Objective:To detect the anti-cancer component, trans-resveratrol in red wine by high performance liquid chromatography, and to determine the influence of environmental factors on its content. Methods: A method for determining trans-resveratrol in red wine by HPLC is described. The operating conditions were ZORBAX-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) at room temperature, 30%acetonitrile as mobile phase at a flow of 1ml/min and UV detection at 306 nm. Results:The content of trans-resveratrol in Changyu dry red wine and Great Wall Claret Cabernet are (1.01±0.03)mg/L and (2.36±0.02)mg/L, respectively. The results show that, sunlight, high temperature and poor seal condition can decrease the content of trans-resveratrol. Conclusion:The content of trans-resveratrol varies in different brands of red wine. Red wine should be stored in cool, dark and sealed conditions.

Objective:To screen fatty acid synthase (FAS) inhibitors from natural products and study their inhibitory effects on the proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Methods: CCK-8 method was used to detect the inhibitory effects of Fructus Amomi, Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb, Cinnamomi Ramulus and their main compounds, such as polydatin, resveratrol and cinnamic acid on the proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells for 24 h.Results: The results showed that the IC50 values of the 60% ethanol extracts of Fructus Amomi, Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb, and Cinnamomi Ramulus were 24.86μg/ml, 153.67 μg/ml and 178 μg/ml respectively. The IC50 value of Resveratrol was 61.75 μg/ml. The inhibitory effect of Resveratrol was better than that of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. Cinnamic acid, the main component of Cinnamomi Ramulus had better inhibitory activity at lower concentration. Conclusion: The 60% ethanol extracts of Fructus Amomi, Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb, and Cinnamomi Ramulus all showed inhibitory effects on the proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner. Among them, Fructus Amomi had the best inhibitory activity.

International Eye Science 2016;16(7):1258-1260
AIM: To analyze the direction and degree of static cyclotorsion component (SCC) and dynamic cyclotorsion component (DCC) in corneal refractive surgery.
METHODS:Retrospective analysis. Totally 130 patients (260 eyes) with corneal refractive surgery in our hospital, according to the operation method were divided into femtosecond laser - assisted laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) group and T-photorefractive keratectomy (T-PRK) group, the differences of the parameters of the two groups were compared; the differences of SCC success rate, SCC, DCC, and the eyeball rotation direction were compared between the two groups; correlation analysis on SCC, DCC and the parameters of postoperative patients were performed.
RESULTS: High order aberrations and spherical aberration in the T-PRK group after operation was higher than those of FS - LASIK group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05); in T-PRK group SCC in the operation was successful in 98 eyes, the success rate was 81. 7%; in FS-LASIK group SCC in the operation was successful in 82 eyes, the success rate is 58. 6%, the difference of SCC success rate between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ); SCC in T - PRK group was 3. 52o ±2. 17o and FS-LASIK group was 3. 49o ±2. 26o, there was no significant difference (P>0. 05); DCC in T-PRK group (2. 86o±1. 14o) was higher than that of FS-LASIK group ( 2. 17o ± 1. 09o), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). There was no statistical difference in the direction of rotation of the eyeball in operation between the two groups (P>0. 05). The SCC of subjects in operation was positively correlated with UCVA, BCVA, spherical equivalent refraction and high order aberrations ( P < 0. 05 ); the DCC of subjects in operation was positively correlated with UCVA and high order aberrations (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: The success rate of SCC in T - PRK surgery is higher than that in LASIK, DCC in T - PRK surgery is higher than that in LASIK, and accurate measurement of SCC and DCC can be effective to compensate for it.
6.The role of the intestinal microflora dysbiosis in chronic kidney disease

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2020;55(12):2777-2784
In recent years the interaction between host and gut microbiota has attracted increasing attention. However, intestinal flora dysbiosis may lead to many diseases, and there is increasing evidence that the intestinal microbiota in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with the pathophysiological status of the host. "Gut-kidney axis" provides a better explanation of the two-way communication between intestinal flora and CKD. Impaired kidney function leads to dysbiosis of intestinal flora and an altered intestinal flora can damage the intestinal mucosal barrier and facilitate the entry into the bloodstream of harmful bacteria, which can induce chronic inflammation and thus accelerate renal injury. In addition, the accumulation of nephrotoxic metabolites from an altered intestinal flora can aggravate CKD in the "gut-kidney axis". Among them,

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2009;28(1):61-65
Objective To investigate the prevalence of endemic arsenicosis and the progress made of control measures in China in 2006 so as to provide basis for endemic arsenicosis control in China. Methods The surveillance was carried out according to"the National Survey Scheme of Endemic Arsenicosis".The surveillance was carried out according to the national survey scheme of endemic arsenicosis.14 drinking water type of and 3 coal-burning type of endemic areas were selected. The fulfillment and effects of control measures, and prevalence of arsenicosi were sarveyed.Arsenic contents in drinking water, corn, chilli, coal and urine were detected by silver Burveyed had improved water was 1.04%(3/288)0f tlle pmjects fail to work,86.67%(247/285)of water arsenic concentration was aualifted. All the 8746 stoves were improved in the survey spots of coal-burning area. The rate of using high arsenic coal in survey spots was 51.08%(355/695).The qualified rate of stove was 75.05%(358/477), Among 14 survey spots, water arsenic concentrations of 6 spots were within safety threshold≤0.05 mg/L,in a rate of 42.86%.Arsellic concentration in some ofthe coal samples from Shiyakou Village,Anlong County was over 100 mg/kg. All chilli arsenic contents(mean)of 3 survey spots outnumbered national standard(≤0.5 mg/kg)and corn arsenic in drinking water areas in 2006,some of the pmjects are running out.The population of survey spots is still exposed of coal store tends to decline.Food arsenic pollution is mitigated compared with last year, especially chili.

Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(5):579-586
The picornavirus family comprises many small viruses, several of which are important pathogens of humans and livestock. The 3C protease (3Cpro) of different species and genera of picornavirus contains the classic G-X-C-G motif and Cys-His-Asp/Glu catalytic triad. 3Cpro conducts maturation cleavage in the regions of VP2-VP3 and VP3-VP1 in P1, 2A-2B and 2B-2C in P2 and the whole P3. Picornavirus 3Cpro has been shown to have significant substrate preference in Q-G/S/A/V/H/R and E-S/G/R/M as well as species and genera specificity through analyses of the maturation cleavage of picornavirus polyproteins. Innate immune adaptors such as TRIF, MAVS, IRF3, IRF7 and NEMO have various potential cleavage sites in picornavirus 3Cpro (TRIF and NEMO show considerable diversity in their cleavage sites). Useful information will be provided for the development of broad-spectrum antiviral agents as well as evasion mechanisms of the innate immune system against picornavirus 3Cpro through continued research of picornavirus 3Cpro.
