1.Progress of clinical transformation research in malignant lymphoma in 2013
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(3):141-143
Advances in clinical transformation research has facilitated discovery of a number of novel somatic mutations and aberrant intracellular signaling pathways involved in malignant proliferative B-cell lymphoma.Meanwhile, small molecular inhibitors targeting those mutation genes or signaling pathways have also been shown to be effective in treating relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This paper reviewed important discoveries in clinical transformation research in lymphoma field in 2013.
2.Translational research progress in malignant lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(2):74-75
Rituximab in the combination of CHOP regimen has been widely used as the standard treatment of several kinds of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL),but there are still about 1/3 of the late B-NHL patients become primary and secondary resistant to the drug.Recently, many translational research progress in malignant lymphoma promoted the development of promising candidate drugs for the treatment of lymphoma. The advances in translational research field were summarized in this manuscript.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(01):-
[Objective]To evaluate curative effect of armor plate and xenogenic bony plate in congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia.[Method]Five cases of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia were reviewed from 1998 to 2004,there were 2 men and 3 women, average age was 5.8(ranged,3~10)years.All the patients were treated by armor plate and xenogenic bony plate.[Result]All of the patients were followed up for more than 3 years(from 3 years to 7 years),four cases achieved bony union.Average time of bony union was 5 months. The lower limbs resumed walking ability and bear a heavy burden.[Conclusion]Outcome of 4 patients demonstrates that treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia with armor plate and xenogenic bony plate is a reliable treatment.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between UCG changes and syndrome-types of chest stuffiness and pains (CSP). Methods All 305 cases were diagnosed as CSP and received coronary angiography and echocardiography (UCG). The relationship between UCG changes and syndrome-types of TCM was analyzed. Results When coronary arteries were normal and with no abnormal ventricular wall movemoment, the proportions of blood-stasis syndrome (BSS) group and phlegm-turbid syndrome (PTS) group were lower, while higher in the condition of coronary arteries strait and with abnormal ventricular wall movemoment. BSS and PTS were significantly higher in the group with coronary arteries strait and abnormal diastolic function of left ventricle than in the group with no coronary arteries strait. There was no significantlly different symdrome-types distributing between normal and abnormal left ventricle systolic function group. EF was lower in Qi-stagnation syndrome (QSS) group than non-QSS group. FS was lower in Yang-deficiency syndrome (YDS) group than in non-YDS group, the same condition in PTS group and non-PTS group. Conclusion There was no significantly value of dignosing syndrome-types of chest stuffiness and pains in the use of UCG.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
The full length cDNA of ?1,3 galactosyltransferase gene was amplified by RT PCR from the peritoneal macrophages of BALB/c mice, which was subcloned into an eukaryotic expression vector pCDNA3 1/V5 HisA, and it was confirmed by DNA sequencing. The gastric cancer cell GC9811 was transfected with pCDNA3 1/V5 HisA?1,3GT by Lipofectamine TM 2000. The positive clone was screened by G418 for two months and confirmed by RT PCR. The gastric cells expressing Gal?(1,3)Gal epitope were detected by immuohistochemisty, and they were killed by naive antidoby specific to Gal?(1,3)Gal epitope. The results showed that the pCDNA3.1/V5 HisA?1,3GT was successfully constructed, and the transfected gastric cancer cells could highly express Gal?(1,3)Gal, which promoted lysis of the cancer cells by normal human serum.
