Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
The strategic cost management of the hospital means setting the cost management of the hospital in the realm of strategic management and analyzing the hospital and its cost behavior and structure from a strategic level so as to create advantages in competition, attain the goal of adapting the hospital to the continuously changing environment and facilitating stralegic management. Strategic cost management is characterized by a protracted, overaU, extensional and innovative nature and methods for it include value chain analysis, strategic positioning analysis, cost agent analysis and many others. Clarifying the goals of strategic cost management, selecting different strategies according to strategic cost information, perfecting the cost management of the hospital and enhancing cost awareness, and giving play to the functional role of economic management personnel are some of the prerequisites for the hospital to implement strategic cost management.
3.Advance in loop-mediated isothermal amplification technique and its applications in point-of-care testing platforms.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(4):470-475
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a novel in vitro nucleic acid amplification method conducted under isothermal conditions with the advantages of high specificity, sensitivity, rapidity and easy detection. Since it was established in 2000, it has been widely applied in various fields of analytical science including the diagnosis of a variety of pathogens, identification of embryo sex, detection of genetically modified organisms and cancer gene identification. Additionally, significant progress has been made in the optimization of the LAMP method, such as accelerated reactions, simplified sample processing, the realization of multiplex amplification, and the enhanced specificity of reaction and detection methods. LAMP technology also shows much potential to be adopted as part of point-of-care testing platforms by the micromation, automation and integration with other technologies such as Lab-on-a-Chip and digital nucleic acid amplification. This review summarizes the latest advances in the LAMP technique and its applications in developing point-of-care testing platforms.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(medical Science) 2010;30(1):108-111
Stroke is characterized by a group of acute cerebral vascular diseases which attack acutely with focal neurological deficits. Residual motor deficits often sojourn after stroke. Cortical stimulation, which is a technique developed many decades ago, has recently re-emerged as a promising method for researchers in their quest to causally probe cortical representations of sensorimotor and cognitive functions and to facilitate the treatment of various neuropsychiatric disorders. The article summarizes the research progress of cortical stimulation in the promotion of motor function recovery after stroke, the method of operation, the possible mechanisms and the prospect.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2012;20(3):162-165
Sarcopenia is a series of syndromes featured by the steady and involuntary loss of skeletal muscle mass and function with aging. It can lower the quality of life and increase the risk of disability and mortality.Deficiency in some nutrients such as amino acids and proteins and accordingly the decreased in the synthesis of muscle protein and changes in muscle tissues may contribute to the development of sarcopenia. Therefore, nutritional interventions may play a role in the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia.

Objective To map out the binding site of P195,which is the major protein on the surface of P.falciparum merozoites,to human erythrocytes, and offer a basis for designing malaria vaccine to blockade invasion of merozoites into human erythrocytes. Methods Eight proteins derived from P195 were expressed in E.coli, and purified by Ni-chelare affinity chromatography. There after, the eight fragments and rabbit serums immunized by which were added into culture medium of P.fatciparum in vitro respectively.Twenty-four hours later, the invasion of merozoite to erythrocyte was observed. Results The antibodies which were induced by three fragments of P195,M6(Amino Acid,AA384~595),M7(AA 595~897)and M11(AA 1397~1563)could inhibit the invasion of P.falciparum merozoite into human erythrocytes.Especially, one fragment of P195,M6,had the ability to inhibit the invasion of P.falciparum merozoite into human erythrocytes. Conclusion M6,a fragment of P195 on the merozoite of P.falciparum may contain a domain thought to be involved in the recognition of human erythrocyte. The domain can be used as a candidate antigen for a malaria vaccine.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(08):-
When adult developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) patients have developed secondary os- teoarthritis of hip (OAH) with serious clinical symptoms, total hip replacement (THR) is their first choice of treatment. The anatomic structures of the acetabulum and femur in these patients are ahnormal and special, such as small and shallow cup, small femoral head, and narrow medullary cavity at proximal femoral shaft. As a result, the THR for DDH patients is quite different from the conventional ones and is thus highly difficult. We review in this paper the clinical classification of DDH,which is important for its treatment, the difficulties we will have in THR, especially in acetabular reconstruction and femoral prosthesis placement, and also strategies to resolve them.
9.Rational reflection on cultural integration in hospital regrouping
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
The paper first analyzes the intrinsic need for cultural integration in hospital regrouping and sums up its content, including the integration of values, management ideas, institutional cultures and institutional frameworks. It then introduces some methods of cultural integration in hospital regrouping, such as running in on the basis of respecting human nature, resolving conflicts on the basis of being mutually tolerant, and merging completely on the basis of optimizing means of integration. The paper points out that success or failure of cultural integration in hospital regrouping depends on the thinking of the leaders. For this reason, it is imperative to enhance integration awareness and improve integration capability.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2016;25(5):633-637
Objective To investigate the physiological responses of healthy youth to doing chest compression as a feedback of quality of CPR after their rapid ascent to high altitude and to evaluate the feedback in the intervention effects of CPR.Methods Prospective, single sample,before-after comparison method was used in this study.Fifteen young adults from plains natives were enrolled as trial subjects in this study. All of them received basic life support training course in advance. In Chongqing (259 m above sea level),subjects performed empiric chest compressions on the model body for 4 minutes followed by feedback compressions for 4 minutes after at least 30 minutes rest.Compression depth, rate and other compression quality parameters were measured and recorded at each turn of compressions with an AED PLUS device.Subjects performed empiric compressions based on their knowledge and experiences, and practiced feedback compressions according to the audiovisual guidance of AED PLUS device.Blood pressure, heart rate and SpO2 were taken before and after each turn of compressions. One week after arrival to Lhasa (3658 m above sea level) by flight, all subjects were asked to do the same procedure as did in Chongqing to see their physiological response to.Paired t tests or Wilcoxon matched pair rank test were used for comparisons of measurements before and after trials. Results Systolic pressures, diastolic pressures, heart rates at baseline in Lhasa were significant different from those in Chongqing, including systolic pressure (125.9 ±9.5) mmHg vs.(112.7 ±13.4) mmHg,diastolic pressure (75.3 ±7.7) mmHg vs.(64.2 ±7.3) mmHg,heart rate (86.3 ± 13.0) beat/min vs.(72.7 ± 11.6) beat/min,SpO2 (90.4 ± 1.7)% vs.(97.8 ±0.9)%,all P < 0.01.In Lhasa, empiric compressions only caused an increase in heart rate (91.1 ± 14.9) beat/min vs.(86.3 ± 13.0) beat/min,P < 0.01.However,feedback compressions resulted in a significant decrease in SpO2 [(88.3 ± 3.4) % vs.(90.6 ± 1.9) %,P < 0.01] as well as change of systolic pressure [(130.9 ± 11.7) mmHg vs.(120.1 ± 11.9) mmHg,P <0.05] and heart rate [(87.9 ± 17.5) beat/min vs.(80.9 ± 11.7) beat/min,P <0.05].In Lhasa, the compression quality during feedback compressions was closer to guideline recommendation than that during empiric compressions. The median (interquartile range) of composite qualification rate was 43.6% (55.9%) vs.0.6% (5.3%) during feedback compressions and empiric compressions respectively,P < 0.01.Conclusions Compression quality decreased significantly among youth after rapid ascent to high altitude.Feedback techniques for CPR could effectively guide the rescuer to improve their CPR quality, but it may be at the expense of more physical consumption.
