Objective:To investigate variety pattern of expression level of TCRV?subfamilies in mononuclear cell in spleen tissue of rats with dampness pathogenic factors and normal rats by using FQ-PCR technique. Methods:32 SD rats were divided into four groups: normal group, external dampness group, internal dampness group, external and internal dampness group. Observing period was 20 days. 3 Rats were randomly selected from each group in order to exam the TCRV? subfamilies expression level. Results:The expression of TCRV?1, TCRV?7, TCRV?9 and TCRV?13 in external dampness group were higher than those in normal group (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
To further explore the result of bilingual teaching in pediatrics,we randomly chose 200 undergraduates of 4 class and released students'questionnaires about bilingual teaching with teaching content before and after class to assess students'understanding of bilingual teaching and analysed appraisal result. We found no significant difference of student score between students accepting bilingual teaching and not accepting the bilingual teaching, but there was difference for English tests and expression level. So we think that students can fully accept the bilingual teaching of pediatrics under the premise with selecting appropriate teaching methods and means.

Objective To develop a murine model of chromomycosis by using Cladosporium carrioni and explore the pathogenicity of Cladosporium carrio nii in mice. Methods The suspension of Cladosporium carrioni was inoculated to two groups of mice, the immunocompetent mice and the immunosuppressed mice, b y intraperitoneal route using 1 ml inoculum containing 108 conidia/mL. All mice were sacrificed 30 days after inoculation, and then macroscopic examination, his topathology and fungal culture were performed. Results The morbidity in both g roups was 100% according to the dark brown hyphae and sclerotic bodies found in histopathologic examination and fungal culture. Macroscopic examination found th at the adhesion among the internal organs in immunocompetent mice was more sever e than that in immunosuppressed mice. Histopathologic sections showed that necro sis and inflammatory infiltration in immunocompetent mice were more obvious than those in immunosuppressed mice. Conclusions The virulence of Cladosporium car rionii strains is strong enough to construct experimental murine model of chromo mycosis, and animal passage of the strains is unnecessary. This murine model cou ld be used to study the pathogenesis of chromomycosis.

OBJECTIVE:
To study ApoB gene genetic polymorphism of Han nationality and Mongolian nationality in midwest area of Inner Mongolia.
METHODS:
Some unrelated individuals of Han nationality and Mongolian nationality in midwest area of Inner Mongolia were selected. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism technology was used to check the presence of Xba I (X+) and EcoR I (E-) sites of rare alleles. The genotype frequency, allelic frequency and population genetics parameters were calculated.
RESULTS:
The frequencies of Xba I (X+) and EcoR I (E-) rare alleles were 2% and 4.6% in Han population. There was no Xba I (X+) or EcoR I (E-) rare alleles found in Mongolian nationality.
CONCLUSION
The allelic frequencies of ApoB gene Xba I and EcoR I sites are very different in different races. These sites may be used in identification of ethnicity.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2008;24(10):858-860
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the wounded in Wenchuan earthquake transported to our hospital and summarize therapeutic experiences. Methods Clinical data of 92 patients resulted from Wenchuan earthquake admitted into our hospital were reviewed and analyzed in aspects of general data, injury severity, therapeutic methods and clinical results. Results All pa-tients were free from infection, reamputation and fracture-related complication. Conclusion After the arrival of large number of the wounded in the station hospitals.efficient organization of station hospitals, comprehensive evaluation of the patients'condition, effective detailed therapeutic plans and careful man-agement of the medical complications can attain sound results.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine 2010;30(6):367-371
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) and 64 multi-slice spiral CT (64-MSCT) for coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods Fifty-two patients with suspected or known CAD were included in the study. Each patient underwent both stress and rest MPI,MSCT as well as conventional coronary angiography (CAG) within 1 month. The stress and rest MPI were scored by a 5-grade criteria (0 ~ 4) based on 17 coronary artery segments. The difference between summed stress and rest scores > 1 was defined as myocardial ischemia. Stenosis in one main vessel or one main branch of the main vessel ≥50% was defined as myocardial ischemia by MSCT. CAG was used as the reference for comparison. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13. 0 software. Kappa value was used to test the accordance of MPI and MSCT results. X2 test was used to evaluate the difference between MPI and MSCT results. Results The patient-based sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values and accuracy of MPI and MSCT for the diagnosis of CAD were 86.7% (26/30), 77.3% ( 17/22),83.9% (26/31), 81.0% ( 17/21), 82.7% (43/52) and 83.3% ( 25/30), 86.4% ( 19/22), 89.3%( 25/28), 79.2% ( 19/24), 84.6% (44/52), respectively. The vessel-based sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values and accuracy of MPI and MSCT were 74.5% (38/51), 81.0% (85/105 ), 65.5% (38/58), 86.7% ( 85/98), 78.8% ( 123/156 ) and 90.2% (46/51 ), 88.6% ( 93/105 ),79.3 % (46/58), 94.9% (93/98), 89.1% ( 139/156), respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between MPI and MSCT for either patient or lesion-based diagnosis (X2 =0.44, 0.21, both P >0.05 ). 96.0% (24/25) patients with both abnormal MPI and MSCT positive were valified by CAG while 83.3% (15/18) patients with both MPI and MSCT negative were excluded by CAG. Conclusions Both MPI and MSCT are reliable diagnostic modalities for CAD. They also provide complementary diagnostic value to each other.

Objective To establish the normal parameters of psychometric measures such as the number connection tests A(NCT-A)and digit symbol tests(DST)in assessment of minimal hepatic en- cephalopathy(MHE).Methods One hundred and sixty healthy volunteers(aged 25 to 64 years;educa- tional level>9 years)were divided into<35 ys,35~44 ys,45~54 ys and 55~64 ys groups. All of the healthy volunteers were assessed with NCT-A and DST to establish the normal value of age-related parameters, which can be used for diagnosis of MHE in patients with liver cirrhosis. Two standard devi- ation of the normal mean was used as a diagnostic criterion for MHE.One hundred and six cirrhotic patients were assessed with these parameters. Results The parameters of NCT-A were(25.1?4.6) sec in<35 ys group,(32.1?6.8) sec in 35~44 ys group,(38.6?7.1)sec in 45~54 ys group or (49.3?6.3)sec in 55~64 ys group. The scores of DST were 49.9?4.7 in<35 ys group,44.6?4.8 in 35~44 ys group,38.5?5.0 in 45~54 ys group or 35.4?4.7 in 55~64 ys group.Thirty one out of 106 cirrhotic patients were diagnosed as MHE based on these parameters. Conclusion The NCT- A and DST are psychometric assessments for diagnosis of MHE.Age-based normal paramerters of NCT- A and DST are needed to be established.
