1.Progress of clinical transformation research in malignant lymphoma in 2013
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(3):141-143
Advances in clinical transformation research has facilitated discovery of a number of novel somatic mutations and aberrant intracellular signaling pathways involved in malignant proliferative B-cell lymphoma.Meanwhile, small molecular inhibitors targeting those mutation genes or signaling pathways have also been shown to be effective in treating relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This paper reviewed important discoveries in clinical transformation research in lymphoma field in 2013.
2.Translational research progress in malignant lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(2):74-75
Rituximab in the combination of CHOP regimen has been widely used as the standard treatment of several kinds of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL),but there are still about 1/3 of the late B-NHL patients become primary and secondary resistant to the drug.Recently, many translational research progress in malignant lymphoma promoted the development of promising candidate drugs for the treatment of lymphoma. The advances in translational research field were summarized in this manuscript.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;14(10):37-39
Objective To explore the blood sugar controlling for elderly patients with fracture and diabetes mellitus. Methods Twenty patients with fracture complicated with diabetes were managed with mental education and diet controlling. Meanwhile nursing measures were done to prevent infections, bedsores and deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Results The fasting blood sugar levels of the 20 elderly patients were well controlled below 7.8 mmol / L. There were no related complications. Conclusion Such nursing measures as psychological counseling and diet control are helpful for a steady maintenance of blood sugar for feasibility of surgical operation, to ensure successful manipulation of the surgical operation. Prevention of infection, bedsore and DVT is critical for ensuring the success of operations.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(01):-
[Objective]To evaluate curative effect of armor plate and xenogenic bony plate in congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia.[Method]Five cases of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia were reviewed from 1998 to 2004,there were 2 men and 3 women, average age was 5.8(ranged,3~10)years.All the patients were treated by armor plate and xenogenic bony plate.[Result]All of the patients were followed up for more than 3 years(from 3 years to 7 years),four cases achieved bony union.Average time of bony union was 5 months. The lower limbs resumed walking ability and bear a heavy burden.[Conclusion]Outcome of 4 patients demonstrates that treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia with armor plate and xenogenic bony plate is a reliable treatment.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(02):-
Objective To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of spinal metastasis. Methods MR imaging manifestations of spinal metastasis in 85 cases were retrospectively analyzed.46 cases underwent CT and/or X-ray in the 85 cases. Results Totally 388 metastatic vertebra in the 85 cases were detected by MRI.388 vertebras showed hypointensity on T1WI.354 vertebra showed mixed signal intensity and 34 vertebra showed hypointensity on T2WI.All of the vertebra showed hyperintensity on T2WI/STIR.54 vertebra showed pathologic fracture,53 vertebra were protrusion in postetrior,54 vertebra with appendages damage and paravertebral soft tissue mass presented and vertebral canal involved in 30 cases.18 cases were detected with lesion in 46 cases having X-ray and/or CT data, the positive rate was 39.11%(18/46).Conclusion MRI can detect spinal metastatic lesion early, the extent and degree of the tumors can be judged by MRI exactly.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE:To screen the formulations of bioadhesive danazol suppository, and to study its drug release in vitro.METHODS:Hydroxypropyl methylcellulse(HPMC),polyethylene glycol(PEG)6000and PEG600were employed in the bioadhesive sustained-release formulation.Suppositories were prepared and the correlation between drug release rate from suppositories and the ratio of HPMC to PEGs used in the formulae was studied.RESULTS:HPMC retarded drug release, and drug gradually released in the12-hours period when the ratio of HPMC to PEGs was1∶6.5;the law of drug release was conformed to weibull models and mono-exponential models.CONCLUSION:HPMC,PEG6000and PEG600were suitable to the formulation of bioadhesive danazol suppositories, and HPMC could slow down the drug release from the this preparation;the best ratio of HPMC to PEGs was1∶6.5.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the serumpharmacological effects of Compound Banmao Capsule(FBC)on prolif?eration of SMMC-7721cells in human hepatocellular carcinoma.METHODS:The effects of FBC were investigated in vitro using serum pharmacological approach.Different doses(clinic equivalent dosage, duplation and triplicity)of FBC suspension were irrigated into the rabbit stomachs. The inhibitory effects of FBC serum on SMMC-7721cells was observed by MTT assay. The inhibitory effects at different collecting hours in the clinical equivalent group were also observed.RESULTS:All of the drug serums in the three groups could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721cells(P

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) with lornoxicam and fentanyl on arrhythmia and the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) after abdominal surgery. Methods Eighty ASA II or III patients with CAD aged 51-66 yrs weighing 59-68 kg presenting for bdominal surgery participated in this study. CAD was diagnosed by clinical symptoms and ischemic changes on ECG. The patients were premedicated with intramuscular henobarbital 0.1 g and scopolamine 0.3 mg. Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl, droperidol, propofol and vecuronium and maintained with propofol, fentanyl and vecuronium. The patients received PCIA after operation. The PCIA solution contained fentanyl 0.9 mg and droperidol 5 mg in 100 ml of normal saline (N.S. ) in group A ( n - 40) or lomoxicam 56 mg, fentanyl 0.2 mg and dropendol 5 mg in 100 ml N.S. in group B ( n = 40). In group A the loading dose was fentanyl 0.05 mg and in group B lornoxicam 4 mg. PCIA included a background infusion at 2 ml ? h-1 and a bolus of 0.5 ml with a 15 min lock-out. VAS (0 = no pain, 10 = worst pain) was used to measure pain intensity In addition to BP, HR and SpO2 monitoring ECG was continuously monitored with a Holler monitor after operation Blood samples were taken from peripheral vein before and 6h after operation and on the 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th postoperative days for determination of the expression of CD62p, CD63 and CD41/CD61 on the platelet membrane, platelet count, prothrombin time ( PT) thrombin time (TT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT) Results The two groups were comparable with respect to sex, age, body weight, severity of CAD, duration of operation and intraoperative blood loss. The patients received no blood transfusion during operation. There was no significant difference in VAS score, platelet count, PT, TT and PIT between the two groups. The incidence of atrial and ventricular premature beat on ECG and the expression of CD41 /CD61 , CD62P and CD63 on the platelet membrane were significandy lower in group B than in group A on the 7th and 8th postoperative days (P
