Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):111-117
The transplants of one-year-old Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. were subjected to five concentrations of MnSO4-H2O (0, 1.81, 18.1, 36.2 and 54.3 mg·L(-1)) culturing in vermiculite. qRT-PCR and HPLC were respectively used to measure the relative expression of SQS1 gene and the content of glycyrrhizic acid of G. uralensis in different concentrations of MnSO4·H2O. This is to explore discuss the effects of the expression of SQS1 gene and the accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid by Mn treatment. The results showed both the expression of SQS1 gene and the content of glycyrrhzic acid of G. uralensis tended to rise after the fall of the first with the increase of concentration of Mn treatment. And they were of very significant positive correlation (P<0.01, r=0.737). Relative expression of SQS1 gene reached the highest 7.90 under 18.1 mg·L(-1) MnSO4·H2O treatment. It was very significantly different between 18.1 mg·L(-1) concentration of MnSO4·H2O treatment and CK (0 mg·L(-1)), 1.81, 36.2 and 54.3 mg·L(-1) (P<0.01), and 1.75, 1.37, 1.37, 2.33 times respectively. The content of glycyrrhizic acid reached the highest under 1.81 and 18.1 mg·L(-1) MnSO4·H2O treatment, and there were not significant difference (P>0.05). It was very significantly different between them and other concentrations of MnSO4·H2O treatment (P<0.01). This study suggests the appropriate concentration of Mn treatment could certain promote the expression of SQS1 gene and the accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid of G. uralensis.

Objective: To study the intestinal permeability, body component analysis and their relationship in pancreatic cancer patient. Methods: A prospective, randomized and controlled trial was taken.15 patients with pancreatic cancer were chosen as experimental group and 15 healthy volunteers as control group.Urine lactulose/mannito ratio(L/M),concentration of TNF-? in serum and body component were measured. The correlations between intestinal permeability, serum TNF-? level and body component analysis were accounted for in experimental group. Results: ①The urine L/M ratio and concentration of TNF-? were significantly increased in experimental group compared with control group(P

China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Lung cancer is one of the commonest of malignant tumor in the world. It is a major threat to human health in China with highest morbidity and mortality.Steady increase in incidence rates have been observed worldwide in the last few decades in young patients, but previous studies have provided conflicting data about the clinical characteristics and prognoses of young patients with lung cancer.Consequently,we have difficulty in comparing their results with each other,as the cutoff ages defining"young"were different in each study. Therefore, this article focuses on the clinical characteristics and the different results of researches for the young patients with primary lung cancer.

Objective:The study was designed to observe the change of intestinal permeability and its relationship with serum proteins in patient with pancreatic cancer. Methods: A prospective and controlled trial was taken. 15 patients with pancreatic cancer were chosen as experimental group. 15 healthy volunteers were as control group. Urine lactulose/mannito(L/M) ratio, serum concentration of TNF-? and serum levels of albumin(ALB), transferritin (TF) and prealbumin (PA) were measured. Results: The urine L/M ratio was significantly increased in experimental group compared with control group(0.331 vs 0.129, P
7.Advances in Laboratory Diagnosis of Avian Influenza Virus
Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Avian influenza viruses (AIV) can cause serious economic losses and threaten to human health. The laboratory methods for rapid and accurate detecting AIV ensure timely implementation of intervention strategies so that it plays a key role in avian influenza prevention and control. The laboratory technologies for detecting AIV are topic subject and developed quickly those days. This paper reviews the advances of laboratory diagnosis technologies for AIV at 3 aspects of virus isolation, immunoassay and molecular diagnostics.

Objective To investigate the adrenal histopathology damage in critically ill non-survival children, and the incidence of adrenal damage, and to explore the risk factors for the adrenal hemorrhage and necrosis in critically ill children. Methods A total of 141 critically ill non-survival children was admitted in this study in Hunan Children's Hospital from January 1,2005 to December 30,2012.Clinical data in children were systematically collected, including age, sex, sodium, potassium, blood gas analysis, liver and kidney function, blood clotting function, etiology, treatment and pediatric clinical illness score (PCIS) or neonatal critical illness score (NCIS),and pathological data. All data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results Logistic regression analysis showed the factors of adrenal hemorrhage and necrosis of critically ill non-survival children were sepsis,PCIS score < 80 critically ill children are risk factors for adrenal hemorrhage necrosis (P < 0.05),ORwas 3.659 (95% CI:1.344-9.965),and 2.325 (95% CI:1.028 -5.258).Intravenous corticosteroids were protective factors for critically ill non-survival children with adrenal hemorrhage necrosis (P < 0.05),and ORwas 0.377 (95% CI:0.163-0.875).Conclusions There were two significant risk factors of adrenal hemorrhage and necrosis:sepsis and critical illness score less than 80 points.Intravenous corticosteroid is a protective factor in critically ill children.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(6):725-728
Objective To explore the relationship between administration of different doses of colloid before general anesthesia induction and general anesthesia-induced hypotension. Methods Fifty patients for selective gastrointestinal operations were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the volume of colloid administered 30 min before general anesthesia induction: 0 mL/kg group (control group), 4 mL/kg group, 8 mL/kg group, 12 mL/kg group and 15 mL/kg group. To replace the deficit of hypovolemia before operation, crystalloid was given to each patient. Anesthesia was induced with propofol 25 min after infusion. Hemodynamic parameters were compared before and after anesthesia induction among groups. Results The changes in diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure were related to colloid supplementation volume (r=-0.657, P<0.01). There were significant differences between control group and 8 mL/kg group, 12 mL/kg group and 15 mL/kg group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference among 8 mL/kg group, 12 mL/kg group and 15 mL/kg group. Conclusion Administration of colloid before general anesthesia induction attenuates the severity of general anesthesia-induced hypotension, especially when the dose of colloid is over 8 mL/kg.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance status of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and provide clinical guidance for treatment.METHODS Sixty clinical isolates of S.maltophilia were identified with GNI+ cards of VITEK-32.Drug sensitivitiy were detected by Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. The data were analyzed by WHONET5.3 software.RESULTS Thirty-eight strains were isolated from sputum(63.3%).Infection caused by S.maltophilia mainly occurred at the departments of respiratory diseases,ICU,old cadre,et al.Sixty isolates of S.maltophilia were highly resistant to imipenem, aminoglycosides and most of ?-lactam antibiotic, but showed the lowest resistance rate(16.7%) to SMZ/TMP.Then resistance rate of S.maltophilia to minocycline,levofloxacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam,piperacillin/tazobactam,and ticarcillin/clavulanic acid was 18.3%,20.0%,21.7%,25.0% and 30.0%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The drug resistance of S.maltophilia is extremely severe.Among different areas of china the drug resistance is obviously different.Treatment based on drug susceptibility test should be adapted as soon as possible.
