Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(5):471-474
Objective Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins(SREBPs) are a family of nuclear transcription factors that regulate lipid metabolism in eukaryotic cells. They are over expressedin many malignant tumors, and closely related to tumor initiation and progression. We briefly summarize the research advancement of SREBPs in gynecological tumors.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2004;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of nabumetone on the damaged esophageal mucosa in the model of reflux esophagitis, and the effect of expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA), cyclin D_ 1 (CD_ 1 ) on the progress of reflux esophagitis. Methods A total of 100 SD rats were divided into three groups in random: group Y: operation + saline as positive controls(46); group R: operation + nabumetone(46); and group C: normal control(8). The lesions of esophageal mucosa were observed in the 5th, 17th, 28th , 40th week in groups Y and R and 40th week in group C, respectively. The change of COX-2, PCNA, and CD_ 1 by immunoperoxidase staining in the progress of reflux esophagitis(RE) and the effect of nabumetone were evaluated. Results The lesions of esophageal mucosa at different time and the incidence of Barrett's esophagus(BE) in group R were lower than those in group Y (P

Objective To compare the effect of bupivacaine and levobupivacaine for caudal anesthesia in infant and children. Methods Forty patients with age 3-6 years old in the state of ASA Ⅰ grade were randomly divided into bupivacaine group and levobupivacaine group, each 20 patients. Both groups received respectively bupivacaine or levobupivacine with the same concentration and volume. The blood pressure, heart rate and pulse oxygen saturation were monitored during the operation. The degree of pain and motor was assessed after the operation. Results Bupivacaine and levobupivacaine for caudal anesthesia in infant and children could provide good analgesic effects. The scores of pain was similar between the two groups and had no statistic significance (P > 0.05).The scores of motor block in bupivacaine group was significantly higher than that in levobupivacaine group after anesthesia 60,90,120 min [(1.5 ±0.6) scores vs.(0.9 ±0.3) scores,(1.0 ±0.8) scores vs.(0.1 ±0.5) scores,(0.6 ±0.5) scores vs.(0.0 ±0.7)scores],there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions Bupivacaine and levobupivacaine have the same analgesic potency.Levobupivacaine is better than bupivacaine in motor block.

Purpose:To establish a human large cell lung cancer multi-drug resistance cell line H460/cDDP and explore its biological characteristics. Methods:A resistant human larget cell lung cancer cell line (H460/cDDP) was established by intermittent high dose cisplatin selection from the parental cell line H460. Drug sensitivity was detected by MTT assay. The changes of its biological characteristics were determined using light microscopy, Trypan Blue staining rejection, cell counting, chromatosome analysis; Neoplasia formation test in nude mouse was performed to investigate its in vivo characteristic. Results:H460/cDDP cell line was developed after about 6 months and the resistance index to cisplatin was 10.21. H460/cDDP cells exhibited cross-resistance to 5-Fuorouracil, adriamycn, etoposide and methotrexate. Compared with the parent cells, the morphology wac changed; doubling time prolonged (from 20.78h to 36.46h), while the chromatosome number and caryotype were similar. After being frozen, deposited and resuscitated repeatedly, its biological characteristics remained stable. It had neoplasia formation ability in vivo, but the forming time was longer than its parental cell. Conclusions:The newly established multi-drug resistant large cell lung cancer cell line H460/cDDP cell line possessed the typical multi-drug resistant phenotype. It was stable and had neoplasia formation ability in vivo, suitable for research.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(05):-
The experiment was done to explore the effect of sodium Tanshinone Ⅱ_A, sulfonat (STS) on myocardial reperfusion injury. Myocardial ischemia was induced with the occlusion of left anterior descending coronary artery lasting 30 minutes, and postischemic reperfusion persisted 30 minutes also. Fifty rabbits were randomly divided in to five groups: operative control group (group Ⅰ, n=10), myocardial ischemia group (group Ⅱ, n=10), myocardial ischemia and reperfusion group (group Ⅲ, n=10), receiving intravenous STS 5mg?kg~(_1) 5 mins before the reperfusion (group Ⅳ, n=10) and receiving intravenous STS 5mg?kg~(_1) 10 mins before the ischemia and 5 mins before the reperfusion respectively (group Ⅴ, n=10). As compared with those of group Ⅰ, the amount of myocardial malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P0.05); the activity of myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased in group Ⅲ(P0.05); the serum creatine kinase (CK) activity rose markedly in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P0.05). In comparison with those of group Ⅲ, the amount of MDA reduced and activity of SOD increased in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ (P

Objective To study the change of Th1, Th2 cytokine levels in culture supernatants of PBMC in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods 43 PIH patients, 15 normal pregnant women, and 15 healthy non-pregnant women were studied randomly. Levels of IL-2?IFN? and IL-4 in culture supernatants of PBMC were detected by ELISA. Results In culture supernatants of PBMC, IL-2 level of normal pregnant women was(140.3? 73.2 )ng/L, decreased significantly in comparation with that of healthy non-pregnant women (259.5?114.4)ng/L, P

Objective: To evaluate the protective effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on intestinal barrier functionin rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods: Thirty-two male SD rats received injection of sodium taurocholate solution(3. 5 mg?L-1) into the pancreatic duct were randomly divided into control group (n=16) and treatment group (n=16). Animals incontrol group received total parenteral nutrition (TPN), animals in treatment group were fed on the same TPN formula ascontrol group and injections of EGF at a dose of 0. 2 mg' kg l' day--'. Rats were sacrificed on d 1 and d 5 of TPN. Concen-tration of xylose and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-dextran in superior mesenteric vein (SMV), protein and DNA contentin je junal mucosa were determined. Samples from SMV, mesenteric lymph nodes, pancreas, liver, spleen were harvested forcultures. Results: FITC-dextran concentration in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group [(3. 4?0. 7)vs (7. 5?0. 9) mg. L-1, P<0. 0l]. Protein and DNA content in je junal mucosa in treatment group were significantly higherthan in control group [(2. 65?0. 23) vs (1. 12?0. 18) mg? cm-1, (0. 25?0. 07) vs (0. 12?0. 04) mg?cm-1, P
