Objective To investigate imaging features and clinical characteristics of the small coronary-bronchial artery fistula (CBF). Methods By retrospective analysis of image data from May 2007 to November 2011 for coronary angiography in 30 284 patients without chronic lung or pulmonary vascular disease patients, 13 cases of small CBF (diameter of the end of fistula near coronary artery< 2 mm) were detected. Incidence of CBF was counted, its morphology was described, and its clinical features were preliminarily analyzed and summarized. Independent sample t test and χ2 test were used to compare diameters and incidences of CBF originatng from left and right coronary arteries. Results In this study primary CBF detection rate was 0.043%(13/30 284). The ends of CBFs near coronary arteries were slender and their diameter average was (1.57 ± 0.75) mm. In this study all of the CBF were from the right coronary artery and left circumflex coronary artery, finding no cases starting from the left anterior descending coronary artery. There was no significant difference between incidence of CBFs originating from the right coronary artery and left circumflex coronary artery coronary and the diameters of CBFs. In 13 cases of CBF, 9 cases of myocardial ischemic symptoms were caused by coronary artery stenosis, which was proven by angiography;Four cases without myocardial ischemic symptoms or with very atypical symptoms were finally diagnosed as cardiac neurosis. After branching, the CBF diameters of these coronary arteries were seen no evindently reduced, which suggested that the coronary bypass had less blood flow, and therefore had no significant hemodynamic significance. Conclusions Congenital CBF can exist in populations without chronic lung or pulmonary vascular disease. The main image features are that their diametes were small and all originate from the right coronary artery and left circumflex coronary artery. The most fundamental clinical features are that there're no symptoms of myocardial ischemia due to coronary artery steal and no obviously hemodynamic significance. It is important to well recognize this type of CBF for enriching radiographic knowledge, identifying various anatomic variations, and carrying out clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The influence of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract ( G. P ) on the life span of fruit fly was observed. G. P (0.5% and 1.0%) significantly increased mean life span by 11.8% and 12.2%, respectiyely, when fed to male adults.At 0.25% concentraction, the female adults were found to yield an increase of 24.1% in mean life span and the male an increase of 18.5%.Rearing flics on 0. 5% G. P during both the developmental and adult stages proved to be even more effective than just feeding during the adult stage. The mean life span of male and female adults were increased by 53.3% and 46.1% , respectively, but at the higher concen-tration of 1.0%, the increase was 14.4% and 9.7%, respectively,G. P obviously improved the growth of larvae when given aconcentration of 0.5%,No marked change was observed in the copulatory rate of fruitflies after the treatment of 0.5% G.P.

Objective To investigate the changes of TNF-?,IL-2 and IL-1? level in serum of patients with viral myocarditis and its clinical meaning.Methods The level of serum TNF-?,IL-2 and IL-1? in 45 cases of viral myocarditis was detected by ELISA,and the data were compared with control group.Results Serum TNF-?,IL-2 and IL-1? levels in viral myocarditis patients were significantly higher than control group and related to severity of the disease.Conclusion It suggests that immune dysfunction exists in patients with viral myocarditis.Higher level of TNF-?,IL-2 and IL-1? may be associated with development of the viral myocarditis,and it can be a new indicator for viral myocarditis.

Objective To study the association between cytotoxin-associated gene A of Helicobacter pylori (Hp-CagA) and the expressions of mtp53 and c-myc protein in different subtypes of intestinal metaplasia.Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients with gastroscopy included 125 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,40 cases with non-atrophic gastritis.Intestinal metaplasia included complete intestinal metaplasia,incompletetype intestinal metaplasia,complete colonic epithelial metaplasia and incomplete colonic epithelial metaplasia.The carbon-14-urea breath test was used to determine Helicobacter pylori (Hp);AB-PAS and HID-AB mucinous staining was used to distinguish intestinal metaplasia subtypes; the immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to determine the expressions ofmtp53 and c-myc protein;indirect ELISA was used to determine Hp-CagA.Results Forty-five cases with incomplete colonic epithelial metaplasia,47 cases with incomplete type intestinal metaplasta,17 cases with complete colonic epithelial metaplasia,16 cases with complete intestinal metaplasia.The positive rate of Hp-CagA in all intestinal metaplasia subtypes was higher than that in non-atrophic gastritis,but there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The expression of mtp53 protein in incomplete colonic type of intestinal metaplasia with Hp-CagA positive was higher than that in incomplete colonic type of intestinal metaplasia with Hp-CagA negative (x2 =5.494,P ＜ 0.05).The expression of c-myc protein in incomplete colonic type of intestinal metaplasia with Hp-CagA positive was higher than that in incomplete colonic type of intestinal metaplasia with Hp-CagA negative (x2 =13.950,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Hp-CagA is a sort of highly virulent strain,and Hp-CagA may do a strong role in the promotion of gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia.

