CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and applicable for the determination of rilmazafone in this preparations.
5.Clinical analysis on arthroscopic treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(11):-
[Objective]To evaluate the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee, and explore the factors related to clinical outcome. [Methods]Three hundred and sixty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by arthroscopic surgery in the 88th hospital from May 2000 to November 2007. Of them,124 patients were followed-up completely. Quantified clinical data were input into computer and analyzed statistically by SPSS 16.0 software. Lysholm score was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Lysholm scores before surgery and at follow up were compared with paired t test. Patients were divided into different subgroups according to sex, locking,X -ray grade, arthroscopic grade and surgical methods. Lysholm scores at the final follow up of different subgroups were compared with variance analysis. The factors related to operation outcome were explored by using multiple stepwise linear regression analysis.[Results]One hundred and twenty-four patients were followed up from 7 to 96 months with an average of 39.6 months. Preoperative Lysholm score was (46.10?2.80),the score at follow up was (70.69+2.90),there was significant difference between preoperative score and at follow up (t=9.362,P0.05). The difference was significant between groups whether locking or not (F=10.654,P
6.Effects of curcumin on expression of HIF-1? in human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To investigate the effects of curcumin on expression of HIF-1? in human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells. Methods Different concentrations of 0,2.5,5,10,15 and 20 ?mol?L~(-1) curcumin-treated human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells were cultured under hypoxia for 6 hours. The cell proliferation and cell viability were assayed by WST-8 and the trypan blue dye exclusion method. The expression level of HIF-1? in human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells was checked by RT-PCR and Western Blot;0,10 ?mol?L~(-1) curcumin,10 ?mol?L~(-1) MG-132,and 10 ?mol?L~(-1) curcumin +10 ?mol? L~(-1) MG-132-treated human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells were cultured under hypoxia for 6 hours. The protein expression level of HIF-1? protein in human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells was checked by Western Blot. Results ① No significant difference was found in the cell proliferation rate and cell viability between control and different concentrations of curcumin.② Curcumin can down-regulate the expression of HIF-1? protein with the increasing concentrations.③ the effect of curcumin on expression of HIF-1?mRNA had no significant difference between control and different concentrations.④ MG-132 can reverse the curcumin-mediated decrease of HIF-1? protein. Conclusion Inhibitory effect of curcumin on expression of HIF-1? in human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cells was acted through posttranscriptional mechanisms and the proteasome pathway.

9.The features of nerve electrophysiology in children with Miller-Fisher syndrome
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(1):24-27
Objective To explore the features of nerve electrophysiology in Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS) in children. Methods Thirty-four children with MFS were selected. The examinations of routine motor sensory nerve conduction,H reflexes of soleus muscle and F wave of median and tibial nerevs were performed. At the same time,33 healthy children of the same age were selected as control group and 30 children with typical Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) selected as GBS group, which were compared with children with MFS.Results In children with MFS,routine motor nerve conduction velocity and amplitude, and sensory nerve conduction velocity were in normal range.Twelve cases (35.29%) showed a decrease in sensory nerve amplitude potential (SNAP),5 cases (14.71%) showed sural sparing phenomena (the decline degrees of SNAP in median or ulnar nerve greater than in sural nerve),22 cases (64.71%) showed abnormality of H reflex, and 12 cases (35.29%) showed the decline of SNAE Compared with control group, there was no difference in sensory nerve conduction velocity and SNAP in sural nerve in children with MFS (P<0.05);While there were significant decreases in SNAP in both median nerve and ulnar nerve (P<0.05).Compared with GBS group, children with MFS had significantly higher sensory conduction amplitude and faster velocity (P<0.01).Conclusion A decrease of terminal sensory nerve conduction amplitude could be found in children with MFS,but, the SNAP had limited impact on it.H reflex abnormality is the most common electrophysiologic abnormalities in MFS.
10.Elevated levels of substance P and prostaglandins in sheep during endotoxin induced lung injury
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
A high dose E. Coli endotoxin was infused into unanesthetized sheep withchronic lung lymph fistula. The contents of substance P in plasma, lung lymph, lungparenchyma and also TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1? were measured. The results showed that 120min after infusion substance P increased in plasma and lymph, but its content in paren-chyma decreased at 360 min after infusion. At 30 min after infusion, TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1? levels in plasma showed a marked increase, but their peak values in lung lymphwere shown at 60 min after infusion, and the levels of TXB_2 were much higher than thatof 6--keto--PGF_1?
