Objective To study the location and level of relaxin receptor in placenta tissues of preeclampsia and normal pregnancy,and the relationship of relaxin receptor with pre-eclampsia.Methods Twenty-six placenta tissue samples from pregnant women with severe preeclampsia(study group),and 20samples from normal pregnancies(control group)were obtained.We detected the expression of relaxin receptor by immunohistochemistry and the expression of relaxin receptor mRNA by RT-PCR.Results In the placenta of control and preeclampsia groups,the leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor(LGR7)was positively expressed.Relaxin receptor was located in the membrane of trophoblast cells.There were both strong signals on cytotrophoblastic cells and syneytiotrophoblast.The level of relaxin receptor in the control group was 0.912 ±0.003.and 0.625±0.037 in the preeclampsia group.Thedifference between the two groups was obvious(P＜0.01).In the control group,the level of relaxin receptor mRNA was 0.776±0.021;in the preeclampsia group,it was 0.393±0.075.The difference was obvious(P＜0.01).Conclusion Decrease in the expression of relaxin receptor at placenta is related with the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.

To establish the evaluation system for Guinea pig skin infection model of Trichophyton rubrum, and to evaluate different modeling methods and select the best skin infection animal model of Trichophyton rubrum. Methods The evaluation index was determined by literature research and expert consultation , weight of each index was calculated by Delphi Method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for Guinea pig skin infection model of Trichophyton rubrum. Furthermore, various skin infection animal models of Trichophyton rubrum were evaluated by this system and the ideal animal model was selected. Results The evaluation system proved to be available. The animal model with immunosuppressive treatment and repeated inoculation with Trichophyton rubrum had better quality and higher success rate. Conclusions The evaluation system established by AHP is clear, simple and convenient; the optimized skin infection animal model of Trichophyton rubrum is suitable for the efficacy evaluation of antifungal infection drugs.

Objective To analyse the clinicopathological features of primary small intestine lymphoma(PSIL), and explore the relationship between clinical stage,histological findings,therapeutic modality and prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 34 cases of PSIL were collected,the pathohistological features and results of immunohistochemical examinations were obtained,and the follow-up findings were adopted for comprehensive analysis. Results Among these 34 cases of PSIL,abdominal pain or discomfort,gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal mass were the predominant symptoms.PSIL mainly involved ileum,especially the bottom of ileum and ileocecal area.Among the 26 patients with follow-up for more than one year,the 1-year survival rate was significantly higher in patients without tumor perforation than those with tumor perforation(76.2% vs 20.0%)(P

This paper is aimed to study the differences of allelopathic effects of Panax notoginseng under different allelopathic chemicals resources and selection of appropriate rotation crops. The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction ( AMMI) model had been used to evaluate the stability of allelopathic effects of P. notoginseng on the varieties of corn, wheat and rice properly. The model could use not only to evaluate the stability of non-regional trial data but also explore the interaction between the rotation crop genotypes and donor substances more efficiently. Meanwhile, correspondence analysis can be used in the AMMI to evaluate genotype stability and donor substances. Ejingza No. 1 (g6) had stronger allelopathic effects with high stability, but Yunrui No. 1 (g9) which was appropriate rotation crop genotype, had weaker allelopathic effects with high stability. These findings will aid in choosing appropriate rotation crops and establishing proper rotation system.
