Objective To establish blood reference ranges and compare these ranges with national standard in northeast Sichuan area .Methods Routine blood parameters of red blood cell ,white blood cell ,hemoglobin blood platelet count were detected in 12 480 healthy adult and old persons(divided groups according to gender ,age) and 1 120 neonatal from June 2013 to June 2014 in North Si-chuan Medical College Affiliated Hospital ,and concluded their routine blood reference range ,then analyzed the difference with the national standard .Results The range of red blood cells had no statistical difference compared with national standard in different age and gender groups(P>0 .05) .The ranges of white blood cell count and hemoglobin had significant differences compared with the national standard only in the neonatal group(P<0 .05) .The range of platelet count had significant difference compared with the na-tional standard in all age and gender groups(P<0 .05) in the northeast area of sichuan .Conclusion There are significant differ-ences between the partial routine blood value in the northeast area of Sichuan and the current reference range ,and might influence the clinical judgment of abnormal results .

Objective:To investigate the awareness of diabetic retinopathy (DR) prevention and treatment knowledge of diabetic patients in the community of Shenzhen, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:A cluster random sampling method was used to select 904 patients with diabetes diagnosed in 6 community health service centers in 2 administrative districts of Shenzhen and included in this study. Questionnaire survey of patients were performed to understand their knowledge of DR prevention and treatment. The multi-factor logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the related influencing factors of DR prevention knowledge awareness. Results:Among 904 patients, 144 patients (15.93%, 144/904) knew about DR prevention and treatment knowledge. The highest awareness rate were about "Diabetes can affect vision and even cause blindness" (88.60%, 801/904). The lowest awareness rate (6.20%, 56/904) were about "DR treatment methods". About "diabetes requires regular fundus examinations" and "diabetics", the awareness rate of fundus examination interval were less than 50.00%. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender [odds ratio ( OR)=1.595], education level ( OR=2.963, 3.937), monthly income level ( OR=3.871, 4.675), diabetes course ≥15 years ( OR=1.829), treatment measures ( OR=3.318, 4.512). Whether people had DR ( OR=1.605) were important factors that affected the awareness of DR prevention and treatment knowledge ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The overall awareness of DR prevention and treatment knowledge among diabetic patients in the community of Shenzhen is relatively low. Males, low education and income levels are the main influencing factors.

Objective:To develop a Cognitive Assessment Scale for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Rehabilitation and conduct reliability and validity tests in community-dwelling patients with SCI.Methods:Based on expectation value theory, social cognition theory, and goal setting theory, a Cognitive Assessment Scale for SCI Rehabilitation was developed through literature review, group discussions, patient trials, and expert verification. From February to December 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 231 community-dwelling patients with SCI as research subjects, including 67 community-dwelling patients with SCI who participated in rehabilitation training at Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center and 164 patients with SCI in the "Hope Home" WeChat group of Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center. Research subjects were surveyed using the Cognitive Assessment Scale for SCI Rehabilitation (patient version), 9-item depression scale of Patient Health Questionnaire, 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, EuroQol 5 Dimension-Visual Analogue Scale (EQ-VAS), General Self-Efficacy Scale, and general information questionnaire. SPSS 16.0 software and Amos 21.0 software were used for correlation analysis and reliability and validity testing. Results:The Cognitive Assessment Scale for SCI Rehabilitation (patient version) included two primary dimensions, eight secondary dimensions, and 24 items. The trial showed good results among patients with SCI and their caregivers, and experts generally agreed. Exploratory factor analysis found that the scale were divided into recognition dimension and understanding dimension. Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.98, the correlation coefficient between each item and its corresponding dimension was 0.75 to 0.88, and our results indicated good test-retest reliability. Correlation analysis showed that patient anxiety and depression scores were negatively correlated with rehabilitation cognitive scores ( P<0.05), and self-efficacy, quality of life were positively correlated with rehabilitation cognitive scores ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The Cognitive Assessment Scale for SCI Rehabilitation is scientific and feasible, with good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the rehabilitation cognition of community-dwelling patients with SCI.
