 54% and 68% respectively.CONCLUSION:There are some similarities as well as differences between FFA and OCT in diagnosis of VKH and multiple CSC.A combination usage of FFA and OCT can be more effective in distinguishing VKH from multiple CSC.
