Objective To compare curative effect of the improved wire fixed with the memory alloy patella for the treatment of patella fracture.Methods 80 cases of patellar fracture patients in our hospital were selected. 35 cases with treatment of improved wire fixed were divided into group A.Treatment with memory alloy patella for 45 cases were divided into group B The two groups were analysed.Five aspects of the fracture healing time,the knee joint function,complications,treatment and secondary internal fixation device to take out,were compared of the advantages and disadvantages.Results Two groups compared the following, ( 1 ) Fracture healing time:group A ( 13.75 ± 1.32) weeks,group B (13.34 ±1.21)weeks,t=1.458,P=0.149;(2)Rate of the knee joint function:group A was 94%,B group was 96%,Z=0.257,P=0.797;(3) Complications:A,B two groups were 0,Z=0.000,P=0.000;(4) The cost of treatment:RMB (4 435 ±134) of group A,group B was RMB (9 683 ±159),t=-156.350,P=0.000;(5)Patients with secondary surgery in hospital time:in group A (0.0 ±0.0)days,(9 ±0.4)days for B,t=1.000,P=0.000;(6)Costs in patients with secondary surgical treatment:RMB (800 ±102) of group A,group B was RMB (2 979 ±178),t=-64.690,P=0.000.Conclusion Improvement of steel wire is fixed and the memory alloy patella are reliable methods for the treatment of patella fracture.But improved wire fixation treatment costs low,the second operation can be carried out the advantages of small incision minimally invasive surgery, without hospitaliza-tion,and it has clinical value.

Bendamustine hydrochloride is a bifunctional alkylating agent with clinical activity to a number of cancers.Bendamustine,an emerging nitrogen mustards anticancer agent,can improve tolerability without sacrificing clinical activity.Although bendamustine has been used widely for more than 40 years,it was not systematically studied in lymphoproliferative disorders until the 1990s.Bendamustine molecule is more stable than the molecules of other alkylators,and it can cause more extensive and more durable damage to DNA.Unlike other alkylating agents,primary targets of bendamustine are based on excision repair pathways rather than mismatch repair pathways,and it activates DNA damage stress responses,induces apoptosis,inhibits mitotic checkpoints,and induces mitotic catastrophe.This paper will review the role of bendamustine in chronic lymphoblastic leukemia(CLL),indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL),diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL),mantle cell lymphoma (MCL),peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL),and Hodgkin' s lymphoma (HL).

It seemed that the appropriate rules and methods are key issues to achieve the aims of seizing the opportunities to spread Chinese medicine news effectively and scientifically, because currently both the public and media people have paid much more attentions to the status of Chinese medicine than before. In this study, the author proposed the methods which may help to investigate the Chinese medicine news well, including changing the mode of thinking, improving the political consciousness, making operation procedures more flexible, enhancing the ability of social practice and knowledge leaming, seizing the opportunity of policy forming sensitively, passing the conference and typical person reasonably and taking use of social hot topics objectively by analyzing the definition of Chinese medicine news, basic rules and problems of existence.

Non-H Lymphoma(NHL)is a heterogenous group of lymphoma which originates from B lymphocytes,T lymphocytes and Natural Killer cells.Every year,many very famous specialists of Hematology in the world come together to update the guideline of NHL for National comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN).The guideline updated by NCCN is obtained good evaluation by clinical doctors in the world.This article makes a brief comment for the category,diagnosis and treatment of all subtypes NHL in V.I.2009 compared with V.I.2008.

Intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)not only improved the treatment outcomes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)including the local control and overall survival,but also provides improved patients'quality of life.The effective utilization of IMRT in the treatment of NPC relies on accurate delineation of the target volames.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy has become the standard treatment for the patients with advanced NPC.However,the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy have been disputed.The use of molecular targeted agents is still confined to the phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ levels of development in the metastatic and recurrent NPC.and it will become an integral part of systemic therapy.The purposes of this review are to summarize the current status and provide the future directions of clinical research for this disease.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are non-hematopoietic, multipotent progenitor cells which can be isolated from various human adult tissues. In recent years, MSC have been shown to possess broad immunoregulatory function and tissue regeneration. This review discusses mesenchymal stem cells in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, including disorders as diverse as acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease, graft failure, pure red cell aplasia, autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura, hemorrhagic cystitis.

There were 887 scientific articles on AML in the 53rd ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition in 2011,in which many studies focused on clinics.Here is introduction of o.ptimized regimens for AML and elderly AML,as well as targeted therapy for AML presented in the meeting.
