50.0%.CONCLUSION:The extensive use of antibacterials results in increased drug resistance,while rational use of antibiotics is the key of decreasing drug resistance and multidrug resistance.It is of great importance to analyze the variation of bacterial drug resistance in area hospital.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the type and corresponding operation methods of ulnar lateral mass in distal radial fractures.

METHODSFrom January 2004 to September 2010,32 cases of distal radial fractures with ulnar lateral mass were treated by surgical incision and relocate ulnar lateral mass,including 23 males and 9 females with an average age of (34 +/- 9) years old ranging from 28 to 65 years old. According to the classification of Melone-Doi, 2 cases with type I, 24 cases of type II, 6 cases with type III. The operative appoach involved palm-radial, palm-ulnar, radial-dorsal. Among them, 28 patients with closed fractures were fixed with plate, 4 cases (including 2 cases of open fractures) were fixed by Kirschner pin and braces.

RESULTSThirty-two patients were followed up for 8 to 18 months with an average of 12 months. All fractures were healing without complications. According to modified Gartland-Werley scoring system (GWSS), the total score was 1.12 +/- 0.45, the remain deformity was 0, subjective evaluation was 0.50 +/- 0.30, objective evaluation was 0.30 +/- 0.21, complications was 0.40 +/- 0.09; the result was excellent in 21 cases, good in 11 cases.

CONCLUSIONThe location of ulnar lateral mass in distal radial fractures is one of the important prognostic factors in wrist function and surgical treatment is an effective method of fixing ulnar lateral mass in distal radial fractures.

Based on spectral analysis of NMR and MS, their structures were identified as 3, 4-dihydroxyallylbenzene (1), 3', 4', 5'-trimethoxycinnamylalcohol (2), pinoresinol (3), (2R)-7, 4'-dihydroxy-8-methylflavane (4), (2R)-7,4'-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-8-methylflavane(5),(2S)-7,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy-8-methylflavane(6) ,(2S)-4',7-dihydroxy-6, 8-dimethylflavane(7), 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone(8), 4,4'-dihydroxy-2-methoxydihydrochalcon(9) and Cambodianin E (10). Objective To explore the effect of sodium arsenite (iAs3+) and sodium hydrogen arseuate (iAs5+) exposure on rat multidrug resistance protein 2 (MRP2) expression,and the correlation of liver arsenic and its methylation products,and to provide a basis for further elucidating the mechanism of arsenic toxicity.Methods Seventy wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups,10 rats in each group.Control group was administrated with deionized water.Sodiun arsenite high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group were administrated with different concentrations of sodium arsenite:20.0,6.7 and 2.2 mg/kg BW every day,respectively.Animals were sacrificed 90 days later by cervical dislocation to collect liver,the expression of MRP2 in the membrane of hepatocyte was determined by Western blotting.HPLC-HGAFS was employed to determine the content or level of arsenic and its methylation products.Correlation between expression of MRP2 and arsenic methylation products was analyzed using Pearson's linear correlation method.Results The MRP2 protein levels of control group,iAs3+ and iAs5+ high-,middle-,low-dose groups were 1.21 ± 0.13,1.85 + 0.09,1.65 + 0.19,1.61 + 0.18,1.69 + 0.04,1.42 + 0.19,1.27 ± 0.10.Compared to control group,MRP2 protein levels of iAs3+ high-,middle-,low-dose group and iAs5+ high-dose group were increased (P ＜ 0.05); Compared with the low-dose group,MRP2 protein levels of iAs3+ and iAs5+ high dose groups were increased(P ＜ 0.05); Comparing the matched doses group of iAs5+ and iAs3+,MRP2 protein levels of iAs3+ high-,middle-,low-dose group were higher than iAs5+(P ＜ 0.05).Meanwhile,there was a significant positive relationship between the expression of MRP2 and the content of iAs3+,MMA and DMA in iAs3+ exposed group(r =0.575,0.678,0.395,all P ＜ 0.05).There was also a significant correlation between the expression of MRP2 and MMA and IMA in iAs5+ exposed group(r =0.593,0.643,all P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant relationship between the expression of MRP2 and the content of iAs5+in iAs5+ exposed group.Conclusions The expression of MRP2 is increased with increasing dose of arsenic exposure,thus resulting in compensatory changes on MRP2 expression in the liver cell membrane.MRP2 efflux may play an important role in the metabolic pathways of iAs3+.The level or load of arsenic methylation in liver is closely related with MRP2 expression.

OBJECTIVETo establish a capillary electrophoresis with field-amplified sample stacking method for the separation and determination of aconitine alkaloid in Guifudihuang pills.

METHODAn uncoated fused-silica capillary column (50 microm x 43 cm, effective length 35 cm) was used. The running buffer was 50 mmol x L(-1) phosphate electrolyte solution (pH 4.6)-methanol (8:2). The runing voltage was 10 kV and the capillary inlet was dipped in methanol for 5 s prior to electrokinetic injection (10 kV, 40 s). The detection wavelength was 235 nm.

RESULTThis method allowed 500 fold enrichment of aconitine alkaloid. A good linear relation was obtained in the range of 31.3-2 x 10(3) microg x L(-1) (r = 0.9996), with the detection limit of 9.4 microg x L(-1). The average recovery was 98.0% with the RSD of 2.6%.

CONCLUSIONThe method is simple, rapid and specific with high stacking efficiency; it provides a new reliable means for production and quality control of Guifudihuang pills.

To establish a multi-pretreatment method for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 in Chinese patent medicines, aflatoxins were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector with post-column derivatization, after the multi-pretreatment of samples. The results showed that after the samples extracted with MeOH-H2O, dehydrated by anhydrous magnesium sulphate and sodium chloride, and finally purified by neutral alumina, the impurity interference of different sources in Chinese patent medicines matrix can be effectively removed, and the main peak can be nicely separated from the impurity peak. The detection limits were 0.25, 0.25, 0.50, 0.25 μg x L(-1) for AFB1, AFB2, AFG1, AFG2, respectively. The quantification limits were 1.00, 0.50, 1.00, 0.50 μg x L(-1), respectively. Aflatoxin B1, G1 showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.0-50 μg x L(-1), aflatoxin B2, G2 at a range of 0.5-12.5 μg x L(-1) (R2 > 0.99). The average recovery was 80.40% - 108.6%. The present method is simple, reproducible with the reasonable recoveries and can be applied for the determination of aflatoxins in Chinese patent medicines.

Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on postpartum depression and breastfeeding compliance in primipara.Methods From August 2013 to April 2015,146 women received cesarean section in North Jiaochang Branch of Hanzhong Central Hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the intervention group with both routine care and nursing intervention.Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used to evaluate the negative emotions of maternal postpartum.Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale (BSES) were used to evaluate the confidence of maternal breast feeding.The breast feeding compliance between the two groups was compared.The breast feeding rates of the two groups were compared in 1 week and 1 month after discharge.Results Compared with the control group,the SDS and SAS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower (P＜0.05).The breastfeeding confidence of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The compliance of breast feeding of the intervention group was 97.26％ significantly higher than that of the control group (78.08％)with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).After one-week and one-month follow-up,the rate of breastfeeding of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (95.89％ VS 83.56％;91.78％ VS 72.60％,P＜0.05).Concltsion The nursing intervention measures for primipara after cesarean section can significantly break bad mood,enhance maternal breastfeeding confidence,increase the rate of breastfeeding compliance and are worthy of promotion.
