This paper summarizes researches about research-oriented hospital,and proposed the concept of research hospitals.The connotation construction of a research hospital is discussed in terms of the quality of medical care,personnel training,scientific research and management capacity.

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV) is a common disease of the retina,the disease is more found in colored race.In China,the mainly nosogenic population is the female about 60 years old.The pathogenesis of PCV is unknown and there is no specific medicine at present.The funduscopic present is orangered lesions,bleed and exudation.Indocyanine green angiography(ICGA) could make a definite diagnosis of PCV.In recent,the main treatment of PCV includes photodynamic therapy,intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy,surgery for treatment of complications and combined therapy.We review the treatment and diagnosis of PCV,and propose the further research direction.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the serumpharmacological effects of Compound Banmao Capsule(FBC)on prolif?eration of SMMC-7721cells in human hepatocellular carcinoma.METHODS:The effects of FBC were investigated in vitro using serum pharmacological approach.Different doses(clinic equivalent dosage,duplation and triplicity)of FBC suspension were irrigated into the rabbit stomachs.The inhibitory effects of FBC serum on SMMC-7721cells was observed by MTT assay.The inhibitory effects at different collecting hours in the clinical equivalent group were also observed.RESULTS:All of the drug serums in the three groups could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721cells(P

OBJECTIVE To study infection and drug resistance of Mycoplasma from female genital tract.METHODS Mycoplasma in cervical secretion from inflammed female genital tract were identified by cultivation,and the sensitivities to antibiotics were also performed.RESULTS Mycoplasma were detected in 318 specimens among 588 patients with genital tract inflammation(54.1%),among which Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) accounted for 312(98.1%),and Mycoplasma hominis was 6(1.9%).The resistance to 12 kinds of antibiotics indicated that the sensitivities to 8 kinds of antibiotics were higher than 80% and the sensitivities to erythromycin,spiramycin and tetracycline were the lowest.CONCLUSIONS The infectious rates of Uu are on big rise in female genital tract with inflammation and the resistant strains increase continuously.

To study the effects of 70%Hepatectomy on the proliferation of rat fetal hepatocytes after intrasplenical transplantation, fetal hepatocytes isolated from 3 week SD rat fetuses bred were transplanted into the spleens of liver regeneration model rats with 70% partial hepatectomy. The cell cycle of hepatocytes in the remanent liver was analyzed by flow cytometer and the density dimensions of the donor fetal hepatocytes in spleen were measured by Image Analysis System 7 and 30 days post transplantation respectively. Objective To explore the proportional changes of regulatory B lymphocyte cells (Bregs) and suppressor T lymphocyte cell (Ts) in the peripheral blood of patients with Hashimotos' thyroiditis (HT).Method Sixty-one cases of HT and 38 healthy subjects with matched age and gender were recruited.Flow cytometry technology was used to detect the proportional changes of CD19+ CD24+ CD27 + B cells,CD19+ CD24hi CD38hi B cells,CD19+ IL-10+B cells,and CD8+CD28-T cells.Result Compared with control group,CD19+CD24+CD27+B cells in HT group increased significantly(P＜0.05).With the increase of thyroid peroxidase antibody,CD19+ CD24hi CD38hi B cells were decreased significantly.With the increase of antithyrogloblin antibody (TGAb),CD8 + CD28-T cells were decreased markedly (P＜0.05).TT3 was positively related with CD19 + CD24hi CD38 hiB cells while TT4 had a negative correlation with CD8+ CD28-T cells and positive correlation with CD19+ CD24+ CD27+ B cells.Logistic regression analysis showed that TGAb and FT4 were independent risk factors for decreased CD8+ CD28-T cells in lymphocyte percentage(P＜0.05).TSH was an independent risk factor for the decreased proportion of CD19+ CD24hi CD38hiB cell.FT4 was the independent risk factors for increased CD19+CD24+CD27+B cells(P＜0.05).Conclusion The percentage of Ts cells in patients with HT was lowered,while the different phenotypic Bregs cells showed various changes.Thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid function were closely associated with the immunological changes in HT patients.

Objective To discuss the intensive gastric cavitary lavage method in treatment of stress ulcer bleeding(SUB).Methods The therapeutic effects of 100 patients with severe SUB in intensive care unit (ICU)from July 2005 to February 2008 treated with intensive gastric cavity lavage method were observed and analyzed.Results In these 100 cases,the bleeding was stopped successfully in 97 cases,the therapeutic effective rate being 97%;there were 17 cases died of complicated pulmonary infection(17%)and 3 cases of bleeding(3%),the total fatality rate being 20%.All the other cases were cured.Conclusion Intensive gastrointestinal lavage therapy is an effective method as acid inhibitor for treatment of SUB,but it can decrease the inhabitant flora in the stomach to pass through gastric-pulmonary route,thus the incidence of pulmonary infection was reduced.

Objective To explore the influence of renal allograft recipient cytokine and cytokine receptor gene polymorphisms on the infection after renal transplantation. Methods (1) 126 cases of cadaveric renal allograft recipients were divided into two groups according to the presence or Absence of infection in 6 months after renal transplantation: infection group and un infection group. The distribution of 22 polymorphisms in 13 cytokines and cytokine receptors gene were compared between two groups as well as latent factors affecting the onset of infection. The production types of IL 10, TNF ?, TGF ?1 and IL 6 were analyzed; (2) All recipients were stratified into two conditions: presence of rejection or Absence of rejection. Previous positive gene polymorphisms were compared between infection group and un infection group under two conditions. Results (1) The incidence of acute allograft rejection was significantly higher in infection group than in un infection group. In infection group, the genotype frequency of IL 1? 889 C/C, IL 1? 511 C/C, IL 1?+3962 C/T or T/T, and the higher production type frequency of TGF ?1 were significantly higher than those in un infection group. (2) In the recipients without acute rejection, the genotype frequency of IL 1? 511C/C was significantly higher in infection group than in un infection group; whereas in those with acute rejection, the genotype frequency of TGF ?1 (codon10 codon 25) CG/TG and frequency of TGF ?1 with high production were significantly higher than those in no infection group. Conclusion This study identified recipient genotype of IL 1? 889 C/C, IL 1? 511 C/C, TGF ?1(codon10 codon 25) CG/TG and higher production type of TGF ?1 gene as major risk factors for the onset of infection after renal transplantation as well as presence of acute allograft rejection, which might affect the action of these gene polymorphisms.
