CONCLUSION: Extracting solution from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. can induce the differentiation of in vitro cultured goat BMSCs into osteoblasts, and inhibit their differentiation into adipocytes.
5.INVOLVEMENT OF PERIPHERAL NMDA RECEPTORS IN PERSISTENT NOCICEPTION INDUCED BY SUBCUTANEOUS BEE VENOM INJECTION: A BEHAVIORAL STUDY

The present study was to investigate whether peripheral NMDA receptors were involved in the persistent nociceptioninduced by subcutaneous (s. C. ) bee venom injection in the conscious rat by using quatitative pain scoring methods, a.c. Bee venom injection into one hindpaw resulted in a persistent, monophasic nociceptive response characterized by continuously flinching.lifting and licking the injected paw for more than I h. The non-competitive. NMDA receptor channel blockers, ketamine and ME-801, were administered s.c. 5 or 20 min after bee venom. Local ketamine injection produced a suppression of flinching reflex by 20. 90±2.88% and 45.76±13.9%, while that of lifting/bcking time by 39. 53±10. 05% and 59.94±5.53%, at doses of 25mmol/L and 50 mmol/L respectively without any motor disturbance, Local MK-801 resulted in an inhibition of flinching reflexby 22.84±3.12% and 49.53±5.35%. While that of lifting/licking time by 17. 49±5.67%and 53.49±3. 87%. At doses of 10μmol/L and 100 ,μmol/L respectively also with no motor disturbance. However, s. C. Administration of ketamine and MK-801 inior region symmetrical to the bee venom injection site on the contralateral hindpaw produced no change in the nociceptive behaviors, suggesting that the analgesic actions of keramme and MK-8Ol were not the result of systemic effects. The present resultsuggests that peripheral NMDA receptors are involved in the production of persistent pain.

Abnormal methylation of the tumor-related genes is frequently found in the development of gastric cancer.Cancer cells exhibit two opposing methylation abnormalities:genome-wide hypomethylation and certain tumor suppressor gene hypermethylation.Furthermore,it seems that the level of DNA methylation is closely associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer.Recently,a great deal of research has been conducted to reveal the corelation of DNA methylation and gastric cancer.
7.Biological evaluation of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 artificial bone in lumbar intertransverse process fusion

Objective To evaluate rhBMP-2/20%β-TCP/PDLLA complex biological properties.Methods Preparation of casting salting was carried out using three-dimensional porous 20% rhBMP-2/β-TCP/PDLLA. 24 4-month-old healthy male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into A,B groups of 12,according to the method described in Boden production L4,5 intertransverse process fusion model. A group was embedding rhBMP-2/20%β-TCP/PDLLA complex,and B group was implanted autogenous iliac bone block. Animals were killed according to postoperative time(3 weeks,6 weeks, 12 weeks) ,for gross observation, X-ray observation of the formation of new bone, artificial bone degradation, and early histological manifestations. Results Composite artificial bone and autologous iliac bone graft were able to achieve good spinal fusion,artificial bone graft where there is no inflammatory response,but also in new bone formation,while reshaping the gradual degradation of carrier material. Conclusions 20%β-TCP/PDLLA showed good biocompatibility. Its structure and micro-environment created by its degradation were conducive to play a role for the rhBMP-2. β-TCP/PDLLA had strong activity in inducing bone and good bone fusion ability,and it was a promising bone graft substitutes, which fusion power was stronger than that in autologous iliac bone graft.
8.Maternal bedside care on early development of newborn and maternal depression and anxiety,lactation

Objective To investigate the influence of maternal and child care bedside on early development of newborns and maternal depression and anxiety,lactation.Methods From January 2013 to June 2015,120 cases of healthy full -term newborns and maternal admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The two groups of newborns and mothers were given routine care,including care and neonatal umbilical buttocks care,maternity care,including genital or abdominal incision dressing,newborns were routinely vaccinated.In the control group,the newborns were taken to a public bath chamber concentrated bath. The observation group was implemented maternal and child care bedside manner Based on this,at the bedside of the newborn bathing and massage,swimming daily with newborns.Anxiety score (SAS)and depression scale score (SDS)for depression and anxiety were evaluated before and after the two groups of mothers nursing,and maternal milk yield variation were observed at different time,measured neonatal neurological assessment score (NBNA)and height,body mass index,head circumference growth.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of mothers of the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment,which in the observation group decreased more significantly, the differences were statistically significant (t =3.46,4.21,all P <0.05).After care,the maternal milk productions of the two groups started to grow,which of the observation group were always increased better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =9.34,4.53,6.79,all P <0.05).The newborn NBNA scores,head circumference,height,improvement in the quality index of growth in the observer group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =1.98,1.65,2.73,3.63,all P <0.05).Conclusion Maternal and child bedside care can significantly improve maternal depression and anxiety scores,increase maternal lactation, and has a certain role in promoting early neonatal development,it is worth clinical application.

10.Expression and clinical significance of MGMT,Ki-67 and P53 in human gliomas

Objective To detect the expression of DNA repair enzyme O6-methylguanine DNA methyl-transferase(MGMT),cell proliferation-related nuclear protein(Ki-67)and P53 protein in gliomas,and inves-tigate the relationship and clinical significance among them and gloma grade. Methods 61 cases of brain glio-ma specimes and 16 cases of internal decompression of brain trauma were used to detect the expression of MGMT,Ki-67 and P53 by using immunohistochemical SP method. Results MGMT protein expression (19. 67%∶0,χ2 =3. 729,P=0. 062),Ki-67 protein expression(39. 34% ∶0,χ2 =5. 722,P=0. 016)and P53 protein expression(27. 87% ∶0,χ2 =9. 146,P=0. 002)showed significant differences in gliomas com-pared to normal brain tissues,the expression of Ki-67 was significantly higher in high-grade gliomas(Ⅲ-Ⅳ) than that in low-grade gliomas(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)(14 ∶10,χ2 =11. 718,P =0. 001). No significant difference was found between the MGMT and P53. Conclusion MGMT protein can be used as a biomarker in gliomas detec-tion;Ki-67 has a positive correlation with tumor grade,and can be used as a reference indicator of pathological grade;P53 protein expression may be used as a potential target for the treatment of gliomas.