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus rehabilitation on hemiplegia following stroke. Methods: Ninety-six patients with hemiplegia due to stroke were randomly allocated into two groups. The treatment group (50 cases) was treated with acupuncture plus rehabilitation, and the control group (46 cases) was treated with rehabilitation. Results: The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 76.1% in the control group. There was a statistical difference in the effects between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus rehabilitation is a perfect method for hemiplegia following stroke. It is especially effective in improving the function of limbs, relieving the spasm and improving the activity of daily life.

Objective To research the therapeutic effect and toxicity of capecitabine in elderly malignant tumor patients.Methods The data of 28 elderly malignant tumor patients were retrospectively analyzed,and RECIST standard was used to evaluate therapeutic effect as CR、PR、SD and PD.In the same time,the toxicity of capecitabine was observed.Results 28 elderly malignant tumor patients who have been treated by capecitabine were completed 2cycles therapy.The effective percentage ofthese patients Was 60.7%(CR 0 pemon,PR 11 persons,SD 6 persons,PD 11 persons).The toxicity and side effect was controlled.Incidence of vomit Was 39.3%(11 persons),marrow inhibition was 25%(7 persons),angular stomatitis was 35.7%(10 persons),and hand-foot syndrome Was 21.4%(6 persons).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of capecitabine in elderly malignant tumor patients Was favourable,and the tolerance Was well.

Objective: To investigate the trends in cerebrovascular disease mortality among residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020, so as to provide insights into the development of cerebrovascular disease control strategy. Methods: The cerebrovascular disease mortality data were collected from residents in Hangzhou City through household registered death cards recorded in county- and city-level hospitals, township-level health centers and community health service centers in Hangzhou City and standardized by the national population census data in China in 2010. The changes in the crude and standardized mortality of cerebrovascular diseases were estimated using annual percent change (APC) in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020. Results: A total of 109 891 deaths were reported due to cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020, accounting for 17.72% of all deaths in Hangzhou City during the 15-year period, and the crude and standardized mortality rates were 105.83/105 and 65.15/105, which both appeared a tendency towards a decline (crude mortality: APC=-0.80%, t=-3.832, P=0.002; standardized mortality: APC=-4.69%, t=-24.084, P<0.001). The crude mortality of hemorrhagic stroke showed a tendency towards a decline among residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020 (APC=-7.97%, t=-30.704, P<0.001), and the crude mortality of both ischemic stroke (APC=5.76%, t=6.106, P<0.001) and sequelae of cerebrovascular disease (APC=13.20%, t=18.103, P<0.001) appeared a tendency towards a rise. The crude mortality of cerebrovascular diseases was significantly higher in men than in women (110.15/105 vs. 101.51/105; χ2=183.078, P<0.001), which both appeared a tendency towards a decline among residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020 (men: APC=-0.90%, t=-4.669, P<0.001; women: APC=-0.70%, t=-2.658, P=0.020). The crude mortality of cerebrovascular diseases was 101.95/105 and appeared a tendency towards a decline among urban residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020 (APC=-1.19%, t=-3.655, P=0.003), and was 112.46/105 and showed no remarkable changes among rural residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020 (t=-0.719, P=0.485). In addition, the crude mortality of cerebrovascular diseases appeared a tendency towards a rise with age among residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020 (χ2trend=502 711.682, P<0.001), and the crude mortality of cerebrovascular diseases appeared a tendency towards a decline among residents at ages of 35 years and above in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020 (P<0.05). Conclusions The cerebrovascular disease mortality appeared a tendency towards a decline among residents in Hangzhou City from 2006 to 2020, and a high mortality rate of cerebrovascular diseases was seen among rural residents, men and the elderly.

Objective To explore the application of arm infusion port in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy and the effect of remote management. Methods From May 2016 to September, 25 cases of female breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy in our hospital were studied. Implanted arm port for chemotherapy drug infusion, the patient's bedside guidance given by a case nurse during hospitalization, after the discharge from the hospital to accept the management of arm port remote education and consultation project group. Results A total of 25 patients implanted with arm port have not occurred phlebitis, deep vein thrombosis, central venous catheter infection and other complications;Patient′s satisfaction degree of quality of life were 100%(25/25);patients and their families on the nursing staff to track service satisfaction were 100%(25/25), too. Conclusions The application and remote management of arm port in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy is worthy of clinical research.

Objective To analyze the clinical application of detecting anti Mullerian hormone (AMH) in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods A total of 480 cases with PCOS and 500 cases of healthy females were selected in the study.The levels of AMH in the patients with PCOS were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of AMH,luteinizing hormone (LH),testosterone (T) in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (P＜0.05).Differences of the levels of estradiol (E2) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in patients with PCOS and thosein healthy control group had no statistical significance(P＞0.05).As the age increased,the level of AM H obviously declined.Conclusion The level of AMH in patients with PCOS is obviously higher than that in the healthy ones,it declines with the age increasing.
