Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2007;0(05):-
Objective:To explore the effects and problems of on-the-spot surveys to provide reference for promoting the investigation, analysis and evaluation of adverse drug reactions/events.Method:By the retrospective case study, 27 ADR/ADE death reports and their corresponding on-the-spot surveys were analyzed in Jiangsu province in 2008.Result: The death occurred more in the elderly, the ADR drags were more seen in the use of antibiotics, and ADRs occurred highly in the venous injection, and the the completion rate of the scene survey was 44.44%.Conclusion:The on-the-spot survey needs good cooperations from various departments, and the management of drugs should be strengthened.
4.Study on effect of naringenin in inhibiting migration and invasion of breast cancer cells and its molecular mechanism.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1144-1150
OBJECTIVETo study the effect of nadroparin in the migration of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 and its action mechanism.
METHODThe MTT test was adopted to observe the effect of different concentrations of naringenin on the growth capacity of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Wound healing and transwell experiment analysis were conducted to detect the effect of naringenin on the migration of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Western blotting was adopted to investigate the effect of naringenin on protein expressions of MDA-MB-231 cell Integrin β3, β1 and matrix metalloproteinase MMP-2 and MMP-9. The computer virtual docking technique was used to evaluate the combining capacity of naringenin and Integrin β3 in vitro.
RESULTNaringenin inhibited the migration of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dose-dependent manner. In wound healing and transwell experiments, with the increase in the concentration of naringenin, the number of migrant MDA-MB-231 cells and the invasion capacity of breast cancer cells decreased. Naringenin could inhibit the protein expression of Integrin β3 in a dose-dependent manner, but with unobvious effect on expression of Integrin β1. Besides, naringenin could significantly inhibit the protein expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9. The results of the computer virtual docking showed a negative value in the combining capacity between naringenin and Integrin β3, indicating the high affinity between them.
CONCLUSIONNaringenin can inhibit the growth capacity of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 and block the migration and invasion of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Its mechanism is to down-regulate MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions after combining with Integrin β3.

5.Pim-3 gene and its related effect
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(2):105-107
Pim-3,a new member of the the proto-oncogene pim family which expresses serine and threonine kinase activity, shows a high similar to pim-1 and pim-2 at the function, structure and sequence.Pim-3 plays an important regulative role in the cell cycle transform, cell apoptosis and occurrence of the malignant tumors by phosphorylating numerous specific substrates.
6.The features of nerve electrophysiology in children with Miller-Fisher syndrome
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(1):24-27
Objective To explore the features of nerve electrophysiology in Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS) in children. Methods Thirty-four children with MFS were selected. The examinations of routine motor sensory nerve conduction,H reflexes of soleus muscle and F wave of median and tibial nerevs were performed. At the same time,33 healthy children of the same age were selected as control group and 30 children with typical Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) selected as GBS group, which were compared with children with MFS.Results In children with MFS,routine motor nerve conduction velocity and amplitude, and sensory nerve conduction velocity were in normal range.Twelve cases (35.29%) showed a decrease in sensory nerve amplitude potential (SNAP),5 cases (14.71%) showed sural sparing phenomena (the decline degrees of SNAP in median or ulnar nerve greater than in sural nerve),22 cases (64.71%) showed abnormality of H reflex, and 12 cases (35.29%) showed the decline of SNAE Compared with control group, there was no difference in sensory nerve conduction velocity and SNAP in sural nerve in children with MFS (P<0.05);While there were significant decreases in SNAP in both median nerve and ulnar nerve (P<0.05).Compared with GBS group, children with MFS had significantly higher sensory conduction amplitude and faster velocity (P<0.01).Conclusion A decrease of terminal sensory nerve conduction amplitude could be found in children with MFS,but, the SNAP had limited impact on it.H reflex abnormality is the most common electrophysiologic abnormalities in MFS.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;40(1):4-6
In recent years , respiratory tract infectious diseases and public health events caused by human adenovirus type 7(HADV-7) had been rising.Especially in Asia, the outbreaks of acute respiratory illness caused by HADV-7, accounting for more than 60%in the world, had brought great influence to the public health. In order to prevent the occurrence of HADV-7 epidemic and improve the diagnostic performance of laboratory , the research progress of HADV biological features and typing , HADV-7 epidemiological characteristics , clinical and differential diagnosis and laboratory examination methodologies were reviewed in this paper.
8.Clinical analysis on arthroscopic treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(11):-
[Objective]To evaluate the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee, and explore the factors related to clinical outcome. [Methods]Three hundred and sixty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by arthroscopic surgery in the 88th hospital from May 2000 to November 2007. Of them,124 patients were followed-up completely. Quantified clinical data were input into computer and analyzed statistically by SPSS 16.0 software. Lysholm score was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Lysholm scores before surgery and at follow up were compared with paired t test. Patients were divided into different subgroups according to sex, locking,X -ray grade, arthroscopic grade and surgical methods. Lysholm scores at the final follow up of different subgroups were compared with variance analysis. The factors related to operation outcome were explored by using multiple stepwise linear regression analysis.[Results]One hundred and twenty-four patients were followed up from 7 to 96 months with an average of 39.6 months. Preoperative Lysholm score was (46.10?2.80),the score at follow up was (70.69+2.90),there was significant difference between preoperative score and at follow up (t=9.362,P0.05). The difference was significant between groups whether locking or not (F=10.654,P

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2010;30(1):103-106
The Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway is essential for regulating cell proliferation, movement, differentiation and embryo development. Researchers have found that Wnt pathway is an important regulation factor in the early stimulation of the cardiogenesis and contacts closely the several key events during cardiac morphogenesis. The article reviews the recent studies about the relation between cardiac development and Wnt pathway in early embryo.
