Objective: To explore the functions of psychological intervention in the integrative therapy for children's hematological tumor. Methods: The psychological status of 52 children with hematological tumor and their parents, and 48 healthy children and their parents were measured by means of the self-compiled psychological status scale and the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). Moreover, 26 children with hematological tumor and their parents, who were drawn out in random, were done by psychological intervention of 3 months as well as chemotherapy, and then their psychological status were evaluated. Results: The psychological problems were more prevalent in children with hematological tumor and their parents than those in the healthy children and their parents. Among the total, the problems of social behavior (3.9?2.9), personal emotion (7.1?4.7), habit (1.2?1.1), and learning (1.3?1.2) in the children with hematological tumor were more than those(1.5?1.6, 1.5?2.0, 0.5?0.7, 0.4?0.5) in the healthy children(P

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;(5):391-394
Pancreatic endocrine tumors (PETs) are very rare and are divided into functional and nonfunctional tumors.Their clinical manifestations vary, and imaging diagnosis easily led to missing diagnosis and misdiagnosis for PETs.With the development of MRI technology, especially application of fat suppression techniques, diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DEMRI) are of great value on imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis for PETs.The clinical data of 13 patients with PETs who were admitted to the Central Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture from June 2007 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, and their MRI imaging features were studied. The diagnostic values of MRI,especially DWI and DEMRI for PETs were investigated.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective: To explore the effects of early intervention on functional outcome and the repair mechanisms in rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD). Methods: A HIBD rat model was established by ligating either uterine vessel of one pregnant horn. The way of intervention was the neonatal handling and enriched environment. One trial passive avoidance response, brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and NGF levels in the brain were used as assessment index. Results:(1) In the one trial passive avoidance response test, the medial step-through latency (STL) of intervention group (n=18) was much longer than that of non-intervention group (n=15) (P

Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;(4):188-191
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging (MRV ) and digital subtraction arteriography (DSA ) in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Methods Twenty-nine patients with CVST admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of the Third Military Medical University (Southwest Hospital)from January 2008 to February 2014 were enrolled retrospectively. Eleven of them were males and 18 were females. Their course of disease ranged from 3 days to 3 months. Nine patients were in the acute phase (<1 week),12 were in the subacute phase (1-2 weeks),and 8 were in the chronic phase (>2 weeks). All the patients were underwent magnetic resonance (MR)(T1 or T2 weighted image ),three-dimensional MRV,and DSA examinations. Results DSA detected 29 and MRV detected 24 patients. MRI revealed 12 patients had cerebral infarction and 7 had cerebral infarct and hemorrhage. On T2-weighted sequences,16 patients showed the flow void effect of venous sinus disappeared, and thromboses with different signals in the sinuses. MRV showed part development of the veins in 14 cases and no development in 10 cases, including 4 with collateral circulation. Compared with DSA,the positive detection rate of MRV was 82. 8%. The lesion sites of 3 patients involving the transverse sinus and 2 involving the sagittal sinus were not detected on MRV. Conclusion Compared with DSA,the MRV has a certain percentage of missed diagnosis rate for CVST. In clinical work,if MRV diagnosis is negative,it can not exclude the diagnosis of CVST,and further DSA examination is needed.
