Objective Promote the use of medical record information, the depth of excavation,provide strong support for clinical research and hospital management.Methods Medical Record Information lower utilization reasons put forward need to build the whole structure of the paperless electronic medical records, electronic medical records for research concluded that the key to building elements to provide support.Results Pointed out that the construction of paperless electronic medical records from the storage structure of the building medical record systems, and data warehouse technology combined start, outpatient and inpatient medical records while achieving interoperability, building regional health care, improve follow-up system, and finally pointed out the key technical implementation.Conclusions It is to promote the utilization of medical records, medical records for research to improve support efforts to promote development and progress of medicine and enhance the hospital's soft power has great significance.

AIM: To explore the effect of hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy for severe corneal edema after cataract surgery.METHODS: Totally 68 patients (68 eyes) with severe corneal edema after phacoemulsification were selected from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, who were aged 53-80(64.45±4.24), including 30 males and 38 females.According to different treatment, they were divided into treatment group (34 cases) given conventional therapy + hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy, the control group (34 cases) given conventional treatment + hypertonic sugar eyes drops.Visual acuity and corneal situation were observed during the treatment.RESULTS: Corneal edema fade time of treatment group was 11.62+0.53d, that of control group was 15.23±0.62d, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and corneal endothelial cell count had no significantly difference between the two groups while the corneal endothelial cell count were significantly different compared with postoperative of the two groups (P<0.05).At 7d after treatment, the BCVA and corneal endothelial cell count had significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.05), which did not have significant difference at 1mo after treatment (P>0.05).The effective rates of the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Hypertonic sugar eyes drops with local to the oxygen therapy is effective for severe corneal edema after cataract surgery.

Objective To discuss the MSCT performances of appendix mucinous cystadenoma in order to improve the preoperative diagnosis.Methods MSCT plain and enhanced findings of mucinous appendix mucinous cystadenoma proved by pathology in 6 pa-tients were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT showed cystic dilatation of the appendix in 2 patients with heterogeneous density, and cystic mass in the right iliac fossa in 4.As for the cystic wall,uniform thin wall was seen in 4,curvilinear mural calcification in 3 and septation in 2.Dynamic enhanced CT showed the ring mural enhancement in 4.In addition,the blurred surrounding fatty tis-sues were seen in 2.Conclusion MSCT findings of mucinous appendiceal cystadenoma appeared as cystic dilatation or cystic mass in the right iliac fossa,curvilinear mural calcification and enhanced wall.

Purpose To investigate effect of valsartan on expression of Notch pathway and production of extracellular matrix. Methods Urine protein and production of extracellular matrix were measured after diabetic mice were treated with valsartan. The levels of Jag-ged1, Notch1, Notch intracellular domain 1 (NICD1), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), TypeⅣcollagen and Laminin were determinated by immunohistochemistry, Western blot and real-time PCR. Results Valsartan suppressed urine protein and production of extracellular matrix in diabetic mice (P<0. 05). Valsartan also inhibits overexpression of Jagged1, Notch1, NICD1, TGF-β1, Type Ⅳ collagen and Laminin in glomerular tissues of diabetic mice (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion Valsartan inhibits activa-tion of Notch pathway in glomerular tissues of diabetic mice, inhibits production of extracellular matrix in glomerulus and delays glomer-ulosclerosis.

Object To analyze the rDNA ITS sequences between wi ld plants and cultivars of Trapa L. and study the utility in p hylogenesis and identification of these two groups. Methods The ITS gene fragments were PCR amplified and sequenced. The rDNA ITS regions w ere analyzed by means of the software of Clustal and Mega 2.0. Result s The rDNA sequences of 234-236 bp ITS1, 220-221 bp ITS2 gene fragment , and 5.8 S rDNA for 164 bp evenly were obtained from ten populations of Trapa L. The intraspecific substitution varies from 0.22% to 2. 94%. The variable sites are 16 while informative sites are six. The phylogenet ic tree based on ITS data was set up by NJ method. Conclusion ITS sequence is a pretty good molecular marker which can identify wild plants of Trapa L. from their cultivars. Diversity of ITS in differen t populations is less at intraspecific level. It is infered that the plants of Trapa L. may be derived from the same population of one species .

OBJECTIVEPolyethylene glycol/bone morphogenetic protein-2 (PEG/BMP-2) nanoparticles were transfected into Rabbit bone mesenchymal stem cells (rBMSCs) and the expression of BMP-2 was detected.

METHODSDissociated rBMSCs were primarily cultured in vitro and BMP-2 gene was transfected into rBMSCs by PEG/BMP-2 nanoparticals and lipofectamine, respectively. The efficiency of transfection was detected by flow cytometry and the expression of BMP-2 was detected by Western Blot and real time RT-PCR.

RESULTSPEG/BMP-2 nanoparticals were successfully synthesized and transfected into rBMSCs. Compared with the lipofectamine transfection group, PEG/BMP-2 transfection group had higher efficiency and higher BMP-2 expression.

CONCLUSIONPEG/BMP-2 nanoparticals transfected rBMSCs highly expressed BMP-2,which provided novel strategies for the treatment of bone defect.

Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture rehabilitation techniques combined with Xingnaojing injection on functional recovery and the plasam level of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in patients with severe traumatic brain injury (STBI).Methods Eighty-four patients with STBI admitted to Department of Neurosurgery in Jiuquan People's Hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were enrolled,they were divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (40 cases) by random number table,all patients received the routine basic treatment,such as decreasing intracranial pressure,anti-infection,neural nutrition therapy,etc.In addition,the observation group was treated with acupuncture rehabilitation training (each training 50 minutes,1-2 times a day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 5 courses) and Xingnaojing injection (in 0.9％ normal saline or 5％ glucose injection 250 mL intravenous infusion,one time a day,10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses).The evaluation score of Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA),Modified Barthel index (MBI),Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) of motor function score and the plasma levels of GFAP and myelin basic protein (MBP) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the MoCA,MBI and FMA scores were significantly higher in two groups than those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05),the contents of MBP and GFAP were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the changes in observation group were more significant than those in control group [visual space and execution capability (score):4.99 ± 0.67 vs.3.42 ± 0.73,denomination capability (score):2.98 ± 0.77 vs.2.84 ± 0.47,delayed memory (score):5.76± 0.33 vs.3.87± 2.08,attention (score):6.17± 0.65 vs.4.75 ± 0.81,speech capability (score):3.51 ± 0.46 vs.2.04 ± 0.13,abstract thinking capability (score):2.94 ± 0.27 vs.1.58 ± 0.96,orientation force (score):6.02±0.65 vs.4.88±0.62,FMA score:68.71 ±34.17 vs.41.13 ± 14.82,MBI score:69.12± 10.45vs.37.63±6.11,MBP (μg/L):1.32±0.23 vs.5.31±0.79,GFAP (μg/L):0.19±0.08 vs.0.39±0.04,all P ＜0.05].Conclusions Acupuncture rehabilitation training combined with Xingnaojing injection may obviously improve the cognitive and motor functions in patients suffered from STBI,and clinically the combined treatment is worthwhile to be used extensively.
