Objective To study the location and level of relaxin receptor in placenta tissues of preeclampsia and normal pregnancy,and the relationship of relaxin receptor with pre-eclampsia.Methods Twenty-six placenta tissue samples from pregnant women with severe preeclampsia(study group),and 20samples from normal pregnancies(control group)were obtained.We detected the expression of relaxin receptor by immunohistochemistry and the expression of relaxin receptor mRNA by RT-PCR.Results In the placenta of control and preeclampsia groups,the leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor(LGR7)was positively expressed.Relaxin receptor was located in the membrane of trophoblast cells.There were both strong signals on cytotrophoblastic cells and syneytiotrophoblast.The level of relaxin receptor in the control group was 0.912 ±0.003.and 0.625±0.037 in the preeclampsia group.Thedifference between the two groups was obvious(P＜0.01).In the control group,the level of relaxin receptor mRNA was 0.776±0.021;in the preeclampsia group,it was 0.393±0.075.The difference was obvious(P＜0.01).Conclusion Decrease in the expression of relaxin receptor at placenta is related with the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.

To establish the evaluation system for Guinea pig skin infection model of Trichophyton rubrum, and to evaluate different modeling methods and select the best skin infection animal model of Trichophyton rubrum. Methods The evaluation index was determined by literature research and expert consultation , weight of each index was calculated by Delphi Method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for Guinea pig skin infection model of Trichophyton rubrum. Furthermore, various skin infection animal models of Trichophyton rubrum were evaluated by this system and the ideal animal model was selected. Results The evaluation system proved to be available. The animal model with immunosuppressive treatment and repeated inoculation with Trichophyton rubrum had better quality and higher success rate. Conclusions The evaluation system established by AHP is clear, simple and convenient; the optimized skin infection animal model of Trichophyton rubrum is suitable for the efficacy evaluation of antifungal infection drugs.

Objective To analyse the clinicopathological features of primary small intestine lymphoma(PSIL), and explore the relationship between clinical stage,histological findings,therapeutic modality and prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 34 cases of PSIL were collected,the pathohistological features and results of immunohistochemical examinations were obtained,and the follow-up findings were adopted for comprehensive analysis. Results Among these 34 cases of PSIL,abdominal pain or discomfort,gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal mass were the predominant symptoms.PSIL mainly involved ileum,especially the bottom of ileum and ileocecal area.Among the 26 patients with follow-up for more than one year,the 1-year survival rate was significantly higher in patients without tumor perforation than those with tumor perforation(76.2% vs 20.0%)(P

The fermentation conditions which affect C-15? hydroxylation o f 18-methyl-estr- 4-ene-3,17-dione were investigated. As the key step in the Hydroxylation, the dissolution of substrate was focused on. Tween80, MeOH, DMSO,?-CD and 2-HP?CD were studied to improve the dissolvability of 18-met hyl-estr-4-ene-3,17-dione.The other factors such as pH, substrate concent ration and aeration strategies which affected conversion rate were also resea rched. As a result, the conversion rate can be up to 60% in shake flask and ach i(eve 50% in fermentor,which would overcome the disadvantage of 15?-hydroxyl -18-methyl-estr-4-ene-3,17-dione chemosynthesis and provide a good techn ics to industry.

Objective To explore the influence of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) on the differentiation of nerve stem cells (NSCs) from neonatal rat hippocampus in vitro and to find new revulsant of NSCs,which can improve the percentage of NSCs differentiating into neurons.Methods Twenty-four hours neonatal rats were selected to obtain hippocampus tissue to culture NSCs in serum-free culture medium by suspending culture.The high pure NSCs were obtained after passing 2 generations.The culture cells were identified as NSCs by staining of nestin,which was NSCs special marker.After passaged three generations,the NSCs were randomly classified into 2 groups:test group and control group.There were 15 pieces per group.There was 2 mL per piece,which contains 1?105 cells.50 g/L fetal bovine serum(FBS) and 20 ?g/L BDNF were added into foundational culture medium in test group;only 50 g/L FBS was added into foundational culture medium in control group.The neurons and their percentage were tested using the immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometer after 7 days of differentiated cultivation.Results The hippocampus tissue cells grew in globular in serum-free culture medium by suspending culture,which expressed highly positive by nestin immunofluorescence staining.Its purity was above 90%.The percentage of neurone specific enolase(NSE)-positive cells in test group was 60.45%,which was obviously higher than that of control group (23.67%).The difference was significant between 2 groups(?2=27.75 P
